Need to train new employees much more. I’m assuming the young man was new but everything went wrong…my document that was supposedly scanned to a thumb drive wasn’t there when I got home, after calling the store the mgr was able to walk the employee through attaching it to an email to get it to me via email after waiting 10 minutes for her to finish with another customer. He didn’t know how to attach a file to an email…basic computer skills weee absent. The overnight pkg sent ground to Houston was supposed to get there Saturday, when I checked the tracking online Sunday it’s estimated arrival is Tuesday 7pm…I should have sent via the post office. Never again UPS…FedEx next time. Try not to turn employees loose until they have basic training. He was 0 for 3.

Called to ask if they had ink jet printers she told me she didn’t know and got my name and number and told me she will call me back she will check and with in a minute she called back and said yes they did loved the fast response. Not like office depot put me on hold for 30 min and didn’t even asked me what i needed.

Such a great store! Went in today and the two young ladies there Gabby and Jessica were very helpful and polite. They made my shipping experience super easy, will definitely be coming back to this store.

A wonderful establishment with excellent customer service! Both employees were very kind, and the owner himself even helped with a difficulty I was having in formatting an international recipients address. Hallie was patient, helpful, and made me feel like a truly valued customer. Many thanks to an awesome team!

Called just now to ask a question regarding a package I keep missing. The girl that answered the phone really needs to learn how to listen to customers and stop jumping the gun trying to answer and over talk people. Kept telling me to call UPS customer service when it was a question she was able to answer.

The wait time is always long at this location and most of the time only have one person doing everything but Hallie is always polite and friendly and she has bubbly personality. I have always seen her smiling and taking care customer with friendly and positive attitude

Im embarrassed that I didnt get a name, but I just left this location, and the lady who helped me with the Amazon return was very courteous and helpful. I really like this location. Great service!

Hallie is an AMAZING employee. I was in the store for 5 minutes and was able to see her give some very patient directions over the phone to a lost customer while helping 3 other customers including myself all with an upbeat attitude and great customer service!

Bad customer service. I visited this store about a month ago for the first time for a return and to print cards for my business. The guy told me to came back in a day or so for my cards to be done. I get a call from another guy 4 hours later asking what I wanted (clearly the first guy didnt listen to what I was requesting). Therefore, I decided to not give my business to them as I didnt trust theyd do what I was reuest (since I said it 4 different times). Went yesterday to return a package and today that same package got sent back to my home, I had to go back to the UPS store to return the package again. This was a huge inconvenience given that the UPS store is 23 minutes away form my house. When I explained to the associate today, she said sorry we have a new guy and that I needed to pay to have my package return. No empathy and did nothing to make it right for the huge inconvenience this caused me. I wasted a whole hour driving along with paying to return a package. Needless to say, I wont be using this store again and I was hoping to use them for my business needs. Very disappointed.

I usually get great service but anAfrican American girl working today Nov 12th @5pm was very rude and condescending when asked a question. Then she disappeared and left people waiting in line.

Charged me 7.55 to print 4 pages. They charge by the minute and # of pages. The person behind counter was not helpful which takes longer therefore more charges. When I printed, the printer jammed which caused more time which is more money. This is ridiculous.

I had a package to drop off, and even though Ms. Hallie was helping another customer, she saw I had a label already, weighed, scanned, and had my receipt done within a minute! Excellent service!

I have been selling toy guns in 3 yearsOver 100 guns soldNever have nay issue with UPS or any company before but this location wont ship them eventhough I can prove what it isIm a little dissapointed bc I just moved here and this place is very close to my houseThe short hair Lady is very friendly and understanding.
