I went in with the mind of knowing I might not be able to get a new vehicle, but those two went above and beyond to get the deal done! Gabe was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was wanting. He wasn’t pushy, like most sales people I’ve dealt with. Dan was more than pleasant to work with, and took the time to help me understand what I was buying. It took a day and a half but they both never gave up! 5 out of 5 stars for this business and their very hard working staff!

My husband and I had a positive experience at Bison Ford. Brad was particularly awesome and patient as my husband was slightly undecisive on which F350 he wanted. Brad was not deterred. He offered to help order a 2022 versus buying either option that was on the lot. He just wanted to make sure that my husband got the truck he wanted. The finance manager was also very honest and not pushy. He also tried to help us get the best deal to get the payments to where we wanted them to be. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we had a minor hurdle with the trade in valuation, but that was not the fault of Brad or the finance manager. Ultimately, we walked out of their happy and we are enjoying our 2021 F350. Thank you!
Shotty and dishonest to say the least.I was unable to test drive the showroom Bronco because someone was caught driving unsafely in the test model. Later that day, myself and my wife stopped by just to walk around the vehicle for fun and the Bronco was out on a test drive. This time, it was because it is only to be used for reservation holders at Bison Ford.Which is it? Regardless of the answer, this is dishonest and misleading. Customers shouldnt be punished for reserving elsewhere or more importantly, lied too. Maybe, be honest or put a salesman in the vehicle while folks take it out for a test drive.Glad my business is going elsewhere.
I’ve been having problems with some aftermarket installations that were critical to my functioning work needs. I took my work truck into Bison Ford they did their Magic in a day and the next way took it for a road test and I only lost one day of production.Very good at scheduling, Professional Techs and personal. Was in the market to trade in my used vehicle and get into something new. Ended up calling Mike Martyn to discuss options for my trade, and was very accommodating in looking at every option available. Living 200+ miles away, I wanted to make sure that I was able to get a fair offer before making the trip up to Great Falls. I got a call from the sales manager, Mike Shettel, and he was honest with me about what he could do and what my options were.I ended up making the trip up, and despite them being short staffed I was treated very well by the sales consultant, Doc Lewis, the used vehicle manager, Wes Rolfe, and the fleet and commercial sales consultant, Pacer Popham, during the negotiations on the trade. Our negotiations went fairly long, but was not put in a spot where they were shoving an offer in my face and not moving on their end. At the end of the day their team met my expectations with an offer and made the long trip back home satisfied with my purchase and trade. Thanks to Bison Ford for taking the time and dedicating the people to making sure we could get a deal done in a reasonable time frame. My experience here made it worth the trip, and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

It was the fourth vehicle I have purchased at Bison and I appreciated it when Dan, the finance manager, came up to me and said; thanks for coming back to Bison Ford. I appreciated being thanked for being a return customer. The whole process was pressure free and no hassle.
240.00 dollars and 2 days later I pick the F150 up with nothing done to it. Bison doesnt have the ability to fix a door latch. A Ford dealership has to have a body shop do the work. Last February took in a 2013 Escape for alignment 130.00 later they cant replace a tie rod on that Escape had to have Electric City Brake do it. $370.00 spent their with nothing done to either. Never Never again They have lost my business.
I recently bought a used vehicle from Bison Ford. The sales rep was John Moran. Communication throughout the process was great, he was professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle (despite it not being a Ford). They initially told me they wouldnt budge on price but the day after my test drive, they offered me the price I would have offered them (and I feel like I got a good deal). The purchase process was quick and well organized.

Let’s face it, nobody likes having there vehicle worked on. I was having an issue with my extended warranty company (not Ford) and Tyler, in the service department, took care of it and dealt with them on my behalf. Although I didn’t get quite the outcome I was hoping on, she went above and beyond. I would recommend her and Bison Ford for repairs. Can’t say the same for my extended warranty company.

My boyfriend and I went to go buy a used truck from Ford a couple weeks ago and they didnt try good enough to help us get approved. Gave up to easily when one bank wouldnt approve us. Never called and tried other banks or help us get approved for another truck that we would like. Only tried for a truck that we didnt want.

After having a bad experience with Lithia we made our way down to Bison. We worked with Gabe and John they listened to what we were looking for and what we were trying to accomplish. Never once did they try to push us into a different vehicle or try to change our minds in what we wanted. Bison didn’t make us feel like we had to haggle for a better trade in price or haggle to get the purchasing vehicle to a fair price. We have 4 kids and car shopping is normal filled with boredom and crying. Our 2 yr old really enjoyed playing with both these guys in our down time and they made the car buying process enjoyable for us. If you are looking for all smiles and a all around good time I would 110 percent suggest going down and talking to Gabe and John.

