The Fed Ex People were very helpful and quick. Answered all my questions. Will go there again if I need to use Fed Ex.

Went to take my fedex drop off at this location. As i was standing in line both the ladies working didn’t even acknowledge me. They were both talking to each other, i then walk up to the lady and tell her i’m doing a drop off. I tell her i have a prepaid label on the package already, she continues to talk to her coworker. She then tells me to give her my ID, i tell her for what it i already have a label? She then tells me “what is it? and looks inside the box, then she scans the label. If she wasn’t talking the whole time, maybe she would’ve heard when i said there was a label on there already. Customer service is not good at all here. It’s sad to see bad reviews and still not do anything to fix the issue.
The staff here takes great care of me every time and is friendly to everyone that walks in the door. Im a regular that goes about once or twice a week. I live eqial distance between 3 FedEx office locations and prefer this one every time.
I spend a lot of time at FedEx Offices all over DFW; I go there to do computer work (instead of using my home office where there are too many distractions!). This location is definitely one of my favorites to go to.The entire staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Im typically pretty self sufficient but I always see them going out of their way to help people.Everyone there is great, but I have to especially mention the manager, Sherry. She is wonderful. You will never catch her in a bad mood or not smiling, and it always brightens my day up a little bit when I go there and talk to her because shes just such a positive person. I dont know where some of these negative comments are coming from. Ive never personally experienced or even seen her not be 100% friendly and professional with anyone! FedEx, she deserves a raise! :)
Horrible experiences! I’ve given this place three chances! Obviously it’s under new management but the same person seems to always be unwilling to help while managing to have a horrible attitude. She named Tatiana is all about self help. I even asked if she could PLEASE help me while no one else was in the store and she still continued to tell me that this fed ex was a self help and there were instructions to help me.This incident has me over the top... two hours and I’m STILL at this location. I was even told to call customer service myself because the online system didn’t work. While having Customer service on speaker phone they proceeded to tell me that the fed ex employees could help me and SHOULD help me. I could go on and on. As frustrated as I am. I’m ok as technology is not perfect. I feel sorry for the guy trying to help me. It’s the horrible attitude that Tatiana continuously gives While having my two small kids waiting for an error that isn’t on my end but a fed ex issue. Her only response was “well I wasn’t the one that helped you initially.”Great job fed Ex. I have no choice but to go to UPS. You just lost a really good customer that use to speak so highly of your service. All because of one person that has no idea how to give decent customer service.
Very poor service and rude. They need to hire someone that at least know how to deal with customers. Very disappointed
Wonderful service EVERY TIME! I have been using this FedEx location for a little over a year now and every time I go in the customer service is amazing! From printing labels for me to taping up my box, I have never had a bad experience, and they do it all with a smile.

I’m very disappointed with this location, this was my second time visiting this location, very terrible customer service. I’m an USPS employee, I walked in with my uniform on and instantly got called an Competitor and she basically refused to help me. I waited for 10 minutes and left. I hate to say but the lady was African American, I am as well. But it always be your own race that does you wrong. Such a bad look. Thanks but No thanks for your service.

How can this business have this many negative reviews about a single person and not remedy the problem? UPS is our new go-to for our shipping needs.
Hate to post reviews, but the customer service here is extremely horrible. If youre trying to do something complex (maybe like creating a return label. they will have you sit in a corner and figure it out yourself) other than regular shipping from point A to point B. Dont waste your time here. This location does not have employees willing to help you (do their job). Last time Ill ever step in this store. The UPS Store in Mansfield was cheaper, more friendly and helpful.
Allan is a crappy associate. He did not know how to make copies of my resume correctly. I allowed 2 customers to go before me and he tried to take another customer. I told him I already allowed two customers to pass. He said give him a moment and let me take care of them. I informed him that I cannot wait no longer I need him to call and get assist from another store. He said they probably can not help him over the phone. This is a disappointment and a waist of time. We need people in this store that have the knowledge of the machines.

