What a JOKE they should call this geriatric repair center. Not only did I pay them over $800.00 to have my truck serviced and green lighted by them. Total fluid change front to back some sensors replaced good to go they say....The damn truck literally blew up 50 miles later. So being a considerate fellow. I let them clowns get me a used low mileage motor one month later still no truck. I had to pay to have it towed form there to what I hope is a competent shop. This douche is more interested in taking care of the good ole HOMEBOYS rather than cash up front paying citizens...STAY AWAY you go there at your own risk.

I never post reviews. However, I had an exceptional experience at Mr. Shortreeds shop.I was only stopping for gas at Grants Pass with my family when my electrical system shorted out going through a car wash. It was Friday evening and the few mechanics in town were closing. Auto zone ran a test and told me I needed a new alternator. Kellys Auto Repair was next door. They were very professional and helpful but could not promise they would be able to help me on Saturday. So, I started walking around town trying to explore all options. Several shops later I walked in Davids shop. It was 6 oclock and he was closing up for the weekend.David was intrigued by my vehicle symptoms and had me bring the vehicle over. He diagnosed the problem, test drove the vehicle, and explained everything in great detail. This took over an hour. Mr. Shortreed got me back on the road with my family and gave me peace of mind all at no charge. If I was local to Grants Pass there is no way I would ever take my vehicle anywhere else.

Do not go this business. We paid cash up front for an engine install, and they went on vacation... Leaving me without my business vehicle for over a month. Towing it home and looking for PROFESSIONALS!
