If you have the label in your email dont come here. They have a printer obviously but they dont let you send the label through email and print it there. I guess they dont hire people that know how to use email.

Byron did a great job, had a driver that did not follow directions that were given to be by FedEx themselves. But Byron started digging into it and got the driver to return to the drop off location and deliver the package like it was stated in the instructions. Thank you for your help Byron.
I dont normally share my experience about services render to me, but i have to do this because is frustrating 😫 and annoying. They suppose to deliver a package at my door around 12pm and get signature for it. When i didnt see the package around 1pm i tracked it and found the status delivered and signed for. I called FedEx office to lodge my complain, but to my surprise they were acting incompetent. I called them 3x i got three different responses. They cant figure out where my package was delivered to. Fortunately for me i found my package at another house in my neighborhood with the same house number as mine but different street name. Poor,Poor and poor customer service.

A GP Fedex staff member named Rachael called me Thurs//6 days ago saying her delivery driver couldn’t deliver to me. The address on my pharmacy meds were a digit off but that would’ve just put my package down the street at my neighbors. I corrected it and she stated the package should be redelivered or at the latest delivered the next day. This package was only coming from a specialty pharmacy in Fort Worth. Monday my meds still were delivered and tracking stated it was still in GP sitting there. Called again and was told it was be delivered Tues and address again corrected after I asked if I can come get my package and I was told it would be delivered the next morning. Last night I repeated the same phone call and the phone customer service is great but my package never moves or is updated! Today I called at noon and said I need to come get my meds cause this is unacceptable and it’s being set up that I pick it up at a local Walgreens in GP. This whole situation has been a circus and the local staff are unprofessional with no follow up or care.
Told me my package could be in one of 3 facilities. I just turn ed around and went home. Still dont know where my package us. I dove 19 miles one way to where automated system said the pkg was. NO ON ANSWERS THE PHONE, FORGEDDABOUTIUT. the phone is an endless auto loop

I came to this FedEx to ship a package, upon arriving I asked where’s is the tape. I used the tape that was in the area where they normally keep the tape and the man behind the register proceeded to make me pay for it without telling me beforehand that there was a charge. That is extremely deceitful and I’ve never been to a FedEx where they did that. I feel as though I was manipulated into paying more and that is extremely wrong.
If you are shipping a firearm don’t bother going to this place they will do their best to make it a hassle! I’ll save you the headache, go to UPS instead! It’s only 11 min down the road.
Counter guy telling me I can order envelopes online with a bit of attitude. Not sure why he seemed so bothered i go in to use 2-3 envelopes once a week.The account isnt mine company, so I cant order them.Sounded like he was a bit irritated that he was busy I suppose. Not sure how this inconveniences him either, I dont even go up to the counter to take up his time.

At first when we walked with 8 big boxes, from the employees there we got a look of oh boy . Granted every customer situation is different and I believe the employee should find out ways to help the customer at the place they are employed at we were told that our boxes because of the extra tape when using FedEx before we use those same boxes and it wasnt a problem I guess the employees at that time did not feel like they needed to help the customer.we were told three different times to go somewhere else to another FedEx ship center for ground so they can help us being that we were pressed for time we had to get it done employee came out and told me that the manager is going to tell you the same thing I informed her are you the manager? I dont want to hear from you I want to hear that from the manager. After 20 minutes of us waiting for a manager to come out a representative of management came out and helped us out gave us alternative ways on us to resolve our issue in which the regular employees did not so hats off to the manager that came out African American man with bald head didnt catch his name. wanted to inform the other employee that said what the manager was going to say and he did the total opposite and did his job and help the customer

The CSA (cust.service agent) was rude and lied to me about being able to pull up my account #. (I worked for FEDEX for 20yrs; I know you can.)After I did my paperwork, a very nice CSA came from the back and helped me and had a great attitude.

The employee working this morning came out without a mask on, and once they put it on it slipped off entirely at one point and was below their nose almost the entire time I was there.
Other than the communist mask rules and the mediocre help, It only took 2 hours out of my day to pick up a package they couldnt find my address.

The driver just put my packages as undeliverable. I have had no issues with anyone else and it seems like the driver was just lazy and didn’t want to deliver my package due to the storm. Extremely irate due to absolutely needing this product.

