I went in to exchange some Krill oil and one of the associates was very rude to me and referred to me as a chronic returner. Their policy stated that returns were accepted within 30 days open or unopened. Each time I returned something it would be an exchange for another product and I also spent additional money. Since then they have made all sales final. I did not appreciate being talked to in this manner. I will not frequent their place of business and will spend my dollars else where.I guess I was suppose to take a product that actually made my chest hurt in order for them to make their money. Not even concerned about my health, only their profits.

Been coming in for a long time, l get Melatonin for sleep and protein shake powder to supplement my diet . Clean as an operating room, great people working there.

Love the service I get here from these amazing people. They really care about what I am looking for and always suggest really great options to help with what Im trying to do health wise. The prices are actually really good too, and they send good coupons with my free membership. I get store credit periodically because if that free membership too. Never in my life have I experienced such incompetence. I have had multiple exchanges with the person I worked with today and it was as if he had seen a ghost never met me before in his life. I spend a lot of money here. My rep knew nothing about the products at this location could not help me in anyway I had to lead him around the store. He Continued to call me Todd my name is Justin... piss poor performance guys. When you go to GNC at least they can tell you about their products...at least they can tell you what they have in the store. The staff at the vitamin shop on alpine are barely qualified for McDonald’s and are not nutrition consultants whatsoever... do not listen to them... do not trust them... they are not trying to mislead you they simply do not know what they are talking about. I’m Shopping for things to go in my body and make me healthy. Not socks Two giant thumbs down.

Im beginning to go here more often. The prices are a little higher than I like to pay, but thats because its more natural, healthy options and that tends to be more expensive. For the items they offer, the prices are reasonable and there are always good sales going on.One important thing to be aware of is that they are far more than just vitamins! Natural toothpaste, cleaning products, beauty products and a large selection of homeopathic products are just a few of the non-vitamin items they sell. And the prices of those products are in line with Amazon and other sellers of similar products. Depending on the sales, they can even be cheaper.The staff also seems to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Updated... I called to check to see if they had something. When someone answered they asked if I could hold for a moment. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, and I still had not even asked my question yet, I hung up. Their phone has been off the hook now for 40 minutes... I would bet because the line is still on hold because nobody has answered it yet... After calling back an hour later, they had what I was looking for. When I got to the store it was very clean, and the staff was very curious and helpful, they informed me they were very busy with only 2 staff members and apologized for the earlier issue. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4.
