The rooms are massive by Japan hotel standards. Great place to base yourself for a few days.
Great place to lay over. Take the bus to Costco Japan and load up if you have spare room in your bags, its wild. Use Google Maps for exact timing of the bus there, takes about 40 minutes each way for 240 yen. Also great walking across the bridge to night life, maybe 10m in good weather.
Very nice, and wonderful staff!I got help putting on my Kimono, and they are super helpful and polite. The only downside about the hotel is the breakfast. It may be a 5-star hotel, but the breakfast is at the same level as a 3-star hotel. Or lower. There were no pancakes, not much fruit, and no dessert like cookies or doughnuts for your coffee. The breakfast definitely needs improvement! If I go to a 5-star hotel, I want a 5-star breakfast.
The staff are helpful, polite and provide great service! I definitely recommend this hotel and you can choose between a Japanese room or a modern room. I love the bathroom! Very elegant and luxurious!
This hotel is UNREAL! Huge room, three different restaurants and two (great!) shops inside the building... Room service, wonderfully helpful staff (even though we didnt always get through with English...) And a really great location. If we hadnt been on a sightseeing vacation, we wouldnt have had to leave the hotel at all, and we would still have had a good time!
Clean, comfortable and aesthetic place to stay with great staff. Room didnt have much in the way of extra amenities that I would expect given the rating - e.g. no mini bar. Didnt feel like particularly good value for money.
Very nice and luxurious hotel, spacious facilities and rooms. Even has its own convenience and souvenir store. Very friendly and professional staff. About 15 minute walk to Susukino and downtown Sapporo. If you dont like walking there is a bus stop right outside with buses going regularly towards downtown, and the hotel also have a shuttle bus 5 times a day to the station.
I stayed at the Premier Hotel in Sapporo with my wife, two kids, as well as my mother and father in law, my brother in law and his wife, and my nephew. We booked three rooms. Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly and shown to our three rooms. The rooms were very large and perfect for our needs. The hotel has a great location and we were able to, for the most part walk where we wanted to go. We were also given free breakfast as part of our stay. Th next morning, we had breakfast at the buffet. The food was quite disappointing. After the first day, all we could stand to eat there were the fruits and some of the cereal. One night, my wife and I went down to the bar together. Except for one table of two, it was completely empty. I ordered a glass of sake while my wife decided to stick with water. As I was finishing my sake, we were informed that my wife had to order something, or we had to leave. This was just one instance of the overall bad attitude towards us while we were staying at the Premier Hotel. My father in law asked for a late checkout for an extra 2 hours in one of the rooms. He was told there would be an extra fee. Most of the guests are there in large tours arriving and departing by bus. The hotel is adequate but quite cold and lacking of style.
A little bit shocked when the male staff speak loudly to force guest come into the elevator, He said, the hotel have a tight elevator so you need to go inside (dont wait your friend) while we prefer go up together with our roommate, we are in group but the hotel not too busy, I think they can allow us to enter the elevator by ourselves as same as other hotels do. Relax..hotel is spacious, could have be better if the washbasin is more clean.
Good location with reasonable price . Cleanliness is satisfaction. Shuttle bus service is good. . My family feel happy to stay in your hotel .
My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights while we exploring Sapporo, and it was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very spacious. We have a tendency to walk everywhere when are vacationing, so downtown Sapporo was a bit of a jaunt from the hotel, but they do have buses available if you dont feel like walking 20 minutes to get there. We would stay here again!
Very hospitable. Service was amazing. Room very well kept and beds were comfortable. Within walking distance to subway station and restaurants. Transportation of all sorts easily available. Great stay
WONDERFUL MEMORIES. The place is strategically located in Sapporo. Within walking distance to Susukino area. Loved it.
Spacious toilet, grand lobby, cheap parking at 600yen per day. Room is especially warm during winter, even when window is open (there is a gap where you can push open for fresh air). I dont like a warm room. Their air conditioning is turn off during winter hence I cant rest well in the night. I had to sleep on the floor, near to the window gap in order to feel the winter cool air.
Huge room. Location is ok not too far. Quiet surrounding. There is a Lawson across. Very good breakfast. Good fast lifts. No spa or onsen though.
Lovely customer service and beautiful decorated rooms. The front desk was so helpful and easy to communicate.
Location is excellent . Shuttle bus service is good.and Is very convenient to go to tourist destinations My family feel happy and great to stay in your hotel .
Outstanding hotel! Great service and room was clean and big. Hard to see these kind of room size in Japan.
Overall its good. The room is clean and big. Walking distance to Susukino about 15 minutes.
The room was very warm even during spring. We checked with the hotel and the temperature is centrally controlled and they had heating on. Other than the warm rooms, the rooms are good sized. There’s also a shop on the ground that sells a lot of toiletries, drinks, snacks & souvenirs. It’s also walking distance (15min) to Susukino.
