Starbucks employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Messed up my order and was mad they had to remake it correctly as ordered.
Another great Target experience. The on-line ordering was a snap. I ordered pick-up and the process was smooth and easy. In a short period of time they had my order ready for pick-up. I let them know I was on my way. I pulled up and with 5 minutes I was headed home. The service was quick, accurate and very friendly!!!! 5 Stars for Target!!!
YOU ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AT ALL. I WAS MADE EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTANBLE.EVERY TIME I go to this Target. EVERY TIME. Yall have somebody who follows me around the store. ITS DISGUSTING! I have autism! I shop DIFFERENTLY and as a person move differently and talk differently than other people. YET. I have enough social knowledge to KNOW when you have an 19 year old actress FOLLOWING me around in your store... FOR TWO HOURS (because Im a slow shopper... I have autism????) as though I couldnt tell. Train your employees better at least. You have something against autistic people. You have something AGAINST people who are DIFFERENT AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Get a grip, Cascade! Youre NOT INCLUSIVE.. You made me feel TERRIBLE about myself, insecure, and overall, a person who shouldve felt that they were doing something wrong. Yall should be ashamed. Get some REAL TRAINING. Mostly this is on the MANAGERS. Managers, seriously, tell your employees when to discount that their shoppers might have something like autism. Because youre obviously incompetent in your procedures!

You have everything I need in one store from clothing to food to cleaning and styling my home you have it all at great prices and style. I would say that since Covid you have been very low on inventory, when i get an email or ad i am very seldom able to purchase it.
They didnt have 2 of the 3 items I went there to purchase.So I had to go two doors down to Meijer, which was unfortunate as I went to Target to avoid having to go to Meijer.
Zorry and Manager Samantha went over and above to assist me with an item that was missing from my cart and I needed a refund. Other members were less than helpful but these 2 ladies stepped up and provided amazing assistance when I needed help. Thank you ladies for being exceptional employees.

Targets COVID-19 Protocol is extremely positive. Customers are treated with respect and face masks are mandatory. Stores are clean and shopping carts and checkout lanes are cleaned after each customer.

We are from the east side of the state and stopped into this location during the covid situation as Michigan was starting the reopening process.We were pleasantly surprised to see the precautions both the staff and other shoppers were taking. An overwhelming majority of shoppers and employees were wearing masks. An employee sanitized all shopping carts for folks coming into the store.Given the fact that my wife was a heart transplant recipient less than a year ago this made us feel much safer than the stores we visited on the east side of the state.
Fantastic experience. Clean store and the guy running the electronics section (red hair, nice beard) was super helpful with the experience. He was very polite and helpful with finding the product we were looking for (Funko Pop)

My fiance came here for a hyer shift that she needed to do and the manager was rude and told her she doesnt know what she was doing and that the manager didnt post it on hyer which negativly impacted my fiances hyer account.😔

Helpful information about discount I would receive from the man (do not know name) at the checkout today. It would save 20% on clothing--but I needed to upload the Target app. He assisted me and then when his lane became busy--recruited the help of another employee who guided me through the process. They were both pleasant, patient, and so helpful.

Excited to go back and try the strawberry slushie from the cafe. All of our food was fresh and delicious at the cafe. Grocery selection was perfect for a quick trip when we only needed a few main items. Bananas priced per piece-not the usual by the pound...but it works. Store and parking lot were clean. Store organized. 😃
Hardly do I subject myself to go to any retail stores but I really needed body wash and some other things for my nieces birthday!Anyways, my husband and I go to this Target to get what we need to and from the get go. We notice people....around us. All of the time. I have a security guard eyeballing me going to the rest room and employees hovering around me while Im looking at their kids clothes. And again while Im checking out. Why dont you scan the items for me if youre concerned?Now. Im very much for top notch security but if you suspect me of theft. Search me. Anyone who is innocent of this crime will gladly comply with any request made for a search of whatever.Ive never felt more uncomfortable than I did today. Ive always been a fan of Target and do alot of online shopping. Guess itll have to stay that way.
Nothing negative. I havent been shopping for clothes, purses or videos recently.I came in for 2.5 gallon zip-lock style bags. You had them!I really wanted Hand Sanitizer and you did not have that. You also did not have ANY bottles of Rubbing alcohol, nor did you have any anti-bacterial wipes. A disappointment, as no one else in town does either.

