This is honestly my first google review, but let my tell ya, Michael over in the service department is PRIME TIME. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable, quick to get back to you. I don’t know what the DeVos Family pays these guys in the service department, but I can assure you, Michael deserves AT LEAST a $5 raise, no questions asked.Very pleased, definitely bringing the whip back hereGood work Michael!

Newer owner of a Subaru vehicle. But I wanted to make sure any work done was done by a dealership. Very clean facility, friendly staff and very formal. Advisor always goes over everything. You can receive text updates for additional service recommended and approve and sign from your phone. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I even was able to add some service after I made my appointment. Will bring my Subaru here for any work it needs.

The only time my subaru has been serviced outside of my own garage was for an airbag recall. Now Ive hear great experiences of friends getting the same job done with complimentary car wash and cabin clean up. I recieved no sort of treatment, in fact some of my panels in the cabin werent even installed properly forcing me to do the dirty work for them. If you need someone in your service department thats work their weight give me a call, you have my number!

We have documented email correspondence asking the service department not to do work. They responded with acknowledgment of the request, but when we arrive to pick up our Subaru they went ahead and did the work anyways. I could have done the work myself at a lower cost.

My son needs a car when he graduates in December. We spoke to Quinn and he was great. No pressure to buy now. Explained everything about the car and told us to come back when we were ready. Will definitely be back when its time.

They were very helpful with what I needed and had me back on my way.

Good communication and quality work

If you dont have a Subaru or if you dont take your vehicle here for service you are missing out. While there are times it is much more cost effective to take your car to an independent garage, when I can, I choose here because the customer service cant be beat.

They do a great job for my oil change and overall check over of my car. It never feels like they are trying to sell me something and there is a great waiting area with delicious cookies! I end up spending less than what I pay at an oil change service.
