Called looking at another car and gave the sales man the details of what was looking at/for and price point. I was told he had just what I was looking for. We set the appointment and came in. Evan was very patient and spent a great deal of time with me as we test drove vehicles and said to go wherever I might drive...in order to test out the vehicles. I did not ever feel pressured by him into making a purchase. He helped me to understand all of the features of the vehicle I had decided to buy...Evan said that he EXPECTED me to come back several times to go over the features of the Honda CRV...again. I already made a trip back...still very patient!!! And said to come back any time...which I probably will do...I was very satisfied with the service!!! An amazing and excellent sales experience!!! This dealership was so wonderful I had to leave my truck overnight because I had to have a catalytic converter and injectors for my 2017 Honda ridge line because the emissions light was alerting. They supplied me with a replacement vehicle...And God-bless Honda...all was repaired under warranty and I have a 111000 miles on this truck. I have never ever had a problem with it and I will never have anything else but a Honda. Im a travel nurse Ive been all over this country and I have never had a problem in any state having repairs done . The good thing about Honda is it doesnt matter which Honda you call the price is the price. This my 2nd new Honda ...Goes in the snow without any problem. I know I have over killed this review ....but it is a comfort to know when I am 2000 miles from anyone I know, my vehicle will not leave me stranded...so thank you Honda.

I was in town for a teachers conference and my check engine light came on. I came in at 3:45 on a Friday and they were able to help me out and get my oil pressure switches changed before driving 200+ miles back home! I was very lucky to catch them at a time where they were able to fit me in!Thank you guys!!

I needed another key fir my car so I stopped at Lithia Honda. They took the order saying the key would be ready in a few days and they would call me. Three weeks later I stopped again to see if the key was available. I was not called about the key. It took one hour to get the key programmed etc. the people serving me were courteous and helpful
Honda of Great Falls took really good care of me after I had my car stolen. I went in to purchase one car but my sales guy Evan found me a much nicer car at an amazing deal. They were great with accommodating the fact I couldnt be there in person for some of the paperwork and the whole transaction was smooth, professional and considerate. I am so happy with my purchase and experience.

They change your oil but never wash your vehicle! We were told years ago that Honda requires vehicles to be washed before leaving their shop. I understand in the winter that due to temperatures they can’t at times but it is August. So disappointed in that aspect.
When I first came to this place years ago, I felt so degraded by the service folks and they made me feel like the stupidest person on the planet. However, I recently came here for a battery check on my car and they were extremely professional, polite, and courteous. Facilities were clean and orderly. I’m happy!
Brian was the best to deal with. I came in knowing what car I wanted and he listened to my needs to make it possible to get the car I wanted. He even helped me program what I wanted in the car and explained everything. I will definitely be back when we need another car!
Just had my brakes done. They are usually very good at getting to your vehicle quickly. Other shops were scheduling me two to three weeks out. Honda of Great Falls got me in within two days.Only gripe is the cost, but what else should anyone expect when getting service at a dealership.
I hit a curb and had to travel to Havre right then and I saw something leaking after going over the curb. I stopped to see if they could take a look at it and they got it right up and checked it out and eased my mind. So friendly and helpful. Can’t thank you enough.

Ended up buying a car, but the process was anything but seamless. I felt pressured to buy the car they chose for me and not what I wanted. Also, the price for the car they did sell me was quoted for less on their app. They would not honor this.

Overall experience was good, excepti asked I the vehichle had an oil change was assured it had and 10 as later the car said change oil soon, I think it should have been done prior to me driving off the lot.

Very dishonest service- Added $5000 onto the price of the loan without my consent- I had to find out from the credit union. Car immediately had to have work done. Customer service was fantastic until I left the lot then went downhill drastically. I really thought this carlot was going to be different than the other crooks. I wasnt going to write a review, but they kept asking for one. Here is my honest opinion. Great Falls deserves better.