The team members are usually very helpful! Kyle is the best employee!! He has helped countless times when we cannot find something and is always asking people if they need help! Today, he went out of his way to serve us and made sure to find what my kids were looking for (located it in the back room). It’s my favorite Target in Grand Rapids and the majority of staff is very kind and helpful.
This is the best Target in Grand Rapids! I had to pick up a few things, but I ended up spending hours here. I found so many great items on clearance or sale - Im all set for my daughters birthday party at the end of the month, plus I was able to pick up almost everything I needed. Super clean and organized store with friendly cashiers.

Some employee keeps closing the self check out line an hour early before the store closes just to count the registers on them. I mean, arent they open for a reason before the store closes? Perhaps the employee is just lazy and doesnt want to count the registers when the store closes? Its a hassle to deal with. It causes customers to flood and choke the regular check out lines and wait unnecessarily long. What is most annoying is the light on the self check out stations is still green (indicating that they are open for use) but when you get closer, you find the same store employee blocking off the whole area with carts. This is unacceptable store conduct, especially during the holiday season.Update 2-4-19They still close they self check out area an hour and a half early sometimes. What gives? Ridiculous. And they only open one check out line that everyone has to funnel into. That dame employee is just that lazy that he has to shut it down early huh?
Food choices are mediocre, home decor is sometimes interesting and some clothing options, make up selection is decent

I would recommend Target for many things, but not buying 12 packs of non-carbonated beverages in Michigan. Weve had at least 4-5 incidents in the last year when we have purchased cans Sunkist Lemonade in 12 packs. Target stores seem to put all Sunkist products in the computer system to charge $1.20 can deposit, but non-carbonated beverage cans are not returnable, thus shouldnt be charged the deposit. In the past clerks have taken the charge off (when weve caught it), or called a manager that has taken it off, apologized, and assured us they will fix this in the system. But they have not. Today the clerk wouldnt take the deposit off. He called a manager, and the manager came over and argued with us for 5 minutes saying that in Michigan there is a charge on cans (Ive lived in Michigan for 30 years... I know that). We asked him to open our 12 pack and show us on the can where it says it is returnable. He opened the pack and examined the can for at least 5 minutes. He finally admitted he couldnt find it marked as returnable, but said Target would honor the return. We told him we wanted the charge taken off at the time of purchase, since no other store would honor it, and we dont always return our cans to Target. I THINK THIS IS A SCAM. I doubt other customers are catching this. I also doubt Target (at least those with can return machines) would give us our deposit back on these cans unless maybe we also brought in the receipt proving wed paid the deposit. I will be looking into ways that I can bring this to the attention of someone with enough power to get this corrected on a permanent basis, even if that means going beyond Targets personnel.
Normally, I enjoy shopping at Target. However, today I had a very frustrating experience with customer service. Ive worked in local retail for seven years, and trying to do a return at a chain retailer really shows me how nice my local business is. I bought a top from a brand that is exclusive to Target only in two sizes; the purchases were in a week of each other, and inadvertently I had the receipt for the size I wanted to keep but not for the one I wanted to return. They wouldnt do anything without a receipt, and they couldnt find my receipt because I had paid with a gift card. Normally I would understand, but it was extremely frustrating that I was basically being penalized for using their own gift card. They claimed the product was too old, but the receipt I had showed that the other identical style was purchased two months ago. In the local business that I work at, there are times when our customers dont have their receipt, but even we have a way with our old, Im sure very dated system, to track customers using a profile (if they choose to set one up). Its hard for me to believe that Target cant do something similar, or set up a way to get receipts via email like Ive seen at many other stores.

Friendliest Target in Greater Grand Rapids. This location is my favorite because they have a very good variety of products ranging from electronics, groceries, to clothes. The aisles are wide, easy to navigate, and the employees are friendly. Even though I live closer to the Wyoming Target, this location is my all time favorite! :)

I love this Target. Whether shopping in store or using order pick up or Drive Up, the service is great. The store is organized and clean. I recommend entering and exiting out 33rd street (behind Target) to avoid the traffic to get to 28th Street.
Cashier started talking about how happy she was that Michael Cohen was sent to prison for 3 years and how she hates the President of the United States and hopes he goes to jail too... she then admitted that “I guess we can’t put someone in jail just because I don’t like them”. It’s Christmas lady, I’m just trying to buy wrapping paper and some gift cards for friends and family. I didn’t come to target for a political news feed from my cashier.

