Contacted them regarding replacing my daughters bedroom window. They came out and explained why my daughters window wasnt working properly and explained what they were going to do and the cost clearly and professionally. Waited a couple weeks for the window to be built, they came in and installed it in no time. Best investment Ive made and very happy with the product, professionalism of their crew and how well they explained everything to me before hand. Awesome company and highly recommended

Having all the original windows in my house built circa 1900 replaced with Chinook Windows. They replicated the original indoor trim and sills perfectly upon installation! The windows are so sturdy and pleasing to the eye. The attention to detail indoor and outdoor during installation is really great. I am very pleased. They are worth the wait!

I replaced all the windows in are place 20 years ago with Chinook windows well had a bbq hole in one made the call to them they came out said give us a week they came back and put in a new window and also did a little work on a couple others free of charge great service very Courteous I would highly recommended them

I bought a building over four years ago that had 48 chinook windows some of them had mechanical issues they gave some of the simple part to repair myself. I found that some needed more parts requiring a special tool. So I started contacting them to repair them. That was over 4 Years ago I have called and gone by numerous times to no avail. They have yet to return a call.
