The staff both in retail and in the pharmacy are always helpful and friendly. I appreciate how the pharmacy staff will go out of their way to assist.

Every time I need to pick up a prescription at this Walgreens, I wait in the drive through for 10 minutes or more. However, the staff has always been extra friendly and helpful.

Two stars for the pharmacist Drew. Unfortunately, thats all he could do to boost the rating I have to offer.The more inexperienced pharmacist Ashley deserves to be fired. No customer service training would improve the disgust and contempt she has towards anyone trying to impede on her time.She told me how under staffed the pharmacy was while calling to harass me (ten times in a row to be exact) because her disrespectfulness caused me to hang up on her.It is unacceptable behavior and no one should have to tolerate it during these times. If I did my job the way she does hers, I would not have one. 👎

Horrible pharmacy experience. Active listening needs improvement. I had to give my name address and date of birth multiple times. They said the Rx wasn’t there. Called the dentist to verify and he said it was called in at 11 am. After 10 more mins they found it. Then had to give all the exact information over a few more times. Such a long line and everyone looked flustered. Customers were all getting frustrated about their wait.

I accidently ordered something at this store which was not a big deal, however I went to pick it up and they didnt have the items. Also not a big deal but the girl was super rude when I asked to cancel the order. I was just staying in the area and it was honestly the convenience of it all. IF this wasnt enough, I got a phone call the next day about how I should not order the photo item I wanted to order as it would not look good and they have bad ink quality. While I appreciate the honesty, it was a huge hassle in the end. ON top of the rude manager you had on hand that night, I was upset you called to tell me your ink quality was horrible and that I shouldnt order it. Dont worry I didnt and I wont order photos from you if your ink quality is that bad. Sad day walgreens.

Usually no lines at the register. Staff is responsive. Easy to get in and out quickly. Pharmacy can be a little slow (but what pharmacy isnt).

This location is great for quick items u need to pick up no lines and great deals if you purchase items with points for rewards

Great Walgreens and it is always clean when you go in there. The staff is really friendly!

Waited at the drive-thru window for at least 10 minutes until someone acknowledge me. You could see a woman there (6/9/16 @ 12:45PM) who was just chatting away, and doing nothing else. There were 5 cars behind me with a significant lack of service. You may want to replace some staff members or hire more individuals. Very disappointed.
