Malfunction of electronic control message take to dealer to be inspected message received. Found that a rat had made a quick nest and chewed some wires. Of course not covered because it wasnt a mechanical failure, they got it right in and fixed in an hour and didnt cost but $210! They said before they even took it in that this happens more often than youd think and theyd keep the cost down, which they did! Great service and folks, highly recommend! Side note: sprinkle black pepper around ro scare and actually kill rats, but not harmful to pets!

Levi was great! Super friendly happy to help me! They helped work around what I could do financially to make sure I got what I wanted! He even had snacks for me when we started getting hungry! We got stranded in Grants Pass with Lexus problems. Nate in the Service Department was amazing to work with and the mechanics did a great job. The curtesy shuttle service was greatly appreciated and the drivers were very kind. This company is honest, will treat you well and more importantly, take care of whatever problems your vehicle has. If we had to have car problems, we are grateful it happened in Grants Pass!

3 stars because half the employees arent wearing masks, same with the customers in the waiting room. They dont carry the parts I needed and wont do upgrades. I found the part I needed on eBay. Im starting to question my purchase

I came here to look at a used car that I saw online and left with a better one at a lesser price. Kent Burrow was really kind and helpful and extremely patient. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was nervous but he didnt try to sway me towards the more expensive or newer cars. Plus I was having issues getting a proof of residency since all my docs say the PO box but he was super patient and understanding as I called my insurance. 10/10 would buy a car here again :). Great service fast and friendly and very knowledgeable even gave me a bottle of water while I sat in my car as they changed my oil filled washer fluid topped of radiater and checked tire pressure

The water pump went out on our Toyota and they got it fixed right away we were traveling. They were Very friendly offered as fancy coffee while we waited.

Very quick and very friendly I paid a certain amount the last time I got my oil changed in April and this time when I went in it was more and I asked him why and he said was because I got a discount last time due to being in a pandemic and he went ahead and honored it again because they did not tell me that last time pretty darn awesome 👍😁
