Worst service ever! Even worse than the previous owner which I didnt think was possible. My boat leaked oil and water profusely after getting it serviced there in June. I will not be going back there. I was hoping the new owner was going to improve things. Love my Malibu which I bought new there so I will be looking for a new dealer. Sucks I will have to leave the state to find one.

Had the lower unit oil changed on my 135 Evinrude Etc engine. THE SIGN OUTSIDE SAYS THEY ARE A SERVICE DEALERSHIP .THEY CHARGED ME $145.00 FOR A 30 MIN JOB.2 HRS LABOR $60+ 19.95 FOR GEAR LUBE,THEY DONT HAVE ANY TESTING EQUIPMENT FOR EVINRUDE ENGINESMY HOME TOWN DEALER OF 1200 PEOPLE CAN AFFORD THE EQUIPMENTSEEMS THAT THEY JUST HAVE WRITTEN OFF evinrude owners.Wont go back. Cheap lessonOFF

The showroom looks cleaned up and updated since the new owners took over. Ive been in only Malibu boats for the last 10 years, they are the best. Great service, and good staff.

Called to ask why a 2019 boat was more expensive than a 2020 from the dealer with the same options. Was told well its got a better motor. Was told I priced it out with the same v8 motor and was then told well thats a dealer rebate not use. The. Was asked shipping to which I replied they are not charging for shipping right now. I was cut off and told no they are you just dont know and that this boat is better then the factory ones. Hands down the worst service i have had at any boat shop. Looking for a lowe deck boat. Have $47k cash if any other boat sales people have one.

Hands down the worst boat shop in the United States. If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go. We talked to Larry along time about buying a boat from him and he told us his drop dead lowest price that he could sell the boat for. It seemed like a good deal...... But after looking on his website he was trying to sell us the boat for a higher price than what he had listed on his website. All he had to say about trying to rip us off was oh... sorry about that. I would not even let my worst enemy buy a boat from this place.

As a fishing outfitter, I need my boat every day to make a living. When I had some mechanical issues, Missouri River Marine was able to get me up and running the same day my boat was brought in. They were great about locating the problem, letting me know what needed to be done, and knocking it out right away. Excellent service. And really appreciate them getting me up and running so quickly. The guys in the parts & service area are very friendly and answer questions thoroughly. I needed a prop for my very old boat. They took the time needed to research the original part and follow the trail to the new part. I will continue to use this shop for my marine needs.
