3 weeks ago My wife and I set off for a 10,000 miles coast to coast tour on our 2012 ST1300 Honda. I had put a new set of tires and battery on my bike the week before I left but I knew I may still need another back tire during the tour since we ride 2 up all the time plus luggage. Last week in Oregon, after 7,000 miles I tried numerous places about a week out to give them time to get me in for a new back tire and service. No one in the west coast area would get me in to help me even though I was traveling and was going to need a new tire and service. Then I called Sport City in Great Falls Montana. Oliver in service worked with me to identify a tire and set up a service time the next week. When I arrived I was well greeted by the entire staff, and Oliver and the mechanic got me right in for service including rear wheel bearings as my original set was going bad. 3 hours later my wife and I were back on the road headed to Yellowstone with a new back tire, bearings and oil change. Thanks to Sport City Cyclery for caring for some very tired travelers. You are greatly appreciated!

Scott and the crew do a great job. My ATV came in it was put together and with the street legal kit. Scott took the time to go through everything so I understood it. I went into great Falls from Shelby Montana to get a computer update on my Alpha One Arctic Cat Snowmobile at a Arctic Cat dealer and possible upgrade my 2015 Cat for a new Arctic Cat. I called the dealer ship to see what they had left over from last year and he listed off 3-4 machines that were for sale and everything was good until he told me they were not taking any trades. So I came over to sports city cyclery and bought a brand new 2019 Polaris mountain sled and they glady excepted my trade and gave me a great deal ....Scott went through everything with me on the sled front to back. In recent months I purchased a new Polaris RZR XP Turbo from Sports City Cyclery in Great Falls, Montana. I found the sales and management staff to be cordial, helpful and accommodating. As time passed I got to know the parts and service staff as well, and I found them to be equally friendly, professional and responsive. Sports City Cyclery is a full-service dealership, and based on my repeated positive experiences, I can highly recommend it without reservation. Five-star all the way!

I needed something to plow my driveway and road, and couldnt find anything used that fit the bill for a fair price. So I walked into Sports City knowing exactly what I wanted, curious as to what it would cost me. A side-by-side with a winch and plow, all installed and ready to tackle the snow only ran me a little more than some of the used rigs I had looked at. They didnt try to nickel and dime me, or sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. Great service, fair price--Ill definitely do business with them again. (And I have--once you have the side-by-side, the accessories are like an addiction. I will say that Polaris accessories are a bit overpriced, but thats not Sports Citys fault. Their prices are similar to internet prices, and I prefer to support local businesses. I got the same service I did when I bought the rig--no BS, no trying to sell me what I dont need.)

Normally I dont do reviews but Luke earned it. I just picked up my 2021 Polaris Pro Xp from Luke. I was able to do everything on the phone being out of state and he made it as seamless and easy as he possibly could of. Everyone there is great but Luke went above and beyond in my case to make it possible. 10/10.

I found an incredible deal on a Motorcycle online and bought it sight unseen. I had second thoughts since I had never done business with this shop before. My concerns were unfounded - Scott, Candance, Pamela, and Jacque were amazing. The bike was prepped, clean and filled with fuel when I arrived. I have to say, this was the simplest transaction for a new vehicle I have ever had.They then assisted my wife and I in selecting gear for the new bike - at a great price!Also, when I was ready to load the bike, Scott (owner) personally helped me tie down the bike in my truck. When my suggested method of tying down allowed possible damage to the faring - Scott suggested and helped secure the bike using a much better method. The straps did not need to be adjusted once on the 350 mile drive home.Fantastic shop! Sports City Cyclery treated me like an exiting customer on my first visit.

No too impressed with the lack of personal interaction skills. I walked around the shop for 10 min and not one person acknowledged me. Ill go buy a SxS somewhere else.

I used to like this shop but my experience today changed that. I called about a week ago and asked what they would charge to swap tires on my ATV and EXPLICITLY noted I would be bringing my own tires. The guy in service told me 12 bucks a tire. I told him I would bring the rims and new tires down in about a week once I received the new tires in the mail.Go in today with the tires and unload them. Go to the service desk and they are writing me up and I said $12 a piece, right? The guy working said no $25 a piece because you didnt buy the tires from us. He was unwilling to negotiate AT ALL, even meet Midway based on what I was previously told by their employee at the service desk. I expressed my frustrations again when picking up the tires and asked if they charged more for parts if I didnt have their service department install them and the response was No, the only bonus charge is on tires.I will NEVER spend another dime at this place. Was considering buying a new dirt bike from them but Ill take my business elsewhere.Based on the other reviews, Im sure theyre real nice if you are buying something new... Not so much for the service side.