I love Target and signed up for Baby registry and it was not that great of an experiance. The girl at customer service knew nothing. Once we got that straightened out (chalked it up to being new and I understand that) we did the registry. Handed back the scanner to a different girl playing on her phone. We left not remembering till we got home we were suppose to receive a gift basket :(. Im beyond disappointed my daughter lives a distance from this Target.
The store had everything I wanted for baking my cake and drinking my drinks! its a huge place and I didnt even see the whole thing.
Convenient, usually friendly.This is the first time Ive used the online order and pickup. There were several people with returns in line in front of me.By the time I got to the service desk the cashier seemed put out by my request. I had all of my info ready to scan. But it still took several minutes for the cashier to go to the hold area and assemble my order. She was the only one at the service desk, but there were two other employees milling about. I had a small child with me( one of the reasons I opted for online pick and pay) the child was getting antsy during our wait. I will go back and try again, maybe next time at the Plainfield store.

The store compared to others in the grand rapids area is soooo much cleaner. Its also a very large store and have always had great customer service here. I wish all the stores in the area were like this one. Worth the drive.

I love this Target. I love the way it’s laid out, love the prices for groceries, love the products, and I love that the daytime manager recognizes me and my family as regulars and greets us. It’s a wonderful store and I am there at least three times a week. Even got phones from this store and was so pleased with the the guys in the electronics section and the time they took to help us set up a plan.But with that being said, I am having some issues with customer service lately.I feel hesistant to EVER try on clothes because every time I do I get the “make sure everything comes back out” as well as a scrutinizing look. It makes me (and I’m sure many others) feel extremely uncomfortable and as if guests aren’t trusted. I can tell it’s something they are supposed to say since every dressing room attendee says it. I suggest a different approach, at the least.Secondly. Barista team. Doesn’t matter who it is working (unless it is the day time manager) but they always seem bothered and rushed when people order there. I completely understand the stress of a Starbucks kiosk since I myself have worked at one, but the cold, unfriendly attitude is almost enough to make me stop by the Starbucks up the road instead. It’s not that bad guys!

No verification of who was picking up the order. Other retailers ask for id, email or order number to verify they are giving the online order to the correct person.

Its like Meijer, but with higher prices, a worse selection and employees who are hostile. Routinely has promotions marked on the shelves that arent in the system.
Good target, they use to have an awesome clearance section but got rid of it. They have good deals on tvs and craft items. I mean in the end who doesnt love taret.
Really bad experience. Stood in line and had to leave everything I stood in line for after 40 minutes Registers down. Bad form no apologies or free popcorn or a coupon. They could have entered numbers manually but then it would interfere with inventory? So the inconvenience is only mine.

Kailee (sp?) Helped me by getting a cart when the wheel of mine broke. I had several items, a 4 year old and a 9 month old. She was very sweet.
Upon walking up to the enterance I noticed the trash can overflowing. Got in store and it is clean other than trash. Went to bathroom and trash is overflowing in there too. Wanted to buy a PS4 game, they are locked. Went to find an Target associate working in electronics and there was only 1. This employee was helping someone with phone plans and the customer was taking a long time. Took me about 15 min to get the game. The associate put the game in a security box so I could continue shopping with family. Check out the associate asked if we wanted clothes hangers, we said no. To this associate that meant yes. Walking out the alarm went off, we stopped. Associate yelled from 25 feet away that we were good, stating ut was our backpack. We use a backpack as a diaper bag. We got home, it was the game, the cashier never took it out of the security case. Drove all the way back, walked in and alarm went off, went to customer service and they said did they forget to take it out without me telling them. Like it happens all the time. They then took it out and never even glanced at my receipt. Surprised this store doesnt have significant losses due to theft. I mean I had a backpack on and the alarm went off, that bag couldve been full of merchandise. They also shouldve given a gift card, since I spent gas and time coming back to get my game out if the security box.
