Discount Tire in Grandville is the BEST! I had a slow tire leak and they fixed it in a reasonable time, especially since they were short staffed today. They always have fast and friendly service. They have the best prices for tires. When purchasing tires add their guarantee because you get free tire rotations and if youre flat cant be fixed theyll replace it.

Needed to get a new tire yesterday as mine was slashed and the manager, Jeff went above and beyond to help me. The tires I needed were discontinued so he found one that was similar and gave me a great price. I have a baby so instead of making me wait in the store he added me to the line and texted me when my tire was ready to be mounted. The whole process was absolutely seamless! Will def be back!

I recently purchased a CPO 2018 Sierra. Since I made the purchase, I had noticed an intermittent vibration. I stopped by this location on my way back from the Soo Locks to have my tires balanced.The technician showed me that the OEM tires had started bulging and separating on the inner side wall.I now needed a set four new tires.Without my even asking, Nicole had recognized this as a known manufacturers issue on that model of tire. She contacted the tire manufacturer and secured a $150/tire rebate saving me $550 on a new set of Coopers . Back o. The road less than 2 hours after I had arrived.Everyone there was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of the customer. Thanks for being Awesome Nicole.

Long time customer, but no more. The tech wouldnt rotate my tires at my appointment because the fonts showed too much wear. Only would sell me 4 new tires even though I said I wanted to wait until after summer. Wouldnt feel comfortable sending my family here anymore.

The staff here are great. When I first went in I was trying to decide between the tires I got and a similar pair. I originally order a set that would take a few days to get in. Well days turned into a week that turned into 2. Durring this time I was contacted once only after I called first. I was told I would get a call back the next day, turned into 2 days. Keep in mind this was during a major snow storm that lasted a few days, they were super busy. Once 2 weeks passed I went into the store and talked with Phil. He looked up my order and they were still on back order. So he ordered the K02s priced matched them and they were there in 2 days. During install the special key needed to remove the lugs broke. So they ordered another one and finally got the tired mounted and on. This whole thing was almost a month from start to finish, but they worked with me and got the job done.

This place is a life saver for my tires. Get my winter and summer tires swapped out here and they are always very nice and friendly.

Ordered tires and scheduled an appointment for the following day. The associate said that the tires will be delivered that evening with the shipment coming in. Had an appointment at 10:15am, its about a 25 min drive from our house. Arrived before the scheduled time and the associate checked in my car and said it would be about 45 mins.About 20min. had passed, I went to another store, and I received a call from Discount Tire saying that they were unable to put the tires onto the car because the tires were never delivered to the shop.The communication from Discount Tire was non existent. I never received a phone call when the shop opened to advise that they had not received the tires. When I checked in for my appointment they said nothing about not receiving the tires.They offered to put different tires onto my car but thankfully another tire shop had the Michelin Defender tires in stock and for a better price.As I came back for my keys, the employe never acknowledged I was there. He continued to fill out his paper work. Never even said Ill be right with you. After a few minutes he finally acknowledged me so I asked for the keys, the associate said that they were in the car.They left the keys in my car, unlocked and un attended. Such a great opportunity for my car to be stolen.

Pulled in this morning with a tire that was low on air. Was able to get right in and they repaired the tire for free. Didnt try to sell me new tires, just made this back to normal. Thanks guys!! Great service!

I had a flat tire and I went to Discount Tire when they opened at 8am. Took ~15 min to get it done and the best part that I was not expecting?! It was FREE! I dont know why. Also the staff were really nice especially JD. I wish I had brought cash for tipping. Next time. Definitely going back here for my other tire and wheel needs.

This location is always great. Its clean, the staff is always very helpful, friendly and it is always more low key than locations closer to downtown.

This place is a great place to get a quality and cheap tire. It takes some time and they do a great job. They have quite a price gap between quality, reason for the for the four stars. But overall, when I need a tire change Ill be shopping around but this will be the place that I likely go to. The customer service and staff is great and their website is amazing. You can order ahead and schedule an appointment right from the website! All in all, great value and great service but can get to be a little pricey if you try to upgrade.

Bad product and service. Store did not make proper tire recommendation and install. The tire does not suit the wheel and left the inner wheel exposed -does not fit the same and looks ridiculous. They left white residue all over the tires which I tried to polish off. They made me back the car out of the shop bay off the hoist myself. I spoke to manager Ted. He was not professional or helpful at all. Rather rude. Here is the real kicker. I left a bad review on the discount tire website and they didnt even have the decency to post it! I have left messages with corporate and they have not responded either. I may dispute the charge on my credit card. They refused to take them back as they had advertised for years. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. There are plenty of better places.

This is my favorite place ever. Fixing your tires isnt exactly the funnest thing to do: its always expensive, but here they welcome you. Being a woman, its nice to have people who dont assume I know nothing about cars.

