The store is very clean, the employees arent all wearing masks though, and neither are many of the customers. If you are trying to stay safe from covid come here early or late.

Out of all the Meijer stores this is constantly the most well staffed and clean. This is no secret. Unfortunately that means it can be very busy. However the crew there seems to handle it well.

We shop here because they have more to offer than other stores, but the staff is not always friendly or helpful. They are hard to find when looking for a product & most point in the direction instead of taking us to find what were looking for. My wife is on a walker and were both disabled so were surprised that the staff is not more considerate. Also, their restrooms always need cleaning or out of order. Very inconvenient.

Easily the nicest Meijer Ive ever been to. They have decorative floodlights for Petes sake! Staff was great too, super friendly and helpful. Its also BIG as heck, so bring a map and a bottle of water

Went to visit secretary of States kiosk to re-register my car everything in the store is pretty much the same as anyplace else this one is a few years newer than what I normally go to but I choose to normally go to the one thats closer to home.

My preferred Meijer in all of Grand Rapids. They offer the best selection, which is probably why theyre a bigger store. The layout makes everything easier to find.

Their selection and availabilities are excellent, though I cant help but feel they design their store to make the shopping experience intentionally stressful. Drives sales I guess. I have to emotionally prepare myself every time I go, which affects this rating.

This particular Meijers is always clean and has the best selection of fruit and veggies.

Nice place to get any of the necessities, but some of the clothing section was a but neglected. Clothes on the ground. Besides that it was great.

Clean and easy layout. Good food and great looking cakes. Its a bit farther away for me but I usually make the trip. They also have a fairly big gluten free section.

After living in a place that only had Walmarts, Meijer is an incredible upgrade for very little sacrifice in price, if anything they have even more options but you dont feel crowded and the prices are great! On top of that they always have lots of registers open and have much nicer looking and better quality products than other stores.

This is one of the more popular Meijer locations in the greater Grand Rapids area - one of their Flagship stores. Huge selections that arent available at other stores. This location normally does a good job preventing empty shelves. They are typically staffed very well, and have a large number of self checkout lanes.

Absolutely horrible i had to leave about $15.00 of bottles at the bottle machine because they closed all the machines for cle they should have only one at a time I had to walk about 1 mile with them in a cart of my own just to get them there hopefully some one who really needs some money gets them I guess

This is the flagship Meijer location at Knapp Corners. A few things other locations might not have, but all in all the same thing youd find at other Meijer stores.

Knapps corner Meijer is one of the better ones. Clean. Sanitizing stations throughout the store. Fully stocked. Someone in charge is doing something right there.

I ordered online and picked up for the first time. It went really well. The two employees who bought my groceries to my car were very polite and kind.

No one can beat this place.

I really like using the Shop and Scan, but checkout is always a hassle. Every time Ive tried to use Meijer coupons there is a hiccup. These are Meijer coupons! They wont scan or the coupon is denied and I have to prove that Im purchasing the right thing to the already busy assistant.

Meijer on KNAPP, is one of the better Meijer stores. Its clean, well stocked and the lighting is good. I have been to the other stores but I drive out of the way because I know they put more care and effort in Customer satisfaction at this location, not so much other stores.

Do most my shopping and prescription pickup here.they have fair prices on food and take most insurances. They donate to local sport programs for last 25 years that I know of plus other programs like a place to get covid 19 shots after you register. We have been shopping online for groceries and free pick up Never a problem if they are out I will get a text for other options .they text when they have your groceries and you text when you arrive. I like this service. Thanks Fred !bet you never guessed how much your stores would help the communities thier in.

Used to shop there a lot but now the prices are getting real real ridiculous and theres no ridic that is not right theres no sense of charging people prices like that what I know for a fact that you dont pay that to get it too high

Bottle Department had no assistance. I tried calling the service desk but no one answered. Many people brought the cans back to their cars

The best meijer to ever exist - I hear it’s where the meijer family does their shopping?! It’s a flag ship store with a pizza oven, sandwich shop, fried food station, 3+ deli meat / cold cuts areas - huge fresh meat & fish selections from the counter as well. They have freshly made sushi, a Starbucks, an AMAZING cheese and wine selection, a fast and efficient pharmacy, all on top of being a normal meijer. This grocery store helped made Grand Rapids “home” for me.

I purchased 2 beautiful blouses on sale for spring! Better than shopping at the mall!❤

They put out a lot of LGBTQ merchandise, which was tacky. Not to mention just plain evil.

We go to the Knapps coz1.rner Meijer. Its very clean and well managed. It is well stocked most of the time.We have had a cashier named James a couple of times and he does the best job. He is super efficient in both the scanning process and the bagging. He pays special attention to keeping like items together in the bag. He makes the checkout time so seamless. He does a really amazing job.

I started doing curbside pickup years ago when it first came out. Now that its free its become a lot busier and slower. Although, meijer seems to be making changes to speed up the process which I would highly suggest. I usually have to wait 25 minutes now for my orders which originally took only 5-10 minutes to bring out.

While I typically like Meijer, since COVID we have been ordering groceries online and picking them up curbside. Meijer (And specific this location) does a TERRIBLE job with this. They never have the order ready on time, today it was delayed by an hour. After getting there to pick it up after the hour delay I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to bring the order to my car. Then they claim to be out of a bunch of stuff and they substitute it for things that are literally double the cost. It is just a bad experience all around. Shame on me for giving them multiple chances. It is bad each time...

This meijer was clean and well staffed. One of the doors was closed which was mildly inconvenient but other than that I had no problems with the service. It seemed to run like a classic meijer.
