If I could give this boutique zero stars, I would. I have been going there every two weeks for a fill on my lash extensions for the last year and a half. The same artist had been doing my lashes, except for on a couple occasions when she was unavailable. The artist and boutique had informed me on those occasions that a different artist could fill in or that I could reschedule. I had no problem having a different artist do my lashes for one of the appointments and I had rescheduled the other because I was aware of what was happening. A couple weeks ago my artist chose to leave the boutique, but no one from the boutique let me know. Instead of contacting me, they just rescheduled me, with a different artist and then charged me for the appointment that I did not make with that artist. When I called to dispute the charge, the manager said that since another artist was available to do them, that’s how it works (even though it has never been like that in the past year and a half). Then told me since I was aware that my lash artist left, even though they didn’t give me that information, that it was my responsibility to cancel the appointment with the other lash artist they stuck me with, without letting me know that someone else was doing them. If the lash artist who has been doing my lashes still would have been working there, I believe they would have had no problem refunding my money. This boutique lacks communication with their clients and I would not trust them. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone looking to get lash extensions/fills done.

I get my eyelash extensions done by Emily and I absolutely love them. She is very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. She’s also very sweet and I always look forward to my appointments with her. The environment itself is super clean (and very cute!). So glad I chose them!

I have been coming to GR lash for the past year and i am continually impressed with the quality of my lashes. My retention since starting with them has been fantastic. I receive so many compliments! They are professional and friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

I recently moved from California to Michigan, and was looking for a new place to get my lashes done! I was able to get in for an appointment right away, no hassle! The shop is so clean and has a very positive vibe to it! I was lucky enough to have Grace the owner of the business do my lashes! And she is so wonderful! Not only is she professional but the conversation just flows and she makes it such a fun and exciting experience! I’ve gone back a few times and I plan to keep going back as long as Grace is there!!! ❤️

This is the best lash experience I have ever had. I’ve always had terrible experiences and had to switch between 5 different lash ladies in the past year alone. My lash integrity was ruined. When I decided to try out coming here I was amazed. Not only are these ladies so friendly and accommodating to go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy, but they know what they are doing. They have way more lash options to offer and are fast and efficient at what they do! They actually know what they are doing! I have been to Kayley, Ashley and Taylor and they are all the real deal. Normally when you switch between ladies you have to start all over and it’s difficult for them because the style/knowledge differences but these ladies can pick up from anyone before them and still make you look amazing. Taylor is so knowledgeable about what lashes she would recommend based on what my lashes can handle and what I can afford. The expertise is so reassuring.There is always great music playing which gives it a nice calming vibe and atmosphere. AND, the little boutique inside also has so many cute things to buy you won’t be able to resist!

I got some really cool henna from the henna studio in the building. My mom got her eyebrows microbladed here and she loves them. The staff is great and the setting is really neat, with cool art and murals on the walls.

Amazing prices for extremely talented lash specialists! They are very attentive to detail and the health of your natural eyelashe! I will be coming here from now on!

I had gone to another salon for for lash extensions, but wasnt really happy as they didnt return phone calls. I called GR Lash Lounge to make an appointment to get my extensions removed. They got me in that day, were super professional and informative, and very friendly. If I do lash extensions again, Ill definitely be coming back here!

I called to find out information on what it cost for a set of lashes and the person who answered the phone was very detailed and very specific pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions. I am seriously considering this place to be my next lash endeavor.

I have been going to GR Lash Lounge for probably close to a year. I’ve seen Grace, Taylor, and Kayley and have been very pleased with my lashes each and every time. Which is wonderful because if I can’t get in with one of the girls, I can just book with one of the others. All while knowing my lashes will be well taken care of. These ladies know their stuff and do a fabulous job.

Okay. So Ive considered writing this review a great deal and Ive finally decided to do so.First off, the two stars does not reflect the lash artists friendliness. The place is clean, cozy, and everyone is very cool and accommodating.My issue was my lash retention. Im not sure what was going on, but I had to be getting fills almost weekly because my lashes would just not stay on. After about a week and a half Id have basically nothing left. I was told it was the way I was sleeping, but even after changing that the very last time I had a fill here they still didnt hold up well so I decided I had enough. It was too expensive and I really dont think it should be *that* difficult to keep your lashes.I went to a new lady that does lashes out of a salon and the difference is astounding. She does mine at the longest length possible (they are sooo long) and she gets them 100% full each time I come for a fill even if its just an hour or so. Its also like half the price. After I had barely nothing left from the GR lash lounge I transferred to her and she did a transfer fill and took only an hour. I went for a fill after two weeks and she said they looked great for two weeks! Its been almost five days since my lash fill and it looks like Ive just stepped out of the salon. Even my boyfriend commented on my lashes 😂The way my current lashes are holding up proves to me that it wasnt something I was doing wrong. I think maybe GR lash lounge should look into some better adhesive or something. Thats all

I LOVE my lash tech Taylor and also love the atmosphere at gr lash lounge, it’s so peaceful and welcoming there! Taylor kills it every time and is so friendly and just an amazing human in general. If your looking to hop on the lash extension train then I highly recommend Taylor!

