This probably the best Retail I’ve visited in a while. Came in looking for a 2 piece combo, and left with that and more. Jeff assisted me with recommendations and was always very knowledgeable. That’s my guy! He even went as far as recommending some great fragrances, Stacy and the other woman in Sephora gave me god feedback on certain colognes that would bring out the essence haha. All in all, the staff was friendly, store organized, and a wide selection. I loved it

It was a confusing time. The young lady at the jewelry counter was very nice,The other one,Thought I was married to my boyfriend. Were not married. Im just a girlfriend with a opinion. My boyfriend bought the jewelry plan. Yet,They dont see my viewpoint. The information should be in the computer and my boyfriend drivers license was taken and layer given back,To look things up and yet the young lady really tried. Now my boyfriend saidI will take care of it. He was sweet about it. This was all over Because,My stone came out of my ring,three days ago.

Ill sum up my shopping experience with one word depressing.The place looked dirty. Much of the merchandise was unfolded or hanging crooked off the hangers or clothes just thrown on the rack in a haphazard fashion. One is left with the feeling that the employees dont care about the store anymore. That must be a function of management doesnt care anymore and therefore the employees dont care.Given the staffing shortages I was appreciative of the employees that were in the store although none were available to assist me in selecting my purchases. The only people that I ran into were at the register to transact my purchases. They were very pleasant and offered assistance in making sure I had discount coupons to use.Im a JCPenney credit account holder and have been for many years I would really like to see them turn around and become a thriving retailer like they were once before.

Large location with a bunch of options. Most clothes options are on the ground floor, no fuss dressing rooms. Friendly staff as well. I still love Pennys so Im happy to have this large of a location within a short enough drive.

I bought a sapphire necklace online. Within one week the chain broke, which they replaced; no problem. Now, merely 3 months later, I woke up and the stone was missing. When I looked closer I noticed a prong was broken. I was on vacation at the time and was taking it easy. I did nothing that would damage it. I called and they said theyd replace the pendant but that Id have to take it to the store: a 45 minute drive. When I got there, they told me there was nothing they could do since I didnt buy their protection plan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying their fine jewelry. Its not well made and JCPenney doesnt stand by their products. You might as well throw your money out the window!

We found a tie and a white dress shirt for my sons homecoming. We had to really look to find it. The selection was ok. The cashier was friendly. It is not a place we would regularly go but so many places were sold out of dress clothes. We took a chance and got lucky finding what we needed here.

Still has best selections for all shapes and most sizes plus I experienced great customer service when asked if they could look up an item for me. A 4 only because they still only open one fitting room tho. Is that due to theft prevention/covid or both I imagine?

Awesome help from Bert upstairs! We were struggling to find the help we needed. She put us in touch and saw it through until our problem was resolved. Great service from her and her supervisor Lynn. 10/10 would recommend.

She contacted the credit card billing department and helped me work through my problem. She was kind, gracious, knowledgeable, and willing to ensure my issue was resolved. She and her supervisor, Lynn were pleasant and very helpful. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. Kudos!

MRS had sent me there to purchase some work shirts that I needed. The store associate and supervisor were very helpful in getting what I needed. They went above and beyond what is expected and I really do appreciate that. Thats what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!! More than what I can say about other people and places.

I love JCPENNEY, but if you dont go at the right time they are fully out of stock! Not much kids swimsuit or Disney area to choose from. Hard finding size large in a lot of things I wanted, mens and womens.

They have a good selection of clothing footwear and nice suits for the money. Still offer affordable appliances. Im glad there still in operation.

The amount of inventory, staff, and dressing rooms are severely lacking. It used to be fun shopping here, and now its like a ghost town.🙁

Found my nephew new tennis shoes here that were such a good deal I ended up getting a new pair myself! OK ok, I probably would have gotten some anyway but thats not the point. The point is that they were so reasonably priced that I could not leave them there on the shelf!

I waited in line 10 minutes to do my return, was then told I needed to go to another area to do the return, then waited another 10 minutes. The colleague was less than polite and didnt even offer an apology. Wat to go JC Penneys..I will not be shopping in your store again.

They kicked me and my friend out of their store when we didn’t do anything and we tried telling them it wasn’t us but they were extremely rude to us and accused us of this we did not do. Don’t visit this store.

Lots of great clearance items to choice from. But what Im not happy today about Is that they had a sign up everywhere in the store saying pink ticket items buy one get one. So I find two cute swim tops with the pink sticker on them and when I get to the register the lady told me swim wear was excluded. I asked her why the sign was up in the swim swear section because that makes is misleading. She didnt have an answer of course...Then I tried to use my 25% coupon and was not able to on another clearance item I had either. She didnt even try to scan it. Usually they atleast try. I just feel there is always too many small details that customers miss when trying to use coupons and deals that the store is promoting.

I love JCPENNEY. Excellent friendly and efficient customer service. Beautiful variety of jewelry at affordable prices. Very clean place all around. Clean and spacious parking lot. I would recommend shopping here.

What can I say. Department stores like this are a dying breed! They are usually pretty stocked up. Though it is pretty hard to find an associate to assist you!

The a/c finally got fixed, or at least it was comfortable to shop in there again. Sales everywhere made it fun to shop, and as always, service was excellent!

I had not been in a JCPenney for a while until the other day. I was pleasantly surprised. The store was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I bought some beautiful towels at a great price, very high quality. They also had a great sale on Levi jeans for my granddaughter. I felt like I got a lot for the money that I spent.

I ordered the wrong as online and after being on hold for over a half an hour got hung up on. Called back ended up being on the phone almost an hr, just to be told I should go to the store and exchange even though I spent $8.95 on shipping, in the 1st place. Ugh

The cashier was really pushy with the whole credit card sales pitch. I had to tell this woman no 6 times. That right there made my whole shopping experience terrible. I pay for what I want with the credit cards I have. Sometimes I will use cash. I pay the way I want to. I dont want to be pestered into a store credit card. If I want one I would apply for one.

This is a nice store. My shopping experience was pleasant. They offer a huge variety of everything! They had many sales going on, which I took advantage of. I also visited their eye Care center. I was greeted by a very welcoming man. He made a huge positive impact on my time there.

We enjoyed visiting jc penny at the Woodland Mall. We were browsing the jewelry department for a mens wedding band. We were helped by a lovely person whose smile was infectious. She was very patient with us as she explained all the variations that exist in mens rings.
