This particular non-profit is making a REAL difference! I stopped in for the first time(on 07/14/21) and was extremely impressed by the positive attitude of the workers, especially Ms. Sheena. What a wonderful organization!!!!

I found some treasures in there’s halston cape blazer, a beautiful cream jacket that I looked up that would be very expensive still in the stores, they are very nice and polite people, it felt like home, I love this place will be back again, oh FYI they also have cute bags I found a coach wallet in my bag.

I dont even need to talk about whose Image they mean. Just go there, browse around, and you will soon see a sincere caring attitude from them. They will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. And, no charge to boot. The spirit of this place speaks for itself.😁

Nice place they help people in need

Staff was really nice and super helpful. Things are labeled for an easy find. You only get a half-hour, so everyone is pushing to be first which is understandable. Its by appointment only, so if you or you know someone in need call ahead to see if slots are still open.

I have shopped, donated and volunteered here…highly recommend it for all three!!

Latest update: Do not go here! I got bedbugs from them.Update: I went to donate a car full of items. They said theyd have to go through each item because it wasnt boxed. It was boxed. There were a few things that had fallen out. I was treated poorly. These items were valued over $300. Many were in excellent condition--few items were actually from them! They have a huge donation box out front where you now CAN drop things off without a box. I could drop them off there so whats the diff? When I stopped to read the rules on the donation box, they were watching me like hawks. They took our donations last week. (All clean and in boxes then too.)They do help many people, but should treat people donating as well as they do their clients. Just very disappointed because several people could have been helped.Older review: Such a blessing to have help in the community by the volunteers and workers here, and by those who donated items here. This is a free store for those in need of clothes, household items, toys, even furniture. You can sign up to have a shopping appointment every other week at the same time.

Help me with emergency clothing great people

Started volunteering there when my children were getting older did a great job Ms. Barbara Smith offered me a job there. Finally said yes after all might as get paid for what I was doing before. Got lots of good brand name clothes for my kids and enjoyed working with everyone there.FORGOT TO SAY THEY DONT SELL ANYTHING IN STORE CAUSE ITS ALL FREE ! FREE. ! FREE!

The image takes donations to put in their store, they stock the store and low income can come into the store on certain days and times and get what they need free for their families. It is a wonderful organization. I strongly suggest that if you have stuff you would like to donate it is a wonderful organization to donate to.

So helpful with the free school shoes. The line and wait was long but very worth it. My son got a great pair of new shoes and a size bigger so he can grow into them. End of the day the experience was great

I have volunteered here a few times. This is a great place for those in need of clothing. They dont turn anyone away. If you need help, go here for their services.

I enjoy going there because you can usually walk out of there with free stuff...the staff are always kind, helpful and pleasant...glad to see... them reopened after a month and a half doing some other charity work

I love this place because they allow those who qualify to shop free for a period of time. I donate here all the time.

They were closed and they changed hours. But they let me in and got me a complete bed set (linen) heavy blanket, bed cover, sheets, pillow sham, etc. Just got off the streets in sober living. First time in almost 2 years.

Not only does this place choose to bless people for no reason other than to show their love to help those in need, they treat people with the utmost dignity and respect. something that is rarely shown in todays world. Im sure God is smiling when He looks down and sees what In The Image is doing.

This place is great as long as people dont abuse it. People who critasice it dont see that its a blessing and not a right.

Free clothes, children clothes, housing appliances as well at furniture. (Will need own transportation for furniture or bigger items). Everything free just come in or call to set up and appointment

Everyone at the image clothing are very helpful and willing to help,especially to wonderful lady at the front.I move to michigan on January of 2016 and every item in my apt. i got it from the IMAGE. My husband i my self are seniors that live on a limited budget and the IMAGE has been a GREAT help.THANK YOU VERY MUCH. GOD BLESS EVERY that make all these posible.

This place is amazing because is free to help people without no resources but everything is hidden on the back, so they put us to get something form the front but almost everything was gone, so the store was empty nothing good for winter because everything is on the back and y have to ask for something and the most of the time they told us is that what we have, but y can see the back was pack up on things, sad.

I get lucky sometimes, I almost have my new apartment complete, its not easy starting over from scratch, one broken hip, then a motorcycle accident, dang near broke everything, then cancer, but my name is Emmanuel, *God with us, after being homeless for so many years, pretty much my fault for that, but between UCCOM, on Chicago drive, now Baxter Community Center, and In the Image, lets me know that if you ask for help, you can get it. I Have so many stories about friends and my adopted families, that you will soon be able to read them and see that all of my charitable contributions have paid off in so many ways! Its a nice helping hand in todays society...they give you a half hour to shop fore free to find clothes and some other house hold goods...it is surely a place to help those that struggle to get new clothes and shoes in particular its all used but helpful for those who need it
