Big scam artist, you’re not required to have damage waiver on furniture your buying out up under their 180 day policy do not let them deceive you, their insurance and damage waiver fee are two different things and they are suppose to explain that waiver fee in detail separately to you but their fast talkers and they don’t. You end up with all these fees for furniture that’s not even worth it, we won’t ever be doing business with these crooks again.

I was in a business across the road and the manager from this company comes in and starts yelling whos car is this in my parking lot! Oh my goodness good thing I dont rent furniture cause Id never go there after seeing this man harass other companies customers. Thats bad business.

Good service so far, staff was more knowledgeable then I thought. THis guy Dan who helped me, I felt he really went out of his way to fit my needs and i appreciate that cause when i went else where I never really got the help i needed, so thats why i wanted to write on this.

To whom it may concern,I stop into your place to buy a chair which I found one and was very excited.   I paid in full with cash and was told it would be ordered an on the next truck and would be in the next week.   So I waited and then I called to get an update on when it might arrive   I know I was excited and just couldnt wait until the end of the week.  I was informed yes it was ordered and it will be on the truck..  I wait until to the beginning of the next week and then I decided to call to see what day the trucks deliver and I asked again about my chair.  I was told the truck came today and that someone will have to go through the warehouse to find it and would call me back.  I waited all day so on my way home I stopped it just to check as maybe they got busy.   I walked in and the ladies were talking to each other.  Then one asked can I help you i said who I was and she said oh sorry I didnt call you back because the phones and computers were down ever since you called this morning.   Then looked at the other gal and said I told you to check.  Then she walked over to the computer and did something then informed me that it is not giving a ship date yet so it could maybe be next week and the other gal said oh I think whomever placed the order said it was on backorder.  So now I am standing there wondering why no one called to tell me that and why when I called no one told me that then either.  I am very disappointed and will blog about my experience with this company . I do hope that i get my chair.  But who knows when that will be and if anyone will ever call me to tell it came it.Signed very disappointedPenny Ganzak
