I dont even wanna give 1 star but I had to so I could write my not so good experience...my wife and I was looking at 3 different trucks and I did the on.line application and got a phone call the next day and told the salesman these vehicle have our interest and my application said I was approved...that was almost 2 weeks ago and I never did hear back from my salesman...I guess my time and money is not worth there time and money...I always thought Taylors said no problem...more like you call us but we wont call you back....maybe its because Im on ssi ๐....
Everything about the service I received was one failure after another. I was pushed to hurry up and do my paperwork before I even drove the vehicle. That week I realized something was wrong with the vehicle and notified them and they offered no assistance. My paperwork included a down payment and a warranty I had not expected or been told about. I didnt trade anything in and they told me I was getting the vehicle for $400 over cost. This apparently was not true because less than a month later when I went to trade it back in they said we cannot help you, you are thousands of dollars over the value of the vehicle. I felt they dished off a vehicle they knew that had problems and that they were not honest about anything I was told.
Their website is wrong. It says guaranteed approval, which is wrong. This whole world is based off credit, and there is actually good people with children who need help and cant get it anywhere. These people were rude and inconsiderate, I would never refer anyone to this cpmpany.
Keith provided excellent customer service through my entire buying experience. He was helpful and patient through the process considering that two nights in a row he stayed after hours to complete the process and made sure that they put gas in the truck I purchased. After looking around they gave me a good deal on the 2017 GMC Sierra. There were no games and the process was smooth. A week later I had to return because of the description on the contract had to be changed for the bank, they made that process completely painless. I was able to go right in and resign without waiting and filled the tank on my truck for the inconvience. I would without pause recommend Keith and staff to anyone looking for a new ride.
Zach went above and beyond to try and get me financed. The whole process was quick, easy and went super smooth. Just need to work on my credit and we will be good! Dont hesitate to deal with them, light years better than any of the Lithia dealerships in town.
Kathy did a super job from first contact all the way through the purchase and beyond. She quickly and efficiently answered most my questions. While this review is a year old (sorry Kathy I shoulda done it sooner) I think that it adds a little credibility to the quality of the used vehicle they sold me. So yep, since then I have enjoyed a quality used vehicle and I thank Taylorโs ACR and Kathy for that.
Very poor experience. this company is aggressive and unethical. We bought a 2011 SUV and were given a price when we 1st looked at the vehicle. We were then asked to work with a different saleswoman as the 1st salesman had an appointment with another customer. She came back with a much higher price. It was not until the 3RD COUNTER OFFER that they finally came to the price we were initially given, and then told us they had taken over $1000 off the vehicle and we were getting a great deal. When you go to their website this car is advertised at that price in the first place!!!! It was not our intention to purchase a vehicle that day so on the way to browse we filled our current SUV (which we traded in) FULL of gas, and in our negotiation we asked they return the favor and fill the new car with gas. They agreed and took it to the gas station. When all was said and done, we headed home with our new car only to notice it had less than a half of a tank of gas. During our test drive and negotiation we advised the saleswoman that there was an alert light on saying the tire pressure was low in one of the tires. Her response was that those sensors go off all the time with the temperature change. Knowing that this can be accurate, we proceeded only to have that tire go flat to the rim 2 days later. We called the dealership and were told sorry for your inconvenience. Needless to say they would not fix the tire and the saleswoman then denied ever conversing about it. My husband and I reported our concerns to the manager Tim, and still no offer to correct the flat tire. Upon evaluation from a tire shop, the problem was that it was just recently patched INCORRECTLY and the plug from the patch had fallen out. Knowing that this vehicle had been on this lot for a while, I will speculate they were aware of the issue, but that is speculation. Again this was reported to Tim. He responded that he would discuss it with Cathy the saleswoman, but again no offer to remedy the situation or absorb the cost. DO NOT BUY THROUGH ACR UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED UNETHICALLY, IMPRACTICALLY, AND LIKE YOU KNOW NOTHING. We will be filing a complaint higher up. Please take your business elsewhere. Cathy and Tim: shame on you, and it is because of this type of ethic, or lack there of, that car salesmen acquire a poor reputation.

I have had my vehicle for almost 15 yrs and I was dreading finding a different one especially since what I wanted was so ridiculously expensive, (another Suburban). Needless to say Cathie and Tim let me drive numerous vehicles and gave me plenty of needed time to feel comfortable in my decision. I felt like I was family dealing with Taylors ACR and I highly recommend Cathie Blalock, shes professional and tolerant and she helped me narrow down my needs and wants and made me feel good about my decision. I love my new to me 2017 Hyundai Sante FE Ultimate Limited. P.S. You dont have to have credit problems to buy at ACR they have great financing and inventory selection for everyone.
My wife and I have bad credit. We also work for the same corporation. Taylors ACR would not help us without a $3,500 down payment. Our work said that they would help us with the high down payment if Taylors would put in writing the make, model, year, and cost of the down payment. Taylors said they would not do this because of the way they turn over inventory. What happened to helping people with bad credit? NOT HELPFUL.
First of all, Im not the type to typically spend the time to leave a review. But the service I got at Taylors ACR was so outstanding I felt compelled.Due to some unfortunate circumstances I ended up Suddenly a single parent and had to file bankruptcy. In such a situation my options for a new reliable vehicle for me and my children were very limited. I sought out the help of Kathy at ACR and she went far beyond what is expected and help me get a vehicle that I could afford and would be safe and sound for me and my children for years to come. I highly recommend Taylors ACR to anybody.
My mom and Dad bought a pickup from this dealer a couple of months ago and Ive been trying to make them give it a bad review but they dont want to speak up so Id thought Id write something for them. First off; the pickups monthly payments are too high (might not be the dealerships fault.). Second their down payment was insane for this piece of $&@# pickup. Thirdly there is a lot wrong with this truck (I actually think that it is a couple different trucks thrown together and I know they took something from under the hood because something looks off every time I open it.) Ill list them here:โข there was no horn when they bought itโข the 4x4 is already going outโข the aux port does not workโข the driver door is sprungโข the volume on the radio only works so much then it cuts outโข there is no release handle for the parking breakโข theres holes drilled into the dashboardโข the glove compartment in the front does not lockโข there is a bad ground on one of the wires which makes the electronics act all weirdโข i believe I found water damage when I found the fuse boxโข the seat lever was glued onWhat ACR did was take advantage of two minorities by charging a five figure down payment and monthly payments over 400. DO NOT buy from this dealership, they are nothing but crooks

AACTwas absolutely fabulous! I hadnt financed a car in over 20 years and dreaded having to do so. Pacer, my salesperson, was great. He even remembered me from a few earlier when I came to look at cars. He remembered everything that I asked for in a vehicle and showed me the car I would go on to purchase that day. I would definately recommend ACARt anyone.

I was expertly attended to by Pacer Popham and Jay Schabarker from the minute i stepped foot on the lot. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and expressed a genuine interest in helping me get exactly what i was looking for.I finally ended up with a Ford F-250 that keeps me grinning from ear to ear every time i drive it. They also gave me a great deal on the two vehicles i needed to trade in.The entire process, from beginning to end, was a positive, pleasant and downright entertaining experience that made buying a vehicle from Taylors AutoMax/ACR an outstanding event. I felt extremely happy and blessed to have done business with them, and even more so to have met such a fantastic group of people.