Service was fine, though it took more than 40 minutes for the actual tire change, no communication about why it was taking so long. All in all I spent an hour and 40 minutes of my day. Not great. Pretty disappointed

Stopped in to get the air pressure checked and was told they dont do that. You sell tires! Courtesy air pressure check makes future tire purchase customers...but not here.

They have curbside service and it super easy and convenient. I dropped off my rims for them to out snow tires on and then came back 30 minutes later to pick them up. Love the service!

Brought my car in a few weeks ago and I was amazed on how efficient and fast they had me in and out! Fella named Austin helped me out in the front and he was outstanding. Helpful, fast and very professional. I’ll always take my car here.

Dont assume that the staff communicates any of your desires to the folks on the floor doing the work. Or....if you put any comments in your online order. Even after walking out to the bay and explicitly asking the tech to do something specific it still doesnt happen. Some people want there vehicles worked on a certain way. All customers arent clueless. As a matter of fact many customers just purely dont trust you working on their cars!!

They put air in my tire.

Avoid at all costs. I called to make sure they had the tires for my daughters car. I sent her in for two tires and to have all four installed. They sold her a different model tire than what they removed, (which they said the correct ones were in stock), they charged her more than the price online, and they broke a wheel stud and told her to go get it fixed and come back, sending her away with a missing wheel stud to fix at her own expense. I finally got the manager to send her somewhere else to get it fixed. After getting it fixed she went back to get the tires put on and guess what, they broke another one, and sent her away again with a missing wheel stud. Im so frustrated, I wont bother ever going back, I will always use Belle Tire in the future, they actually have mechanics on site. This Discount Tire will take advantage of anyone that doesnt know any better, use at your own risk. They lack any reasonable responsibility, and dont mind breaking things and telling you to go get it fixed at your expense. I have been the only one to work on that car in the past five years, so I know there were not any problems with the wheel studs prior to them breaking them. They blamed it on me, on the weather, on the hub caps, just about anything but their inexperienced staff and their equipment. I hope this post helps anyone like my daughter that is afraid to stand up and say what your doing isnt right. Use Belle Tire, they will match Discounts price and have way better customer service and stand behind their work. I wont make this mistake again.My daughter came up for Christmas so I figured I would check to see how they torqued the lug nuts on her car. Her car should be torqued between 75-80 ft. pounds. When I checked what they torqued the lug nuts to I got to 120 ft. pounds and was afraid to go any higher so I didnt break another wheel stud. Now I know how they broke the two they did, time to talk to corporate.

I stopped here with a low tire and a pond looking at my tires all of them needed to be replaced they had me in and out inside of an hour and I was a walk in without an appointment. Dad bunch of flexible prices and options and did a phenomenal job I would definitely recommend this tire location

We unexpectedly extended our vacation with a flat on Sunday night, called Discount Tire to see if they could get us on the road again ASAP Monday morning. They were very helpful and very quick!! Definitely recommend this location.

Had 4 tires ordered and an appointment set for 13:00. Store called me to tell me the tires I ordered weren’t in yet. They said to come in anyway and they would give me 4 tires they had in stock which were better than the ones I ordered. I was in and out in 00:46. No extra charge. Now that’s service. Definitely will be back.

They sent me all the way across town to another store because that was the only store that had the tires in stock and when I got there did they did not have the tires in stock, they had to go get them from another Warehouse. They didnt call to tell me it was done like they said they would, and when I got there, my trailer was parked across the street unattended where anyone could have hooked it up and left with it.

Had 2 blow outs on my boat trailer. I dropped off the tires and they had them done by the time I came back from chipotle. Jeff was great!!! Thanks guys for getting me back on the road quickly.

I had incredible service today...called ahead for a flat tire..was told to bring it in as they were not too busy...got me right in...had a large chunk of metal in the tire....lifted the truck....did a tire rotation....fixed my flat....put the spare back up into my truck...reset the tire pressure electronics....I was out in 35 minutes..NO CHARGE TO ME...I was floored...thanks to the whole group of guys...Now thats what you call service....THANK YOU..

I had a leaky tire that needed a patch. Simple as that. Well I was told it would be an 1 hour and 50 mins. Well two and a half hours later they finally took my truck back in and they said they couldn’t match my tire because the holes were too close together and to small they couldn’t get a plug in either. After calling around I found out plugs aren’t even a good way to fix tires. So they wasted my time and they refused me service. I am very disappointed with this place. No Time flat said they’d have my tire back on my truck and running in a half hour.

This is a nice store that does good work, but they dont honor your appointment time. Sat today for 35 mins after my appointment before my car was taken back. This is the third time this has happened here. What does an appointment mean to you??? Not sure if this is bad management or bad corporate policy.

Always get great service here, only place I go. Real hard working young men who arent afraid to get dirty. Pair that with managers who go above and beyond and you cant beat it. The prices are fair, wait time is reasonable, I want it done Safely not quickly.

My husband brought the car in with low pressure in one tire and asked if they could add air. They said nope got to look at it. My husband said nope dont have time and brought the car back home. I then added air and brought the car back. They said cant fix it now that you drove on it, got to sell you a new tire. Instead I brought it to a different shop, they fixed it and said there is a lot of life left in the tire.I will never go back to this place.

