This establishment has always been one of my favorite places to shop, not just because the clothes and accessories are so awesome, but the customer service reps are as well and then some. Always a welcoming atmosphere. And the bonus for shopping there...HOT CASH!!!😍

I would rate 5 stars but the last few times I have visited my local branch, it has let me down with the same tshirts and other novelties that it has had in stock for awhile now. Dont get me wrong, I love the vibe and the majority of the merchandise that they sell, but I would like to see some new things now and then. Just a little something something to spice it up a bit.

I enjoy the things at this place dont get me wrong, but they are way over priced and they move waaaay to fast. Something cool will be there for a short time then it just doesnt exist the next. I really have to dig in the pricey point, a single button of about an an inch and a half radius max is two dollars on its own, A BUTTON... But they do carry trendy cute and fun stuff so I cant diss on them too hard. It would be nice to not have to spend an arm and a leg on some of their stuff, but I still do visit here and there. All in all, great and trendy stuff, just very expensive...sometimes much to expensive; if you have the money and want some cool stuff, stop in!

Not enough clothing size options for tall people

I used to take my daughters to Hot Topic. They would spend huge amounts of time, looking over everything and always finding something cool and unique. Fast forward 15-20 years and now I bring my granddaughters to Hot Topic and they have the same fun shopping experience! In fact, on our recent visit, my husband found a cool band tee shirt that he just had to have! At least, unlike my granddaughters and my daughters before them, he brought his own spending money. 😁

Super friendly staff, good music playing, and a really nice control over the person limit in the store nothing rude just straight forward about how many people could be in at a time. One of my favorite places to go on the mall

Lots of very cool and unique merchandise from a wide variety of nerdy video games, movies, and animes. The staff is very helpful the only reason Im taking a star is because the store can be hard to move around inside. There is so much great stuff from t-shirts, coffee mugs, backpacks, pop figures, and other nerdy related products. Great place to stop and check out when youre at the mall.

Very friendly staff. They were really great with my tween granddaughter. There is so much for kids her age and for others. The people working helped my granddaughter find exactly what she was looking for and a couple of other Hidden Treasures. Fun place for graphic tees, Harry Potter stuff, Riverdale High stuff, stranger things, the office, and much more.

Let me first just say, Hot Topic isnt anywhere near what it used to be when I was in high school. . . Its like, the Non Conforming store turned into TOTALLY Pop Culture Conforming. . . However, it doesnt mean I wont go in there. . .Anyways, this location is VERY CLEAN and well put together. I was pleasantly surprised on their sale for jewelry being buy 2 get 2 free. And the staff there were more than willing to help, friendly, colorful, as well as helpful.Very happy with my experience there.

I always enjoy shopping at the Hot Topical. Staff here is always friendly and ready to geek out with me.My only complaint is that Hot Topic, as a rule, tries to fit too much store into too small of a footprint.

Best place for graphic t-shirts and other really cool crazy looking items. Me myself I like it because Im into this kind of stuff I enjoyed the style of emo goth looking items.

The store is small and fitting wheelchairs in it can be difficult. The service is amazing, everyone was so friendly and the products are exactly what you would expect! I love the store over all!

Im not much into the style of apparel that Hot Topic offers. However, my girlfriend is and we shop here a lot. The staff have always been very helpful and even loyal, as they remember us sometimes. The staff all seem to be pretty good singers, too, by the way. Fun to hear them sing the music played in store. Fun experience, over all exceeds expectations for simple store in the mall.

It has so many Funko Pop figures, cool T-shirts, and many others that I want to buy from this great place.

This place is amazing. The ladies who work there are extremely helpful. Id they dont have a size in store they will order it for you and ship it to the store for you. They have wonderful collectibles as well.

Great place just small needs more room so much stuffed in one area makes it hard to find that one thing that calls to you.

The workers here are the sweetest nicest people in the world. If you cant decide on what to get they help you and dont ever tell you to buy the one that gets them more money, they actually want to help. This store is the best ever.

Cool storm setups kind of odd though hard to reach things that you would probably want to look at miss a lot its such a small venue for so many items they need a bigger store they can spread out so we can take a better look at the inventory

My daughters favorite store! Every trip to the maal includes Hot Topic!! Staff are always ready to help with questions and make sure all customers know about current sales. Always well stocked. Aisles are a bit tight.

Wasnt impressed with the workers. No one asked me if I needed help. I was in there for 45 mins looking around. To bust singing and doing paperwork to notice there were customers.

There are so many exclusive clothing items and jewelry at this store as well as a judgment free positive employees I definitely recommend for teens especially.

My daughter and I always love our visits to Hot Topic, even if we dont end up buying anything. Sadly, due to the aisles being so skinny, and the amount of people in there at the time, it was hard to see products as we had to keep waiting or moving around people.

This store sells almost all famous bands and TV. Show t shirts and hoodies they sell so many things its awesome 10.10 reccomend

I love this location, the staff is awesome and a good balance of hilarious and efficient. The store is always stocked full and organized well, even the clearance and POPs which are a mess at other locations. They seem to keep more Harry Potter and Supernatural fandom stuff which I personally appreciate, as well as having more for kids/preteens than others. The online pickup thing is really nice to have (free shipping to the store is great). This is the best of their stores for sure.

I worked there. It was pretty great. Just be warned its not a normal sized Hot Topic so it gets pretty cramped. But besides that its awesome.

This store can make one feel very claustrophobic. The small size of this store in relation to the amount of merchandise available for purchase makes for a very cluttered store and a very unpleasant shopping experience.

Over packed with stuff in a small space. Moving around is difficult. They do have a lot of anime and pop culture knick knacks and apparel. Pop vinyls are taking over the store.

They always have some great stuff, but their X-L clothes fit tight on a size 3 female. Also they are way over priced!
