A month ago my car was hit from behind and looked bad. My trunk lid couldnt even close shut. Steve said he would do what he can do. They did a very good job for his asking price. My family and friends agreed. He also gave me a loaner car for use. Im happy with them. Ill see if he can do brake work for me as well.

Less than 2 months after I bought my Jeep, it was involved in 2 accidents back to back. Having never been in an accident before and really having no idea how to proceed with getting it fixed, Steve made the process so easy! I live in Detroit, but my family found Unique Body Shop near them in Grandville because of their advertisement for waiving deductibles. And let me just say, Steve is fantastic! From initial contact via phone, it was evident that he genuinely cared about helping me and I NEVER felt like I was being lied to or pressured from him (which is a sad reality when it comes to being a young female and most car shops). Steve went above & beyond by communicating with me via texts (providing updates & even sending pictures of the process with my Jeep!) and helping me reach out to the insurance companies involved. He was even generous enough to allow me to pick up my Jeep after hours since I had a 2.5 hour drive from Detroit. When I arrived, me Jeep actually looked BETTER than it did when I bought it! And it came back detailed! Overall, I will definitely continue to make that 2.5 hour drive to go to Unique Body Shop for any future car repairs (knock on wood that I won’t have any 🤞🏻) because I trust that Steve will do the best job!

My husband hit a deer and needed some repairs. I had heard about Unique Bodyshop on the radio and they were willing to wave the deductible. The service we received was fantastic. Even with the holiday weekend they completed the work in a timely fashion. They provided a free loaner car. They cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the can (and this car needed a good cleaning for a long time). Plus the fixed a dent in the door that my dad put in a few years ago for no charge!. When we went to pick it up they walked through all of the paperwork before signing anything. They were very professional and friendly! I would definitely recommend!

I have been to several body shops. I rarely leave reviews but I felt inclined to leave one for Steve the owner. He gave me his cell # & could communicate through text the whole time. Took care of insurance perfect, gave us a loaner no issue, and decreased our deductible expense. At the end the car was done to perfection. It wasn’t a simple fix. Stand up local business. Our family needed some body work done on our GMC Terrain after a recent fender-bender. I found Unique Auto Body through an online search, but it was their BBB rating (A+) as well as their online reviews that enticed me to choose them for our needs. Steve was extremely helpful in getting our vehicle into the shop right away. He also offered us a loaner vehicle at zero cost so we didnt have the added stress of transportation issues. The repairs were done quickly and I was back into my vehicle in under two weeks. Steve not only reduced our deductible (by half), but the team at Unique also detailed our vehicle (even shampooed the carpet) before I picked it up. It was like driving it off the showroom floor again. Thank you, Steve and Unique Team, for taking the time to add those personal touches. We will definitely be return customers!

I recently brought my truck in to get fixed after hitting a deer and the service was excellent. They gave me a loaner and had if fixed in less than a week. When I got my truck back they had cleaned it and it was like new!! I would definitely recommend.

Unique body shop did an amazing job on our vehicle! We were involved in a accident and had lots of damage to the bumper and quarter panel. They were great about communicating with the insurance company and even waived our deductible. Not only does my Jeep look like new, they cleaned the inside as well.

He does very good work. Very busy, is not always able to waive the deductible. Does not provide loners. he should have checked my insurance I dont have a deductible.

I was calling to ask about getting an over the phone quote for a full color change, I felt very rushed and somewhat unwanted. He said he was on the other line with someone, which I respect, however he made it seem like my business was not important enough to continue the call. I dont plan to follow up with my business if their work is anything like their customer service, fast and not of quality. Many good reviews, however customer service is a huge selling point for me and that was not the impression I received.

I went there with a after market bumper to see if it was able to be put on. Other shops I visited said that it wouldnt fit or the fitment wont be flush. So before giving up and buying another bumper from the dealership, I stopped by at the shop and they said theyll look at. Fast forward a week later after they had to order some parts I get a call saying my cars ready to be picked up. As I get there im expecting the bumper to have some gaps on the bumper because of what the other shops said. NOPE! They went above and beyond on making this bumper look great. Highly recommend this shop and will be returning if I have any body work in the future!

Very very happy with how my truck turned out! They did an amazing job and customer service was great as well! I will reccomend to everyone! Alot of the bad reviews were just because of him sounding rushed with them on the phone but hes a super busy guy, cut him some slack and give him a try you wont be disappointed!