I have had multiple problems with this store. Other Discount Tire stores in the area seem to be okay. They always try to sell you new tires when they are past half way worn but still safe to drive. They refuse to rotate your tires when they want to sell you new ones. I have had this multiple times at only this store. Sheisty place to deal with.

Love going here. Very reasonably priced and they always seem to have some sort of special going on. Even after you purchase the tires they still take care of you very well. If you dont have an appointment they will try to squeeze you in and they are pretty fast. I even go sometimes just to top off the air in my tires and they are so friendly and nice. I dont see a reason to buy tires anywhere else.

Staff were extremely nice and considerate of the fact I had to be home at a very specific time to get my son off the bus. They fixed my tire fast and pulled my car right up for me to jump in and quickly get home. I appreciated this extremely.

This past summer bought 4 new tires. Very good quality and pricing. Never have enough employees. Long, long lines, appointments often two or more weeks wait to get tires installed. You can order same tires most brands through Amazon, free ship to home. Lots of shops very willing to install within a day or two

Went to this discount tire to put summer tires and wheels back on. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jake, Phil and Austin. All three were very professional and extremely helpful. I had to make 3 different visits to make sure the tires and wheels fit each other and the vehicle. They took their time to do some research and make suggestions as to what would work best in my situation. Overall, great experience with the shop and the staff. Would definitely recommend this place!

Shout out to the manager, Brian Nelson, for keeping his cool with a little bluehaired woman throwing a fit because no one would move her car to the front of the line. People were waiting over 2 hours, she was demanding her car be fixed right now after she waited 93 minutes, trying to say she waited longer. He did a great job trying to calm her down, he kept his smile the whole time. Very nice guy, set me up for an appointment next week. Made sure on my way out to make a point, And Im not going to complain about a wait! Some people 😂

Great place to get tires! I have a Tesla Model S and it is notoriously difficult to find a place that will work on the tires thats not Tesla. Called and spoke with an awesome lady who was able to recommend a replacement set of tires for my discontinued Continentals that were on my 21s. They even made sure my air suspension was turned off and used a flat bed jack to lift the vehicle.If youre looking for a place that knows how to take care of your Tesla when you need the tires changed, look no further.

Discount Tire has great customer service. We discovered something stuck in our tire and got to Discount Tire 10 minutes before they closed. They didnt hesitate to get us in and evaluate the situation. It ended up being a simple repair and at NO charge! We were very appreciative!

I’ve always loved Discount since the first time I went there. They don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need like others place I’ll leave unnamed. I buy a lot of tires and they always give me a very reasonable deal. They’re always friendly and work hard to help you find what you want or need. They also have lots of wheels at very good prices (some in store but even more online that they can order and get in quickly).

Had the most amazing experience there. I had thought the valve stem in my tire was broken, come to find out, it was the sensor, which is not a free fix. Mason worked with me on the pricing, and was truly a blessing in my life. After getting the short end of the stick on almost everything the past few months, it was really nice to have faith in humanity restored and know there are still good people out there!

I found a staple in my tire tread. They couldnt plug it because the holes were to close, and the patch would, overlap I had purchased hazard insurance, so it was only$26.75 to get a new tire, but they didnt have any in stock. They wouldnt go to another store to pick up there tire, because they were busy. To buy another tire of a different brand was over$125. They wouldnt put my spare on, because it was over 10 yrs old, even though it looked perfect. So instead, they put the tire with the hole back on and told me to go to another store. They were all busy, so I had to go home and come back. The tire deflated on my way home. I had to walk to get a can of fix a flat. Did I mention, its freezing drizzle and snow while Im out trying to fix the tire? I would have rather they put the old, new looking spare on, then leave me with another flat. 100% disabled veteran, they couldnt fix it for me or give me some temporary fix to get me by until the next day? A short drive to pick up the tire from another store would have been acceptable also. They said they would order the tire or get one from the other shop, and they would have it the next day.. I returned 2 days later, and they didnt have it. So I get to go back again...

Their tires didnt hold up to the millage rating, they wore out at 40000/65000 miles. They want me to pay $450 to get tires that will last to the rating that Ive already purchased.This is a scam and I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy tires from them do to their poor customer care.

I had a nail in a tire and limped my car here since it was the closest Discount Tire. I came about half an hour before closing. I was told there were about 20 cars ahead of me, but that they would stay until everything was done which would be 2-3 hours. I was thankful for that, and arranged for a ride home.When my ride came, I asked if I could get a call when my car was going in. I was told that I needed to wait there. When I explained a ride was here, I was told to be back in half an hour. As I was asking if it would really be another two hours, he left and walked out the door. Without a way to get more info, I had to tell my ride to leave without me and I waited another 1-1/2 hours.Ive never had bad customer service at a Discount location before. Hopefully this is just one employee who was having a bad day.
