Had to make sure the sheets were the right size after they set them aside beforehand; glad I did as they were incorrect. Good quality but limited color choices for bedding.

I purchased the Manhattan Sofa and have had a terrible experience. In less than a year the fabric was frayed, the cushions were badly deformed, and the wooden structure inside the sofa was broken and creaking. I would expect much higher quality from Pottery Barn. Worse, because I contacted them 1 year 2 months after the sofa was delivered (2 months over their warranty) they wont do anything for me. This was an expensive purchase and I am extremely disappointed.

Truthfully some of the worst customer service I have received. Unless this store has something you cannot find anywhere else I would not recommend using them. They were rude and short both in the store and hung up with me on the phone. We have purchased hundreds if not thousands of dollars of merchandise on our wedding registry and were treated very poorly.

Get ready to dish out some $$$. If you like to talk about how much you spent on an item, more than the item, this is your place. They have nice things but nothing in that store makes sense to buy at those prices. Im more of a Home Goods kind of gal, but this is a nice store and probably good for those who have the money.

I dont usually go to this location, but was in the area and needed a particular item. Found it just fine but spent 15 minutes at three separate checkout counters before finally getting noticed by Lisa who was on hold on the phone. My first counter was empty with the clerk in the same area, the second one sent me to the third one because the register was closed the third one was having a walk down memory lane with a customer, when finally Lisa offered to let me check out.

Cute stuff. Pricey (obviously), but good quality. Friendly staff especially for being as busy as they were! Ordered a gift online and requested it to be wrapped. ADORABLE.

Excited to see a Pottery Barn in Grand Rapids and Ive always enjoyed visiting these stores in the south. Ive ALWAYS been treated with exceptional guest service until I was non-existent for 15 minutes while I browsed around at the Woodland.Mall Pottery Barn this Sunday around 12 noon. Probably would be good to start at least greeting every single guest even if they look like they just rolled outta bed. No purchase today Pottery Barn. Probably wont go back.

We had a terrible experience purchasing a bed frame through Pottery Barn. Although we were frustrated with the lack of customer service, we decided to give them one more try and bought their Weston Swing-Arm Floor Lamp. The lamp arrived late, but when we received it, the base was completely scratched up (It was obviously a return that was simply repackaged). We returned the lamp and were told we would receive a replacement shortly. However, a few months later, we received either the exact same lamp or a lamp in very similar condition. My husband and I couldnt believe it. We will not be purchasing from this company again.

Purchased a kids kitchen set from here and it came without 3 main parts. Pottery Barn would not offer any discounts for their mistake nor had any semblance of concern from customer service. It has been over 6 weeks since I requested the replacement parts and nothing. This place is a joke as is its customer service. Stay away!!!

Terrible experience. Purchased 2 items online in February, in March found out item deliveries were pushed back to June, contact PB and was told would get 1 end of May, other end of June. Fast forward to April - now both items are pushed out to September. Meanwhile, continue to get promotional emails for both items - trying to get me to buy something Ive already purchased they dont plan to ship for at least another 5 months.

I ordered patio furniture and Sunbrella cushions for our business on June 2nd. I spent just under $6k; and was told that I would receive the cushions on June 21, and the furniture would be ready for pick up on June 29. The furniture came in and we picked it up, but when I checked on the cushions I was told that they would be in on July 10th. After putting the furniture together (it took me a few days), I checked the cushion order again, and it now said I would not receive them until July 24th. How frustrating!!! Summer will be almost over by the time I get them, that is if they dont push the date back again!

I recently visited pottery barn to purchase dinnerware. I went in with my three young kids and Mom and only saw 2 employees working. There was a cashier working near me but never achknowlegde me. I eventually went up to him to ask some questions and he was unwilling to help and did the bare minimum to assist me. As soon as he checked the stock online the dinner ware set weren’t avaliable for the same price. He then cut me off and moved on to the next customer. Very disappointed with the customer service and how I was treated. I felt I would have been treated different if I didn’t have 3 young children with me, which were all behaving. I will not be shopping at Pottery Barn again very upset
