Visited GR for a weekend from out of town. We ducked in here to get warm, but stayed to look at the useful and fun items on display. Very wide assortment of gifts and travel needs. The salesman was friendly but not aggressive, and he was extremely well-versed with everything on the sales floor. I became interested in a card game that was on display, and the salesman quickly set it up and played a few rounds with me to demonstrate. I bought the game, and I will never forget our great experience at this store.

A great family owned luggage and gift store that has been around since 1881, in the same family! Excellent customer service staff who are extremely knowledgable about the travel industry. Staff customizes your shopping experience to your needs and does not work on commission. Sometimes you will get the pleasure of the actual owners waiting on you, very uncommon! Great gift selection with free personalization and gift wrap available. I am always welcomed with a smile and feel right at home.
