For newer vehicles 1st Avenue Auto body is the place to get them fixed they will make you vehicle look like nothing happened. Quick, honest and precise. Also they mix there own paint in-house.

Thomas and his team do fantastic work! Dont let your insurance steer you to an inferior body shop, tell them to tow it to First Avenue.

These guys are the real deal. I have had body work done in Maryland, Texas, Florida, and now Montana. Initially, I was a bit surprised by the initial quote, but instead of reacting, I inquired. I learned the 9 different steps they take to ensure quality. They not only paint the new part but prime it so it is ready to accept the paint completely. Is it any wonder why the guarantee their work? This is the place for auto body work for sure.

Got in a wreck and had the grill, headlights, front fender, bumper, and some other cosmetics next to the grill area. We paid +4K for all of it, we got the truck back and the front left part of the fender where it meets the grill had a huge gap. There was 2 inch gap above one headlight and 2 inch gap below the headlight. And then a half inch gap on the trucks right side where the hood and grill meets just on one side. Also there was a crack on the top right side of the grill where they must have broke it trying to put it in. Just last week and presented the problems and they said they could fix it for no cost since it was there fault. They listed the ways they will fix all the problems. Thought it was pretty nice of them. I got it back today and the only thing fixed on the truck is the gap on the left side where the fender and grill meet. Extremely disappointed thought they were better than this guess not.

My van had extensive hail damage. They did a great job repairing it on time and handled it all with my insurance company.

I went in to get my bumper fixed. They said they would call me in the next 2 days. I waited a week. When I called them, they said the part wasnt ordered yet. But they would call me back later that day. Never called me back. What a waste of time! If you want to actually get your car fixed. Go somewhere else.

Took our car here after a minor accident. Paid for a rental car for 1 week ($400) We were told to drop the car off on Saturday at a specific time. Guy never showed up (Billy) and had to be dropped off the following Monday resulting in 2 days of unnecessary car rental. During that week the car never moved. After multiple calls and multiple excuses we finally just picked up the car. Heres the kicker... they had the car for a week and WE NEVER EVEN GOT AN ESTIMATE! Took it straight over to Procraft, had an estimate that day. I feel like this place owes me $400 for a pointless car rental.

Because they ignore you if they dont like you. We have been waiting for our quotes to go to our insurance for 2 weeks, they havent sent them. They didnt know how to do insurance cases; they seem oblivious to the steps, unless they didnt want to. They lost out in thousands and made us look stupid. Let me mind you that Im physically not able to be running around like i did to bring my vehicle there but did because i had to and they treated me like crap.
