I had my 2016 Jeep patriot repaired. I had an accident in July. The guys that worked on it did a wonderful job. The owners kept me informed about the progress as xwas had to get parts. After I received my Jerp back I notice my horn was not working and they were able to get it fixed right away.Everyone was kind and professional in handling the situation. Thanks do much . Dianne was wonderful and very easy to deal with. They got the estimate done very quickly and worked with the insurance to get a decision on my truck very quickly. It was later determined to be totalled. They were very good about getting back to me and let us come get our personal belongings. Thanks again to the employees in the office and also in the shop. Body work wasnt too bad, clueless on matching parts side to side and bad at final mechanical checks on what they take apart

We have USAA for insurance and Superior is an approved body shop. They have fixed 3 different cars for us. A rare 2005 Subaru that ran through a deer, a 2017 Focus that was clipped in the rear end, and a 2012 Suburban that was also clipped in the rear end. All of the vehicles came out looking brand new. They did a great job on the details and making sure everything was done with professionalism and great detail. When there were issues with parts or back orders, they called immediately to inform us and let us know an estimated time of delivery and replacement. They were on top of their game and we would recommend them to anyone.

I was in an accident that my insurance did not cover, I went with the cheapest bid. unfortunately i should never have done this. It took 3 weeks to repair my front end damage and now my car is falling apart. I have had to take it to another repair shop just to repair what Superior Auto has repaired. It is getting very expensive, I have had my door damaged, because it wont open, I have had to take it to get the airbags hooked up, I have had to take it to another auto body to get the damage done to my front end (the repaired fender, spoiler, and the thingamabobs that hold the front end together are breaking and falling apart. Never again

My moms car was hit and we took it to superior auto body and they did a fantastic job fixing it it came out better than ever and they also did a great job on the pin striping keep up the great work we will definitely be working with them in the feature

Superior did a great job repairing our Traverse after an accident. It took quite a while which is why I gave them 4/5, but the staff were fantastic and kept us informed of what was going on.

Came down my street going home a huge superior truck was parked right in the middle of the road. There was a lot of room to pull off but he parked in the middle. When we pulled up he didnt acknowledge us and we had to turn around. He was talking to man and laughing so definity not in the middle of a job. Looked like he was at a buddies house. Rude and unprofessional. Id never use a company like this.

Honestly I havent even had my vehicle worked on but I have had to call seven times over the course of a month and a week and still no estimate. however the first time I called over the phone I was reassured the job was going to be $125. Ive already brought my vehicle down for an inspection and still have no tangible copy an estimate. Every time I call I get redirected and most times when I call the even question who I am. Its frustrating trying to get work done I can only throw money at somebody so hard. I dont get it.

My wife took her car to superior after hitting a deer. After fixing body damage. They Installed wiring to the lights wrong and forgot to mount top of ac condenser to the frame causing it to leak later.

I AM A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF AND MY ELDERLY GRANDMOTHER WAS TOLD BECAUSE SHE COULDNT NOT AFFORD TO GET HER TOTALED CAR OUT SHE COULD PICK UP HER BELONGING. BAD SERVICE! LAWYERS WILL BE INVOLVED. RUDE TO AN ELDERLY WOMAN. NEVER DEAL WITH DEANNA THE LADY IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS WOMEN WHO NEEDS TO LEARN THE LAWS.

Wonderful do great work

We have been dealing with these folks for years and seldom have anything to complain about. On the few occasions when we have, it has been something minor and they addressed it immediately and to our satisfaction.
