My daughter and I got a flat tire after going to the zoo on a Sunday afternoon while we were in Grand Rapids from out of town. They were the only place open and they got us right in and took care of the tire. We wouldn’t have made it back home without them, and I could tell they truly cared about our safety!

Came in for a slow leak...charged 65 for a used tire..second time low tire pressure on again..they filled other tires perpetrating like it wasnt the tire they had charged me for..3rd time i just went to a more reputable establishment and got it fix correctly..it was just a tire valve cheap fix i needed. Buyer beware dont waste time as a mom i didnt have it to give.

Had to get my rack in pinion and springs done didnt know where to go so I called Firestone they said it was a $4000 fix then I called Phoenix Auto Repair and they gave a deal I couldnt refuse $1500 for everything and it took him 5 hours to do he ordered every part brand new.. I came back a few weeks later needing to get my power steering pump and boots replaced I bought the parts and he did it for a very low price.. l recommend this place to anybody

Man this dam tire shop is a rip off and they charge u a arm and a leg they wont even put air in your tires for you. Went there cause my tire was going down they said we needed a new valve charged us dam near 30 dollars to replace that are u kidding me and to plug a tire 20 dollars get serious i dont recommend this place at all. Unless u wanna be broke leaving there. No thank you i wont be back

I went there this last Saturday to get my sway bar links fixed on my Pontiac G6. I came in without an appointment after the shop down the road lost power. They got me in immediately and upon inspecting the sway bar links, discovered the tie rods were loose. The last place that was going to do them did not tell me this. They ordered the parts (which I might add, they went and got right there on the spot, and charged me an extremely fair price for), and fixed my entire front end while I was sitting there, within 2 hours. Everyone was friendly, there was no upcharges or pressure for me to have extra work done. I felt like they knew what they were doing. Its a small shop but they give awesome customer service. I highly recommend bringing your car here!

I called them and they told me i can come. when i arive they told me to wait 10 minutes then i wait 20 minutes then in disrespectful way they said we cant do your car now because it is time to close the shop.bad to make me drive 15 minutes 2 way wait 20 minutes west of my time.worst place.

I visited phoenix auto shop aweek ago to work on my tire and i just like the guys who work there and they worked on my tire really good.

These guys are the life saver. The breaks went totally out and these guys were the only ones open on sunday. Thank u all for helping me out. If there anyone else they need work done its the best to come to.

Very corrupt, I went with with 1 tire issues and left with tire sensor stolen, bolts missing and brakes not fixed properly they stole the bolts messed up the threads, forcing me to fix my brakes with them in order to replace it. Mechanic kept asking me to buy new things for my car that wasn’t necessary just so I can leave so they can put it back and take money more money. These guys are criminals be careful pay close attention.

They are extremly unhelpful. The OWNER is moving and trying to sale the store but lies to his customers face about not knowing where a manager is at..but he is the owner. He threatened to call the police on me when I brought a tire back they KNEW was bad and had to get him to replace for me(had a receipt). Just not my kind of businessmen ..wont go back. Nor recommend! I would give 0 stars if possible. The guy who actually puts the tires on is a REAL SWEETHEART and thats the sad part.