Poor customer service. When I walked in there was no one at the counter so I waited a few minutes. An agent walked out and I said I needed to ship a package. She pointed to the counter and said I need to fill out a label. Im looking around all I see is copies of paper on the desk. I turned to ask her is this what I need and she was helping another customer. Didnt seem interested in helping me but was excited to see the other customer. 😣

My husband tried to pick up a package of mine yesterday and couldnt because he didnt have his ID. This is fine and not a problem, but after waiting in line for 10 minutes, the guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went back today to get the same package, and also waited about 10 minutes with 1 person in front of me. I thought the woman was helping that person but she apparently was not, so the wait seemed very unnecessary. She wasnt the most cheery person initially, however, she was pleasant when we spoke after she went back to find my package (which wasnt there b/c it was now at another location in another city). Overall, I had about a 4 star experience. My husband, on the other hand, would probably give zero stars if possible since his experience left him very upset, hence the 2 star overall rating.

Was at FedEx the other day black guy who work there told me to put my mask up over my noise all the while a kid was walking around with no mask at all and he said nothing to him (terrible and unprofessional employee) and this is after Gov. Abbot lifted the mask mandate, I dont understand that at all.
My package was delivered to the wrong house. And not only that, they left someone elses package at my house. Someone needs to learn to read.

Instead of being a customer care, he probably was a customer care-less. I wanted to know more about shipping rates but he pretended to be dumb and deaf.... after waiting for more than 10minutes while serving a customer I found, whom he attended well maybe because of the ‘colour’
Eric and Betty are the most unprofessional employees from FedEx I have ever seen. They don’t respect their own rules... I can’t imagine how they treat the people with little to no knowledge on procedures, they are arrogant, rude, and question you more than probably a cop. Called their customer satisfaction with my tracking ID only to be told they could release a package with my ID, even when there was a mistake with name. But they refused. Then I was told they will attempt to deliver and that anyone at the address could sign for it. I got their driver on my Ring app saying she couldn’t EVEN after Betty told me yes. I went back and confronted Betty and Eric and tried to show her the video or their FedEx driver saying no, SHE KNEW SHE GOT CAUGHT and literally laughed and declined watching the video.Please avoid this place... definitely filling a official complaint.

This is the worst ever FedEx location I ever visited in Grand Prairie over the years. This woman in picture is so unprofessional and had no courtesy whatsoever. I would never have any course to go there or refer the location to anyone. And if I do, would be extra ready for serious drama. What a very rude, impolite and ill-mannered employee she is.

I have a mobile phlebotomy service within the DFW and I have many many boxes that I have to stand in line to clock in sometime if they see me come in someone I always come and take me to the side and help me speed up a little bit faster the staff is awesome the management is very intelligent and will always try to make your stay there a lot comfortable and their wonderful problem solvers I hope you enjoyed FedEx

The store was clean and had the necessary supplies but the cashier lady clearly hates her job and was really unpleasant and short with us. Ill just go to another location next time. or show up there in a kangaroo costume. if that doesnt break into her icy exterior shes definitely a robot. the kind developed to sit on your porch and scare away solicitors and trick-or-treaters.
My package suppose to be delivered overnight. It never arrived and being that tomorrow is a holiday I wont get it till Friday... Great job on dropping the ball FEDEx!! Oh an didnt even reach out to let me know it wouldnt be delivered.

This Branch was not able to help me, maybe they are helpful on a regular basis but not with me. Even though there was a delivery attempt and no door tag left they told me that the package came back to the office because of a failed delivery attempt. When I asked to speak with the manager they totally ignored that request and gave me some excuse that I did not understand which felt like the run around. Aside from all of that and the racial profiling they did to me by bringing up I did not seem 100% legit and there has been a lot of theft attempts with the place recently. So I will give one star but only because i cant give 0 stars. If you can avoid this place please do so if you are of color.

I have been dealing with fedex for 2 days now about my package. It finally arrived at the store and I showed the guy my Id to get my package “Eric” . He told me that he can’t accept that because my last name is different. I told him that’s all I had to show and he told me I couldn’t get my package. I asked him if I could show him my PayPal info with the correct last name and he asked a short white lady with gray hair if that’s okay. She yelled “NO THATS NOT OKAY, AND WE CANT ACCEPT THAT” he came back and told me what she said (I had heard her because she was yelling). I called my seller and explained to her what was going on and she told me that she wasn’t sure but she was going to do everything she could to fix it. Next thing I know Eric rolls his eyes. I ask him “sir please don’t roll your eyes at me...I didn’t do anything for you to roll your eyes at me”. Next thing I know another tall skinny black dude with black glasses gets in the convo and is telling me to leave. As I am walking out the door I tell Eric that I will be back tomorrow and that he has been very unprofessional with me...then the tall skinny black dude calls me a “LIL B%^+h! I have never been this disrespected in my life! I will be going back tomorrow to get my package and to speak with a manager. I will also be calling cooperate!!!
I always use this location, have had zero issues, sometimes their busy workers are professional. Rather use them verses going to the fedex kinkos locations where their workers have no clue what their doing...

