My brother’s fiancé brought her Subaru WRX in for an oil change to this dump. When she got her car back there were scratches all over it as if someone put sand paper to it. She brought it up to some “manager” who offered her a “free” car wash (which we all know remove scratches). The front desk clerk and manager were extremely rude the whole interaction. $1500 in damage to the vehicle, which my brother and his fiancée will have to pay out of their own pocket (on top of financing their own wedding). Thank you LITHIA for owning up to your mistake and making things right! That was sarcasm in case you were wondering.
This is not a Hyundai dealer or service center! Lithia needs to change their name to lithia Subaru!! Dont be fooled....This is not lithia Hyundai anymore its LITHIA SUBARU now! Great Falls Montana no longer has a Hyundai sales or service center! If you want a true Hyundai dealer you will have to go to Kalispell, Missoula, or Billings!
Had a nice selection, but Generally I prefer to brouse alone. This time I visited the lot twice in a matter of an hour and could get no salesman attention on either visit. It was cold out and they were staying warm chatting in the showroom. Within three days was driving our new SUV from another dealer. Thanks for nothing. Too little of competition in Gt. Falls these days.
They are all sales and no service! I bought a G80 Sport from them. The salesman said he would get me a cost estimate to install a clear bra on the car, but he never got back to me after 3 weeks. I had the bra installed elsewhere. Also, 31 days after I bought the car the dealership had not sent the necessary paperwork to the courthouse so that I could license the car. When I called the salesman, he said the paperwork was sent the prior week and that the person who sent the paperwork would call the courthouse and determine what the problem was. Well, the salesman LIED to me because I called the person who handles the paperwork the next day and she said she was not even in the office the prior day. She said she was sick. She told me that my paperwork had NOT yet been sent to the courthouse! It is one thing to be given the run-around and another to be lied to. Now I dont trust anything the dealership tells me.
The Lithia Hyundai Great Falls maintenance department is closed for renovation so I had to go to the Lithia Subaru to get my oil change. They did a great job with the service but wouldnt cover my maintenance agreement with Hyundai. They told me I would have to go to Missoula or Billings if I didnt want to pay out of pocket for my service, essentially suggesting that its the customers burden to work around Lithias renovation of the Hyundai facility. Well, next time I need a new vehicle, I will make sure I go to Missoula/Billings to make the purchase and stay away from any Lithia dealerships altogether. I will also suggest all my family and friends to do the same.
There is no Hyundai Dealership in Great Falls.
One of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. Pretty sure they sold a car illegally. The manager there seems sexist and tried talking down to me because I said $h!t. The car I purchased needed a new transmission within 2 months. They also said they couldnt fix a shifting problem unless the wheel baring and electrical issues where fixed ( owned the car for 4 months). This shifting issue has made the car basically stall when passing and left me stranded in the canyon for a period of time. They also lied and said that the car was certified. Buyer beware!
I thought the service department of Lithia was great until I returned my vehicle to the original dealer for service and the department manager informed me that Lithia Hyundais service department had overfilled the oil by one whole quart. I wont return to Lithia for service.
Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. They sold us a santa fe that was supposedly certified and came with the best warranty in the industry. To begin our temporary tags ran out and the dealer didnt even have the title yet from the previous owner! Then things started to fail on the car after only a couple months. The transmission had to be replaced, then it was the wheel bearings, and a shifting issue. All along the way they made things as difficult as possible and ultimately forced us to pay for most of the issues. The salesman and the managers are crooks, go someplace else.