I have been buying vehicles my whole life. Never can I say that it was enjoyable spending a lot of extra money so someone else can profit more than myself. I dont EVER write reviews. It is their jobs to try to please the customers, that is why they get paid. And they took the job. As do we all pick our professions. This car purchase was different for me. Let me, for the first time in my life, write why. Shaun was the salesman for my wife and I. He was very knowledgeable, and where he wasnt positive he checked immediately. Not I will find out and get back to you. NEVER NEVER asked us to sit down and talk about buying any car. We dont like being forced to do anything and he even let us go out to lunch and come back the next day without trying to make us commit to ANYTHING. That was HUGE for us!!!!! It was our decision. No forcing or manipulating by the seller at all. Never before have I had this kind of service. Salesman have always been pushing and fast talking, trying to get people to buy before they really have all the information on the purchase. Shaun was excellent. Friendly, and an enjoyable, easy to talk to person. The only thing we can come up with in a negative way is, the gas tank on the vehicle we bought was not full. Otherwise EXCELLENT JOB SHAUN. We recently traded our Ford Flex in on an Expedition and were helped by Sam Friscia. He was very helpful and made the process easier with all that goes into purchasing a new car, especially with so many upgrades. I cant say enough good things about Bison Ford. They are completely different from other dealerships Ive been to. I waited a few months after we got our car to make sure everything was still good. There were absolutely no surprises about the time the process will take. We were kept informed all the time. We paid less than what they originally quoted us. We were always greeted when we came in. Questions were answered promptly and the coffee is great too!
Drove from Havre MT to trade my car in on a truck. When I drove over 100 miles to get there I was greeted by a truck with a huge mechanical flaw that made it impossible to sell to me. The sales manager couldnt bother with an apology and they did nothing to make up for their huge oversight. The salesman was a good guy, very nice but management is a joke.

Was buying bolts for my box to my pickup. I was talking to Joshua S. he was very helpful finding the bolts and clips. He told me there were 2 different bolts. We ordered them, I asked if it was to late to find what position they were he said he just closed out of everything. I said that was fine Ill find out when I pick them up.Went into the store today to pick up bolts, I asked the clerk if he could help with the position and he said without the information he couldnt tell me. I explained I have the information to him, the clerk then said Ill have to start from scratch. This clerk had an attitude that he didnt care and was not interested in helping and I was very inconvienient to him. I am disappointed in the service I received as someone that regularly works on cars and is always shopping for other products at other businesses. This situation will definitely make me rethink using your parts department again for further services.

The consistent thing is the sales staff are very easy to deal with; they are friendly, knowledgeable, and both times, I was able to come away feeling like I had received a very fair deal on the car I bought. I recently took my 2006 Ford 500 in to Bison Ford, Great Falls for service. I never expected I would ever give up the 500. But once in the show room and Sandy automatically got my attention,while she listened to how much I loved the 500 and wouldnt part with it. She spoke of the Taurus and I needed to hear her out. She was very genuine and automatically gave me all the information why I wouldnt be disappointed with this vehicle and investment. Wow....I did it. And cant be more pleased with the service. And as always my Ford vehicle. To my 500, it will be missed but so very Thankful, for the 12 years of safe and sound travel. When I say sound, you have to drive it to feel it. To be honest Bison Service Department beats anything in this part of Montana for quality Workmanship and customer service.

Had a fluid leak issue while in the area (live 2400 miles away). Needed truck (F150) every day for the next 2 weeks. Initially told next available service appointment 1+ weeks later. Explained my situation. Bison Ford gave me an appointment for the next morning. Diagnosed issue, ordered parts, and made sure I could use truck until parts arrived. Couldnt ask for better service.
The staff is friendly and courteous, but their ability to provide maintenance service for vehicles leaves something to be desired. Multiple issues with inaccurate scheduling and their ability to complete routine maintenance. Also inconvenient that nearly every time I find out about what cant be accomplished (for issues not unique to my vehicle) is after Ive arrived and dropped the vehicle off. Whether it be the inability to provide an alignment (on stock Ford rims), leaving pertinent notes out regarding the whole purpose of the scheduled maintenance, or inability to perform a tire rotation (due to swollen stock lugnuts) Ive been disappointed and discouraged for the last time. Maybe its just my stock 2017 F150, but I find that hard to believe. Somewhere, anywhere else, will be getting my business.
I came in yesterday and ended up buying a vehicle from Rudy Bleskin. I’m a newly single mom and I am having to completely re-establish my life and I made that a point while doing business with him and he not only accommodated but provided exceptional customer service and support the entire time I was there. I never expect transparency when approaching a car dealership, but I feel our encounter was transparent and genuine. Rudy was able to work in a couple features I felt were necessity and drop the price to get me to an affordable monthly payment for a car that’s 100% reliability guaranteed.