The girls are all so nice and make you feel super comfortable. I’ve always been really happy with my lashes. The atmosphere is chill and the artists are talented and knowledgeable.

The lash lounge is a fun relaxing environment. Kelsey is a master at lashes providing the right length that fit my description of what I wanted. The hours are a good fit for my schedule. I liked that kelsey took the time to answer my questions and teach me how to clean my lashes.

I had microblading done with Jillian and she did an excellent job.

The service was amazing! Grace was so nice and very welcoming. Kyliegh gave me the best wax i have ever received. Very quick, and efficient. Amanda made my eyebrows look amazing. She made my eyebrows look so natural. Everyone in the lash lounge is amazing and really makes you feel at home.

I loved my experience here, I got my eyelashes permanently curled and it was a few months ago and it still has not faded. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable!

Was not a fan of the way they spoke of highly unprofessional subjects, made me feel uncomfortable. One of the workers unsure if it was the owner or not was discussing “how baked” they wanted to be, and discussed drug use and the profanity was a little much. They were very nice to me however, when speaking about a client prior they discussed how “big of a mess” they were. Just thought maybe it was a bit unprofessional to discuss other clients.Unsure if I will be returning to this salon.

I wasnt going to write a review but after reading through the reviews I realized someone else experienced the SAME exact issue I did so maybe this will allow more people to be cautious in the future. I got the hybrid lashes done and the total including tip came out to be $200 which is fine except that they started falling out within the WEEK, by the second week I would say over 60% of the lashes had fallen out.Originally I thought it was the way I was sleeping that caused the lashes to fall out so quickly but when I went in for a refill I heard a customer next to me say her lashes werent retaining well and she asked if they were using a different glue (which her tech answered yes to). Unfortunately so much of my lashes were gone the tech removed what was left of my lashes for free and offered me a full set for $100.Trusting my gut that something was wrong I cancelled my appointment and went to another salon to get a set of volume lashes done. Its been two weeks and these new extensions have stayed on perfectly even though Ive kept to the same routine of cleaning and sleeping with them.Definitely agree on checking up on your adhesives.Paying $200 for something that lasted barely a week is ridiculous.

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Jillian and she did a fantastic job! She was so friendly, very personable and very professional. The office is clean and comfortable and cozy. I had my consultation, appt and my touch up done already and each time she offered me something to drink and to sit on the couch while I waited for the numbing. I am so happy with the results of the microblading, too. She listened to what I wanted and also made some suggestions and the outcome is just what I wanted. The location is easy to find and I was able to find parking close by each time I visited. I will recommend GR Lash Lounge and also Jillian to everyone I know that is considering this service.

I had made an appointment but ended up not going due to my busy schedule. I didn’t get the chance to cancel because I didn’t have their number and honestly didn’t even have the time to with working 12 hour shifts. I ended up getting a message from Ashley, asking me if I was still coming to my appointment and I told her why I wasn’t and apologized for any inconvenience and even told her i’d make another appointment in the future when i’m not so busy. I ended up getting a message from someone who worked there saying that I would have to pay for half of the service just because I didn’t cancel 48 hours ahead of time. Ashley never mentioned it before and i’ve never even gotten my lashes done there before so I think it’s kind of ridiculous that they would expect me to pay for something I didn’t receive. They lost my business.

Free public parking 1/2 block away, Creston Brewery across the street, an adorable market with fresh produce 1 block down, the location is ideal. While the outside is somewhat non-descript, it gives the feeling of an old speak easy: you wouldnt notice it, unless you were looking for it. Inside, GR Lash Lounge is just beautiful. On the 2nd floor, the road noise fades. The plush carpets and lush decor make you feel at ease. Each of the lash artists spaces manages to feel private, though still open. And everyone, from the lash artists to the owner, are warm, welcoming, easy to talk to, and professional. Finally, the work they do is top notch. Whether you are aiming for a very natural or a dramatic effect, they have you flawlessly covered.

I always have an amazing experience with Grace and Kylie! Im obsessed with how great my lashes always look and just tried the microblading which is life changing!