The negotiating was a little tough, but in the end this is a great dealership and an answer to prayers. God is good!!! I was able to help my Mother get a mini-van with low miles, gap insurance, clean title with many extras at a low monthly payment. 1 star for salesman, he was awesome, zero stars for the dealership.. was guaranteed vehicle was checked out properly and assured everything was good to go, but not the case at all. Less then 4 miles away from dealer, car started shaking, transmission slipping, no power, brakes grinding, awd was not engaging, just a horrible purchase, when I called for help, I was told the famous fraud dealership words “well u drive it off the lot So there’s nothing we can do “.. this facility is a joke and service dept are rookie techs. I would not recommend buying any used vehicles from Honda of great falls .
Took my Civic in for a complimentary system check and found out that several gaskets were leaking. The parts I needed were on national backorder, with one being a Honda part which, after 6 weeks of waiting finally was put on critical backorder. The remaining part was finally released to my dealer last week so an appointment was set up for the repairs to be done yesterday. They were and I am pleased with the job done. I would like to recognize Ruth, my service advisor, for keeping on top of this and having so much patience with me.
Bought a vehicle from here. The vehicle was properly inspected. The finance team did well & looked into a few options for the best rate. Awesome vehicles. Never thought Id like a Honda but I was sold on the Ridgeline. Its like the Ford Ranger of the Honda line. Also, a warranty that comes with it for no extra cost is a great feature.

They put the Service in service center. I had a recall on my Honda. They installed the replacement airbag in about a half an hour. Definitely come back for that kind of service.

Fast oil change. Service representative was very professional.
I was there at 1pm and so were they, they took the car and did the oil change and I had it back in the time frame I needed. They even order a part for me. The next day I did have a power problem that wasnt detected and I wasnt sure I would get home safely with the car.

8/7/21: oil change ($53.50) & differential service ($139) Service was good & folks were great, place was nice & clean; sure wish prices were lower.————-I was a few minutes late; however, I was greeted at the door with a smile & an apology that the next appointment had already come & hoped that I didn’t mind that they were ahead of me. Of course I didn’t mind, I was late. The wait to get my car done wasn’t very long anyway & my next appointment time worked in very well. Thank you, Honda, for your service! I was also happy to see folks were cognizant of Covid, were wearing masks, & the place was clean. 😎

My Grandson recently bought his first ( used ) car from Honda Great Falls. The car came with no manual, a broken key fob and the heater did not work.My Grandson was told he could print a manual off the internet, he was given a key fob that he had to take to the dealership and pay $80 to have it programmed!!Honda did look at the heater problem which was a dirty air filter, not sure how the car passed their vehicle inspection department.When I have bought any vehicle it always came with a manual and a working key fob.My feeling is this company saw a young inexperienced man trying to make his first car experience a remarkable one and took full advantage of him. Honda will not reimburse the $80 for the programming of the key fob.I would NEVER buy another vehicle from this company and I will pass on to anyone looking for a vehicle to not do business with them either.I hope it was worth the $80.00!!!

Had our 2012 CR-V towed up to the Honda dealer at 3:45 on a Monday afternoon due to the brake pedal going all the way to the floor. Ruth, the service advisor I spoke with, called me by the end of the day with a diagnosis already made! The parts department had already closed for the day, so as promised, she called me first thing the next morning with an estimate of costs for the job. She said it might be Friday before the parts come in and they could get it done that day. However, I got a call on Thursday afternoon that the parts came in sooner and that the car was done and ready to be picked up! The price on the bill was just what was estimated to me and and I can’t say enough about the great communication from the service department. I would highly recommend this dealer to any Honda owner.
Brian Cook sold us an amazing car. We didnt even expect to trade in our 2013 Hyundai Sonata but we left happy with a 2019 Honda HR-V and we kept our payments around the same price of what we were already paying, warranties all. So happy we decided to come in and see what our options were after purchasing our Hyundai car from them 4 years ago and we were recommended by my mother-in-law Wanda Iverson.