Worst experience of my life. I provide graphics and mailing list weeks before they were to be mailed. Not only did they not mail them they can not trace them. This was time sensitive materials that I needed to be in recipients hands before a specific date and failed. Again no postcards mailed. It is too late to redo. Because of their bumbling it has had a negative impact on my campaign. I followed up time after time and was reassured that everything was fine. It was not. DO NOT USE FEDEX OFFICE!
Just visited this store and experienced the worst customer service. Needed to have 2 documents printed and scanned with a 3rd document. I was the only customer in the store and the lady pointed me to the self-help computers without making eye contact. I went in and inserted my credit card (as I did not know how to work the machine) and asked for assistance. She never came but continued walking in back of me. Im $3:50 in and havent gotten past the first screen. I decide to get out and the computer kept saying I needed to close out every document before exiting but there was nothing open. $4.75 later, I finally exited with absolutely nothing. As I was removing my credit card, the unhelpful lady walks over as if she was going to assist but abruptly turned around and walked off as she saw me removing my card. Ill never go back into a Fedex location again....UPS for now on!
Went there just now to drop off a pre labeled package. The two employees decided it was a good idea to talk about me as I walked away. Bad customer service at least wait until I leave the room. Which by the way the reason I was looking at both of them with crazy eyes is because of the way they were talking to me and other clients . Have a better day guys ...
Took a 10 ft shipment there..... forgot my I.d. At home after they measured and weighed it told me I needed my I.D. To ship.... that’s not the problem. I went and got my I.D. Come all the way back they tell me they don’t have the box’s to ship it.... told me I need to goto a fedex 7 miles away to ship..... I get to the next FEDEX and they say it’s to big to ship and the other fedex should have known
I walked in with a big smile, I was not greeted. I said Hello & she said hello without even looking at me (I was the only customer in the store). I needed 3 pages scanned to my email, Im not familiar with these services since I have a personal printer/scanner that just broke. She told me to pick a desk & read the instructions... I couldnt locate the instructions at first, there were several signs. I just think a friendly smile & better directions would have gone a long way. I ended up paying almost $4 to have three pages scanned. This may be the going rate? Idk, just know money aside I had a bad experience. I let her know that her OPEN sign was turned off... This was 9:40 am. :)
Customer service is horrible. I walked in said Hello and smiled. All I get is a How can I help you? Like Im bothering her. She must not be a morning person. She was rushing me and I was the only person in the store. I wont be back. Ill is UPS next time.FedEx you need to send this woman to CS training. She works the morning shift on Wednesday.
Terrible experience. I emailed my document as instructed for it to be printed when i arrived. When i arrived i still had to wait 15 mins. Black lady was rude and said she was doing something for another customer who was on the way. I would assume my order should’ve been printed first since i called when they first opened and was the first there. Nonetheless horrible slow service & never returning.
Read all the reviews before coming here. Anticipated a negative experience. Got the complete opposite. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and pleasant. No issues or problems of any kind. Highly recommended.
This location use to be helpful, friendly and professional. I come to a location like this for the employees to do my printing and scanning. Im not computer savy. As of lately this location is slow, lethargic and only directs you to the self help printers. No customer service to speak of. Will drive across town now.
I have used this FedEx office twice(called at least ten times), and will not be going back. Every time that I have called they have either been rude or lied to me about pricing. The prints that I received are great quality, but the customer service is lacking... Though they have offered to resolve an issue of my online coupon not being honored, it isnt worth the trouble of going back to the office to be talked down to. Liz was passive aggressive and condescending each time I spoke with her. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere, unless you like being treated poorly...which I am sure you dont.
This location have the most rude treatment by the Manager Sherry, very poor customer service I wonder why she still there with all the complaints and bad reviews about her maybe FedEx are willing to loose costumers?? UPS will be my shipping store now.
Bad customer service.They dont do the work they claim to do.I took a recliner to have shipped and was told by all 3 employees working that day, that they could not package it and ship it because it was to bulky.Instead they refer me to another store located on hwy 20 by the parks mall.Claiming that they could do the packaging.It seems that those 3 employee didnt want to do any work at that time.
A lot of other people had bat experiences here but we got our copies and had them cut in less than 10 minutes. They were quite helpful.
Horrible customer service. I was greeted when I arrived and then ignored for the next 15 min and then was told she will scan my box so I can go and she will tape fragile on it later.
The African American man saw us attempting to enter tonite at 8:35pm, said nothing until I asked....he said if you can read the sign on the door it says that we close at 8:30. Web said open till 9pm. I then asked where the one that is open till 10pm was, to which he said I dont know, I work here and we are closed. Terrible rep. for a Fortune 500 co. ..Rude and unfriendly!

Extremely unprofessional; I live 2 minutes away and always travel further to print or ship. I encounter the same female employee everytime Ive gone; maybe shes run everyone off? But like everyone else stated she acts like she hates you for no apparent reason.Aside from rudeness their printers are frequently out of commission and if you as for help with anything you get treated as if youre a moron.
Go somewhere else you can probably deliver package before theyll get to you in line

I just dont understand how complicated it is to just do another drive by a house that has to have a signature for a package on that same day?!? How complicated is it really to just the. I received an email saying my order was ready when I went to pick up it was not. The next day I went to pick up the order called before going to make sure it was ready, when I arrived I found out it was not ready. I just ended up going to another location.
