Wonderful. She’s great honestly the little blondie. I came in so upset about my phone I was so mad I cracked it. She smiled at me slightly and told me to relax we’ll find a solution. She told me I have insurance. I didn’t really care about all that I was a little rude yet she still dealt with me. Cracked a couple jokes and made me feel comfortable. I got a new phone with a great price and we talked out how rude I was. She said “u good u good” and just smiled so now I feel special. Good service over all, might come back and get my sister a phone.

This was the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The girl working was the rudest person in retail I have ever dealt with. When I walked in the music was blaring and she rolled her eyes when I tried to talk to her and slowly walked over to turn the music down, and was clearly mad that she had to stop what she was doing to help a customer. She flat told me that I was screwed, her words not mine! and that my problem wasnt going to be fixed.on top of that she engaged in a conversation with another customer about drugs! I dont understand how this person ever got hired at all with her attitude. I will never go into that store again, I have been there 5 times before during working hours and no was at the store the door was and the door was locked.

I love the people who work at the Cricket stores!!!! AThey always friendly and always know whats wrong with my phone and how to take care of my ISSUES!!!!Thanks Juan!

Worst service experience in my lifes history

I went in the Store feeling upset my old phone was not working right The young Lady working there name Fatimas Was so very helpful, explained every I need to know gave me a really good price on my new phone helped me set it up ; I am So happy now Thank you So much Fatima!

Called here because pioneer location has the worst customer service. ALL the girls here are very well trained with people skills and explaining everything. Even though I have to make a further trip, its well worth it. Definitely dont feel like a pest here 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This lady is rude cause I had a Nokia 3.1 plus the power port got messed up I asked for a new one the lady keeps saying repeat that I hanged up and I already said it 3 times I went to metro and got a half off Coolpad with Amazon prime free 2 day with free Google by ABCs storage

This store is the worst i called ahead to see of they would wave the activation for two new lines because the other store said they could but this one is closer so i called they said they would wave it so we go and start the process and by the end he he tells me he cant so i tell him i want to cancel the transaction he says ok i drive to the other cricket only to find out i cant do anything anymore because he COMPLETED the transaction with my approval he added cricket protect to both lines and said he had given me the phones when all i did there was pay my bill so basically he took the money for my bill and used it to finalize the process wich put me at a negative balance in my monthly bill he was rude and very unprofessional we had to go back to try and figure it out by this time its closing time he has to call the store manager and i explain whats going on they spend about 45 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what he did they finally realize they cant so she has to come back from home to try and fix everything she gets there and is rude to me and my family tells me there is nothing they can do that the account is going to get cancelled in 24 hours untill one of them tries to dial from one of the new phones and it worked then they made me pay for a restocking fee and an activation fee this is place is the absolute worst i actually worked for cricket at a different store and its a great company the best service Ive ever had but this place almost made me just leave the company if i could give them less then 1 star i wouldnt hesitate to do so

Yesterday I went to pay for my phone and there were 20 minutes before they closed and the girl treated me badly, I do not recommend them, the girl seemed to be giving me something I felt bad about her attitude and apart from saying that she did not speak Spanish but she understood everything and Then I wanted to fix my plan and I said that his system was not working and I did not isolate it and besides right now I have no line I do not know what happened but if they took the 134 dollars from my card I am very upset 😡
