Love the prices nice staff and clean. I love the buy one pair of women boots and get the other one half price. But, not for men sorry to say. But, the prices are not to bad.

I got a good pair of Nikes running which are comfortable. The price was very reasonable and they had other deals for me when I come back.

Brought my daughter in to get some new shoes and we had 1 1/2 year old little brother. Running around like a maniac, spinning the wheel just being a 1 year old. Staff was totally cool with us and really friendly with him reeking havoc. Great store and great staff!

This place seems like it has an endless supply of shoes, just about everything youre looking for all in one place. At first I went there looking for supports for my heels because of my job my heels hurt in my work boots. I did find what I was looking for to my surprise however I went over to look at the boots, and I was very surprised by the price so I ended up still buying the inserts and the supports however I buy a new pair of work boots to her more comfortable then the Red Wings that I had.

My son really liked a pair of sneakers. But they were out of the size but was able to send us to the right store that did.

Not much selection to choose from. Especially for kids. This place has such a large floorspace but not much to choose from. They need to get a better layout and add more shoes. I dont see how they are still doing good and Payless went out of business.

Return service needs improving, as well as learning their own policies for returns, instead of just giving false information in which they had no clue about. Resulting in a lot of frustrations and hot tempered customers looking for their money as promised. Brushing up on their employee handbook & Customer returns would be greatly appreciated.

This place requires masks for entry, My entire family, 2 kids and my mom so 5 total people were coming in to buy shoes. We were refused entry because you HAVE to wear a mask. I will NEVER do business at shoe carnival again.Not that it matters but the place was also empty we would have been the only 5 in.

Every time Ive been to this store Ive had problems. The staff is less than helpful or accommodating. They dont have enough staff at their check outs and you have to wait in long lines even when they arent busy. They were going to give me a coupon and then decided not to at the last second and took it away from me in front of my face. I was nothing but kind but they were rude and incredibly unhelpful.

I walked in with my family I told them I Needed two pairs of shoes. I told them my Budget they help me with 2 great pairs of shoes Will be shopping here from now on.

Store was nice, and clean. Prices seem fair. But if you have size 14 feet or larger don’t bother. They only had two or three pairs of size 14 in the store.

This is the cleanest most organized shoe store or department Ive ever been in. Even the clearance area is organized by size. Very impressed, will be back.

Half the shoes on their website were nowhere to be seen at the store. None of the staff bothered to speak to me while I was there. Would not go back.

Couldnt find the shoes that I actually like well at least the size anyway. I got up to the counter and had rude cashier. She was clearly nice and kind to the lady in front of me but when this woman got to me she was rude, trying to rush me it just wasnt a nice service.

Im always able to get two pair of shoes because of their sales.

Employees were nice...they didnt have what I needed.....

However, if you are a colorful/hard shell skate shoe kind of girl, they dont carry it.
