Great customer service. Guy and Joyce are super friendly and helped me all the way to choose the right furniture for my living room and kids Bedrooms. Guy personally delivered and assembled my furniture and made an extra trip that night to bring a box I forgot to add to my purchase so we could be completed and ready to go. I had a great experience with them!

Visited on a whim after recognizing their name from their Muskegon location! Guy helped me find the perfect bed frame and a versatile sectional couch with a chair. Very knowledgeable and enjoyable guy. Also snagged two gorgeous mirrors that they had refurbished.Just received my delivery today and they set everything up for me. Awesome at getting things into compact spaces.Everything looks amazing! I am so happy and my new apartment is on its way to feeling like home. After spending $1400 on a bunk bed and a king size set I was told the mattress would be available for pickup in the morning. After planning our day around this I was notified it wasnt available for pickup because the owner of the company didnt have the keys to the warehouse. So me and my wife had to sleep on the couch that night. The owner also had some disrespectful remarks to add when my wife was picking up the mattress.However, the owner helped to load the products into my car and was friendly. The prices seem to be really competitive, and there is a pretty good selection of furniture in-store.I would have recommended Loftz fully if it they would have made my items available when stated and done a little more to make the situation better. All that was offered to correct the situation was $15 off of full price of a mattress protector ($40 instead of $55) on a $1400 purchase.

I purchased a n mattress with a 10 years warranty the mattress is the worst mattress I took pictures of sone pictures and still its not to their satisfaction but they had no problem taking my money. Its a king size you you know it wasnt cheap. Plus by the tine I got it out of layaway they change the irigal mattress I had bought. I want what is fair with all the head this mattress is wack.

Terrible customer service!! Way over priced! I ordered an item in Sept and still not recieve it until Dec! It should not take 3 months to order something advertised on the showroom floor!!!

Owners full of himself. Told me he made all products. When I looked at the beds they were made in China, Malaysia and other third world locations. Stay away.