We test drove several different side by sides, the knowledgeable sales staff pointed out the features of each brand and model without pushing a particular one, which we appreciated. Once we decided on the model we wanted they offered a very competitive price. Of the three dealers that we checked out, Sports City Cyclery was the only one that did a follow up call. They are friendly, professional and we would definitely recommend them!

After shopping around for a new CRF1000L2 Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sport I decided to purchase from Sports City Cyclery in Great Falls. I spoke with Scott Daily about the new bike and found him very helpful. He had 2 models of the Africa Twin to test drive: auto and manual transmissions which assisted in my decision on purchase before ordering the newest model the Adventure Sport. Scott kept me updated on the order and had the bike ready the day after its arrival from Honda. When I arrived at the shop it was ready to go. I was briefed on the features of the bike and they even loaded it into my truck for the trip home. I couldnt be happier with my new purchase. I have been very happy with the customer service! every time I have been there, they have gone above and beyond for me. Yesterday, I brought in a flat tire. I asked how I could do this on my own in the back country. They took me in the back with the tire and showed me how to break the bead on a super stiff adventure tire. I highly recommend these guys!

Not much of a selection for helmets Street

I had a problem with my Polaris Sportsman X2 sputtering and back firing. I figured it was electrical but my local shop insisted that i needed a new fuel pump and quoted me over $500 to have it replaced. My local shop also wanted over $600 for a new clutch since they claim its better to replace rather than repair.I took my 4 Wheeler to Sport City Cyclery and they solved my electrical issue, rebuilt the clutch and even replaced my front springs with heavy duty ones for plowing, all for under $500.Great service department, I wont take my Polaris anywhere else.

Ive been in this place 4-5 times for various reasons. 1 time I was ready to purchase a motocross bike. 1 time I was seriously interested in timber sled info. Other times for parts or information. Not once in any visit has anyone offered help or shown an interest in my presence there. The other day 4 different people looked at me & turned their backs proceeding to do something else. I have never bought anything in there & if people treat me like they arent interested I wont ever buy anything from this place.

Absolutely terrific experience.

I am usually a very positive forgiving person but I have now had couple bad experiences. First one I was looking for a specific bike in which they were the only ones in the state that one. I drove two hours to take a look and the first thing the Owner says to me is you know you have to have good credit to buy one of these, no hi or how may I help you just a rude comment. I probably do look young but I dont think that Is a good explanation. Anyway the other salesman helped me out and I was now the proud owner of a new motorcycle. Soon after I took the bike in because my fuel tank would not open and the service department told me that I would have to bring it back well that would be ok if I could get fuel in it but the key would not even enter half way into the tumbler so I told him that it was not possible for me to keep driving the bike due to it being almost empty and not being able to open the fuel tank. After a bit of mild arguing and confusion on why they could not store it till they had a chance to fix a week old bike another technician decided to come and help me out and fixed the bike but did not seem to happy about it. My final situation happened just today I needed parts for my atv, I was having my cylinder honed out and the machine shop told me what size I needed so I went in and relayed the size to sports city and the computer did not show the actual size just stock or one or two oversized so neither the parts guy or I knew which one so he had another parts guy and the service manager come over to help after a little bit we just had to guess so he gave me the parts and I returned to the machine shop to find out that we had received on size to big so within an hour of purchasing the parts I had returned to exchange my piston and rings and was told that there was a $35 restocking fee on these parts, so I complained that it was not completely my fault to the same guy that sold me the parts at the beginning that how was I suppose to know if they did not know. He had the parts manager come talk to me and she asked who had decided that that was the correct part and I told her I guess it was my final decision but it was a guess for all of us. She told me sorry and that there was nothing she could do about the fee. I will never return here for anything. I would rather drive a couple hours to a different dealership to purchase a couple parts than save time and money to go here and be treated like crap.

Very Poor!!!! One word describes the service staff, ignorant. Sales staff lacks basic knowledge of what they sell, and was intent on talking down to my wife. I have never had such a absolutely poor experience as that at any other dealership. Drove to Polaris dealer in Helena. Was taken care of like I owned the place. Polaris dealer in Helena has my companys business for life now and my respect.