The hotel is huge and the reception is very grand indeed. It is a little bit out of the way but there is a free shuttle bus to Sapporo Station that runs a few times a day and for those who dont mind walking, its under 10 minutes to Susukino on foot. After a friendly check-in, we were taken to our room and I was pleasantly surprised by the size! The decor was a bit dated but it was huge and bright. The bathroom had both a separate shower and bath, as well as a huge mirror. The usual amenities are included. WiFi is free but it can be a little bit slow. The staff at the front desk are very attentive and most have a very high level of English. They were a great help on our trip. Overall I would recommend if you are looking for a spacious room with a great view!
The location was great where the bus stop from and to the airport was right at the front. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel breakfast was also satisfactory
Quiet and yet rather near to central shopping areas. Look out for hotel dinning offers, value for money.
Very cozy and exclusive hotell, great service but can be pricy.
Nice hotel. Good amenities. Location isnt exactly very central but not too far away. About 15 minutes walk to downtown.
Hotel is grand and room is big. Could be a little old looking here and there though overall a really nice place to stay in.Convenient store Lawson is directly across the hotel.Shopping street with lots of restaurant within 15 mins walking distance across the park.
Really nice service. Having a good vibe here
Good breakfast, nice room environment, and good view face to hotel
Great hotel, room was spacious but a bit far from the downtown. Need 20mins walk to the downtown. No restaurant nearby.
Nice location, clean hotel, great location! Especially during winter because this hotel is just beside a canal so with a thick snow, there is a snow slide here :D
Very good staff, nice rooms, it’s such a great hotel
Very classy hotel located within walking distance of a large variety of restaurants and shopping. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
Nice hotel in good location, short walk from downtown. Good sized rooms, clean and tidy.
Great place room was lovely staff are friendly foods good and its close to the metro station view is spectacular
Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff, clean and big room, good restaurants and location. Extremely good value for money.
Nice hotel, a bit on the old side and a bit of a walk to stations. Might be best to taxi to stations in winter.
Very nice hotel room with great bathroom. From 10th floor couldnt hear street traffic. Location is ok, 10min walk to either Subway line. Airport limo bus stop is right across the street. Two breakfast restaurants, one informal lots of people and noise. The other more formal (not fancy just not tiny kids), less quantity higher quality food, better scenery. No discernable price difference between them. Some English language skills but its light and not universal.
Western size room. Excellent faculties. Large bed. Restaurant. Vending machine. Gift shop. Close to transport.
Nice hotel, my room had a great view of Toyohira river. Staff was helpful and polite. There is a sovenier shop in the hotel, which is handy. But the hotel didnt provide any free water, and buffet breakfast had fewer options than 5 star breakfast buffets.
A good hotel, nice place (not too noisy)
First time in Hokkaido for my honeymoon trip, room is a bit old yet very clean. A big drug store nearby, approximately 8 mins walking from hotel, quite convenient. Would come again next time. 3-4 stars.
Great view of central Sapporo just on the banks of the Toyohira River where you have excellent spacious rooms!
Nice service and big room than normal size
Little far to walk. no recommend for Japanese style room.
It was a rainy morning .Breakfast experience overlooking trees was good .
Room was very big great to stay if have lots of shopping to do. if for smoking people its a very far walk also it does not have free parking around 600yen for overnight parking
Nice clean room... spacious... right off the toyohira river and a short walk to nijo market... the USB charging strip was a nice touch to add to the room...
Elegant hotel with great value for money
Stayed at japanese room with family. Pretty nice and spacious room.
Lovely hotel and very friendly English speaking staff!
Great hotel. Friendly staff.
Nice hotel, reasonably priced, close to amenities. 15 min walk to Ramen street and all the eateries of sapporo. Ask for a high floor and have a better view.Remember to validate your overnight parking at the reception as overnight parking could cost up to 2450 yen but guest pay 600yen. In and out of carpark in the day is free.
Spacious room. Excellent service. Abt 10 mins walk to tanuki koji arcade shopping.
Nice servicelarge roomclean environment
Big and spacious rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Huge rooms, clean and well kept. Wonderful service
Good place, few store around or you can choose to walk like 15min to reach an supermarket
Hotel is a bit far away from the station and receptionist seems to be struggling in smiling. All others are better than expected.
Good hotel, room space is the biggest so far. Staff is really considered with us allowing early check in since our flight arrived early.
Very nice hotel with an excellent view on Toyohira river.
Beautiful and calm place. I got a peace of mind in Sapporo
Waiters services are very good and the room is very big. We will come back next time.
Everything was good except breakfasts
Comfy place but a little far from city
Just across the bridge from the busy center of Sapporo. Daily parking available for families traveling with a car. 20 mins walking distance to the Odori Park.
Room spacious, but NO air conditioning
Nice hotel, large rooms. No modern facilities
Huge rooms and amazing staff serivce
Excellent service and very spacious rooms
Very large room, brand new, clean, and confortable.

Outstanding! Clean and quiet andwith huge bath square.
Good and decent hotelThe only disadvantage is a bit away CBD
The air conditioner is suck.
Its beautiful and services are great!
Feel comfortable and relaxed.
Parking area available for 600 yen per night. With mobile phone in room that can take out for use.
Clean but older hotel. Slightly further than city center.
The service is quite good, despite the room is quite small
Great hotel but a bit old
Great place to stay!
Air con too hot
