I LOVE THIS LOCATION.... It was my first time going there and the worker that helped me that day her name is Andrea and she was awesome! They have great customer service and they are so helpful on helping you pick the perfect arrangements for that special occasion. They also let you know of the specials they have and how to get coupons and discounts for future orders. My experience there overall was amazing. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends : )

I ordered from this location online and later found that the arrangement had pineapple in it. My recipient and I both do not like pineapple, and so I called and asked if it could be changed. They not only assisted in finding a different, more suitable arrangement, but they also found one that was two dollars cheaper and had more fruit we liked!At the same time, I found that schedules on that day had changed and nobody would be home a majority of the day, which usually doesnt happen. (The one day that I had something scheduled to be delivered...) During that same phone call, I explained the situation and stated that I understood delivery at a specific time cannot be guaranteed, but if it was at all possible to push it up, so my recipient would be home when it was delivered. (Its always better for them to be home) They were able to try to accommodate that to the best of their ability. I was very happy with the service I received.

Candy helped me today and was VERY helpful, kind and considerate. She showed great patience with me while I was having technical difficulties with my phone and credit card. I am excited to have my friends get their arrangement, know I am thinking of them, and be able to enjoy something delicious!

They lie to you here. They called my cell phone and said they had an arrangement for me but it was at my old address and then I gave them my new address and they gave the new address to my ex girlfriend who has assaulted me and I moved because of it and did not want her to know where I live now I am living in fear again. I will be pursuing legal action this is a breach of my privacy

I ordered boxed chocolate dipped fruit for a birthday gift and they accidently only delivered half the order. Once I called, they not only made sure to get the second part delivered quickly, but they offered to add balloons to make it extra special. My friend was thrilled with the gift (although I declined the balloons). I give them five stars because anyone can make a mistake, what matters is that they worked hard to fix it.

Im revising my review from a year ago due to the utmost effort Andrew, a manager, put in to reach out to my mother & I for mistakes that occured in 17.He went out of his way, even with me no longer living in GR just to send me a new arrangement. I cant express my appreciation enough.Below occured on 17 Valentines, a different staff & upper officials were involved than the current (18).I lived in an upper portion of a house, my mother arranged a surprise for me, I had no idea but I had the day off so I was home all day. The driver, Peter, called but could not answer it. It went to VM. I listened and he stated he left a We missed you ticket on my door and to call the store to arrange a second delivery. I called him to figure out why I didnt hear him. His answer was that there were no special instructions, and to call the store to get a delivery FOR TOMORROW (mind you its also VALENTINES DAY) OR pick it up myself.So I called, Krista/Kristin, answered, she was half-hearted, unenthused and did not have any intentions of helping me figure out what happened. I told her nicely what happened, asked if there was instructions. Her response was limited, I had to do her job and ask her to look for instructions and to repeat the address. She told me there were NO instructions and she stopped at that, then spouted OH, I guess it says secondary level, covered porch. To which I knew the driver lied, I said can I get it delivered again. She said, We are too busy, so no. You can pick it up. And she paused and she said I could probably get it delivered tomorrow. I asked if there was any way to get it to me today since the driver didnt complete the delivery. She answered with no. So at that point I didnt want to push my luck. I was frustrated.I called my mother, who called the district manager, who looked up all the info on the order, read back the instructions which DID exist and also read back the address. She apologized and said she would talk to the manager at the location about it.I called back, because I thought why should I wait a whole day to get my Valentines gift, a perishable, tomorrow? I talked to Andi, she was quick, resourceful and very understanding. She did her job and arranged to have it ready to pick up at 4PM that day.When I came to pick up, the girl running the front was alone (not a good idea) she was speaking pleasantly but you could read her like a book. She was unpleasant and kept making excuses with all the customers about why their orders were not ready for their scheduled pick up. She was the opposite of invigorating. I was pleasant and kind, I did not involve her or blame her for the situation, but she was another poor mannered employee.*Previously I noticed a few reviews were of people who had WON drawings, so not customers who PAID to get product on time. If you give out free product and have people give you reviews that is basically an incentive to write a GOOD review. A woman was in there today picking up something she won, funny thing her item was READY, no hassle, no fiddling, she went in the back and came RIGHT out with balloons and her bag.

First time to go there and try their fruits but I was disappoint about their service because. I wanted more strawberries and Apple cover with chocolate but they told me that they dont make nothing else because they were getting closer to close the store but it was 3:50 and they close at 5:00. So I want to order a froyo.and smoothie. But they told me that they dont sell that there .So very disappointed because they didnt have nothing that I want to buy.
