Im a retail manager. And you DONT close early under any circumstances. I dont care who you are with any establishment drawers stay open till close. Do you job. You literally have one. Gross.

They were ready to help you as soon as you walked in. Everything was done in a timely manner. The sales girl Cc was a big help the costumer service was great

My brother went in to get some shoes. He almost chose the wrong shoes. Instead of being helpful, the staff laughed at him. There was a lady there, I didn’t catch her name, had some attitude with getting the shoes from the back.We returned the shoes later on. Never coming back due to the bad staff they have now.

Cool when there staff want to assist you

I have went in a few times now. Each of the times the staff has been more then helpful. They are always on the floor. Some how they all work with one another and function extremely well in my opinion. Im a picky and demanding guy this is my first spot to shop at in Grand Rapids for my shoes. The store manager was praised by the staff last time i was in. Sounds like a happy family.

Poor customer service from Mikaela, rude on the phone when we called prior to coming & throughout the sale of our oldest’s shoes - Would recommend elsewhere if you’re looking to be supported in your buying experience.

I wanted to exchange my sons shoes because the staff measured his foot wrong. I couldnt do it because I wasnt a VIP member??!! I spent over 200.00 dollars in the store, that alone should make me a VIP member. Dont patronize this store people better places you can go without the hidden agendas!

This is a new store in Woodland Mall that is part of a renovation in 2020. It opens January 31 according to the woodland Mall website. Woodland has done a great job of filling their vacant stores with a collection of fantastic brands.

Terrible customer service, I stood and waited to be helped (patiently) while the 6-8 employees laughed and giggled and played around at the front entrance. This was my second time feeling like a burden on these ppl, you work to sale shoes. SELL THEM. Needless to say Champs won’t get anymore money from me.

I will never step foot inside this store again!!! Unless they fire every person and rehire new ones!!! I will stick to footlocker or other stores!!!!
