So normally I would give Pandora 5 stars and especially this location because the girls here are nice polite and Always patient. The 1st night I came in that was the same as always but I had a payment issue and had to do an online order and come back to pick it up, and the Manager who was working was Rude, Short and She refused to honor the Price I was told the night before when I was purchasing the same Item. I explained the situation, told her she could verify it, even told her to check her book where the price is clearly marked differently but she refused.

Christina was so informative and helpful. She really helped me with so many ideas for my birthday weekend. If you’re in town you have to stop and see help, one of the sweetest women I’ve meet while visiting❤️❤️❤️

The only thing I dont like about this location is how employees are having too much attitudes towards the customers. I went to check my ring size and ask about one of the rings, one of the employees did not want to help me out. She did help me but with so much attitude.

This place was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and I work in customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would. My boyfriend bought me a ring online and it was too big. We decided to do an in store exchange because you can exchange at any property if you have the receipt. So we go in and they don’t have a size down and they say it’s going to be 5 to 7 days until they can get it in from another store. We agree and the agent took our name and phone number. 9 days later they never called, so we called them. We were put on hold so the agent could talk to his manager. He comes back and says “it’s still processing. Sometimes it takes awhile. We’ll call you.” To me, working in customer service, that just meant no one ever put in for the transfer. We wait 5 more days. Haven’t heard anything so we call again. The agent says their manager is picking it up today we’ll call you at 8pm. 8:30 comes around and they never called so we call back. Turns out the manager “FORGOT” to pick it up. We’ll two day ship it for you. At that point I called the rivertown location. They put a ring on hold for us and we picked it up the next day no problem. It’s now been 7 days since woodland was going to “2 day ship” a ring for us and we haven’t received a call. I wish I could get my boyfriends money back for him after all of this, except we originally bought it online. We expected a smooth, easy exchange and got nothing close to that. We will never EVER return to this store or recommend it to anyone. Worst experience I’ve ever had customer service wise, and I work in customer service.. take your business elsewhere.

Very unsatified. I had ordered a ring 2 weeks ahead of time for a gift. The manager had told me that it wouldn’t take more than a week for the ring to come in. So, they wrote down my name and number to call when it came in. Just over a week later I still hadn’t heard a thing. I went into the store to see the status on the ring. The manager then told me it was never order.... what?! I was then told they would overnight ship it in from another store.. I then called 3 days later to come get the ring. The manager still said they hadn’t recieved it. I was beyond frustrated. Later that night, I got a call saying they had it and that they would work out a deal with me when I came to get the ring. I went to pick it up and no one would help me. Once I spoke up, I expressed My frustration with the whole situation seeing the gift was already past due.. they still weren’t going to make any accommodations. They were going to make me pay full price when they messed up. I left with nothing and took my business to a different more understanding Pandora..

I was shopping for a bracelet my sister has wanted forever and it was on mothers day they were so packed but the employees were Awsome and curdious i was put on a waiting list and serviced in a timely manner still. I will be shopping here more often.

Would give zero stars if I could. It took me 6 months to get the right size ring. Very rude people. When I finally picked up the ring I told them my frustration and they acted like nothing happened and ignored me. NEVER GO TO WOODLAND PANDORA!!!!