They treat people of different skin colors differently. The guy at the front counter (Greg) was rude. I tried to pay with cash, but he just rolled his eyes and said you need to pay with a credit card. The guy in front of me had questions, and Greg pretended to not understand the guy even though the guy spoke good English. FedEx employees can be racist outside of work, but when it affects their work attitude and service, it makes FedEx look bad. I will not return to the FedEx shipping center, and Ill most likely not use FedEx for my shipping needs.

Unorganized. I was unable to pick up my package because my address on my license did not match the address of the package because I am in the process of moving. They asked if my auto insurance was in the address on the package and I said no initially and was then able to provide insurance info at that address, At that point he said that doesnt matter and I cant get my package anyway. Why did you ask for it in the first place then?! I asked if someone with that address on their ID could come with me to get the package and again was told no because their name would be different, even though I would be there.. However, when I called the Fedex customer service they told me that having someone with an ID matching the address should be fine to pick up the package. So why is customer service saying something different than the person at the desk? Still dont have my package by the way. I had to call Verizon to get them to change the address which is another two day process, and Im the one that has to suffer.
Completely incompetent! Sent my package back after telling me to have it overnighted to them instead of my home address. Obvously this was important, i wanted overnight shipping. I received no tracking info, saw no bank activity indicating it shipped, no email, no call. How was I to know that it was even in transit or there?! Couldnt find me? Didnt even try! Avoid this branch! Run! If i have choice, I will NEVER use FedEx again because customer service had discrepancies in their stories. Oh, and lamesass employees try to flirt with you there. Do your job!

My customer gave me the wrong ZIP Code so I went to this location to stop the package and re-route it to the correct ZIP Code. Betty ran to the back to intercept the package and saved the day! Thank you, Betty!!!
I ordered a tool for my job and paid extra money to have a guaranteed delivery in 2 days. I missed the first attempt so they were supposed to make a second the following day. When there was no attempt made I called customer service which directed me to go to this shipping facility. When I requested my package at the shipping facility they told me no one had scanned it in after the first attempt and they could not find it. They knew who the delivery driver was who was supposed to deliver it but would not attempt to contact him to attempt to see if it was on his truck nor would they look for it at the shipping center. They then directed me to call customer service again and said they would be able to track it down. I called customer service and they again told me it was at the facility. When I explained to them that I was at the facility and they did not have it they told me they would look for it and I might get it Saturday but if they couldnt find it still maybe Monday, 4 days after it was supposed to be delivered. It is now Saturday and I have been told the same thing repeatedly that its at the shipping center and that they would contact me when they found it. I was also told I could just go ahead and file a claim for a lost package. By not having this package delivered or available for pick up I have missed multiple days of work because the package is a tool I need for work. So not only have I been robbed of the extra money I paid to have the package delivered early I am losing wages as a result as well. I never use fedex because this is a common problem with them unfortunately USPS uses fedex for expedited shipping. There were multiple other individuals at the facility at the same time I was dealing with the same issue. This is the worste managed facility I have ever had to deal with. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING ANY FEDEX SERVICES AND STICKING WITH UPS SHIPPING SERVICES.

Missed deliveries to my house 3 times in 2017 and 2018, so out of fear i will not order anything that uses them as a shipper. Then today a 70 pound box shows up that does not belong to me. THE MANSFIELD DELIVERY DRIVER DOES NOT READ!

Coming to this place today at 4:30 to send an iPhone to California, their closing time is 5pm, no one inside, I need to say hello there must me a girl showed up from the close-by room! I asked her if I could send the phone to California, she denied, she said I need to go over internet, Download the form, fill it and send it to her because the phone has the lithium battery inside, she cant accept it in the store! So ridiculous that I need to do those things, even if I could do it, it would pass 5pm and she will be home already! UPS and USPS accepted iPhone and all I need to do is sign on a form to verify the lithium battery! I thought she didnt want me to send it for her to go home early.
