I had a wonderful experience here thanks to the store manager David who assisted me in obtaining service and the phone I wanted. I was struggling with obtaining service through other carriers who were giving me a hard time and finding various reasons not to work with me. David was so generous with his time and friendly that I felt very appreciative the moment he started to assist me.He went out of his way to make it possible for a bad credit guy like me to get service and a phone.Ill definitely be suggesting my family to visit this branch and speak with David. πŸ‘

Usually have great service here, but went a couple days ago to get my screen protector replaced, because yknow, I pay an extra $20 a month to do they JUST to be told that they have one left, and they USUALLY reserve those for PAYING customers (tf am I???) but they’ll do it anyway just to give me trouble the whole time about verifying my account that’s in my dads name, just to not give it to me. Terrible customer service.

If I could give no stars, I would. I was going to give this store location a good rating for helping me until I found out two days after getting a new phone for my mom that a line was added without my consent or knowledge. I specifically told the first rep that I spoke to what I NEEDED and not need then was handed off to another rep to finish the transfer process. I was furious and called the store yesterday and have yet to hear from them when they asked for my name and number to call and confirm other issues I had. When I called the T-Mobile customer service line confirming that I did not need to add another line but just to trade in the old phone, I’m beyond furious of how the reps at the store did this without my consent/knowledge after I repetitively said what I only needed. I really hope this matter is taken care of by the store manager and upper management that their employees are doing this to customers. Been with T-Mobile for years and for their to happen, it’s truly unacceptable and disappointing.

We Came in this morning to the T mobile store located off Pioneer in Grand Prairie. We were assisted by the associate Marco Sanchez. I was very impressed by his customer service. He explained everything to me as far as the down payment fromthe accessories that we purchased for the phone. He was very patient with us with all the questions that we had and was very thorough when explaining the bundle and how it worked and what we will be paying. He even went over things on my phone that I had questions and this had nothing to do with the purchase. I write this because now and days I just don’t see CUSTOMER SERVICE like this. I will be coming in November for the new IPhone 12 Pro and will definitely come back to Marco for assistance. KUDOS to this young man for a job well done and I hope he will be able to see this.Thank You,Rose Anna Barraza

As a 10 year customer of Metro I finally decided to make the move to TMobile after years of promotion messages. The lady I delt with was very helpful. When my total was exceptionally different from a quote the management stepped in quickly to alleviate the issue. The problem was not the staff, it was a misleading promotion by TMobile. The staff was very attentive and service savvy. The team at this location should be considered an asset to TMobile!

Horrible service from a Representative name Marco. I walked into the store to cancel services and tried to explain that customer service sent me to the nearest location to retrieve my pin#. This kid kept talking over me. He was rude and unprofessional. These ppl have no respect. I had to call customer service again in order for them to speak with them. This store and the management itself heard their employee. This should be addressed. They are not here to help the customers. They are here for a paycheck!!!

This is my first month with T-Mobile and I must say I am very disappointed! My initial service was great! A manger who was terminated a week later helped me get two phone lines. He promised me a $50 credit on my first months bill due to a miss quote. Needless to say my credit was not applied I called in today and spoke with the NEW manager CARLOS GARCIA! He did NOT help me, did not offer good customer service, had no willingness to solve my problem! He said he had no record of my credit and that he couldnt do anything to help me! I called customer service and within 2 minutes my issues was resolved. You would think customer service would be first priority but this man (CARLOS GARCIA) had no intent to help his new customer. Maybe he needs more manager training!!! I will never go to or call this store again!!!

I been a TMobile customer for 10+ years, this was one of the worst store experience I had so far in last 10 years. I went to Port a number from Sprint to my account and buy 2 phones. Customer rep Jeremy o guess his name had no idea what his store inventory is our confused about the whole process. He was nice but with no enthusiasm whats so ever. His prices was so slow I called customer service they took care of account setup on the phone. When I tried to buy phones, he was on the back for 20 minutes because of the locker time. He still had no idea what iPhone he got in the store. I waited in the store for almost 2 hrs with nothing getting done. I left the store and called customer service and everything was done in an HR.

Just came out of this store extremely disappointed with the customer service team. Customers are walking without being greeted or knowledge.Totally unacceptable! I witnessed a team member get snappy with a customer because he wanted to ask a quick question before forming a line. She kicked him out by telling him that they didn’t need his service. I’m a CS Manager and this absolutely unacceptable and this employee would be terminated immediately. I witnessed the entire event from the start. Bottom line the customer is always right and we must control situations in a professional manner. Customers will push your buttons but you must learn how to control your emotions if you plan to work in this field!

VERY BAD SERVICE! I used to be a customer but I had to move to another company cause I was paying too much. My last experience with them was this week. Just two weeks ago I bought a new phone and I needed a case for my brand new phone. I walked in and the store was packed, a guy came over and asked me if I needed help. I told him I was looking for an Otterbox case because I needed good protection for my phone because my toddler uses my phone a lot and kids drop the phones every time they use it. He said we dont have Otter box cases for your phone but we have these ones that give you the same protection as Otterbox (it was a case-mate case). So yesterday my toddler was using the phone and she dropped it, and guess what? I have a brand new phone that is broken now. I trusted him, cause I thought he knew the stuff that he was selling. Now I know I was just another that they were trying to get rid of, since they were so busy. They dont care for you or your stuff, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY and thats it. Dont trust them, trust your guts instead.

Bought Beatsx back in Dec-18. 5 mos later they not staying connected, the mgr Amon was willing to exchange them without even coming out to talk to me but Lorena went back to talk to him then came out and stated he wasnt going to be able to do it because he was under the impression I had just bought them, said I told him that! Amon did tell me I could take them to iPhone store with receiptand theyd replace them. Lorena said they only keep receipts for 30-60 days. Amon was such a coward to not come out himself.... steer clear from this store. I didnt of given them 1 star but had too in order to leave my review..11 years with Tmobile WOW

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Tried to keep my $135 just to keep from affecting their sales records!Long story short, was rushed through, got SIM cards for 5 lines ($25 each + tax) and told false information about iPhone BOGO deal (said we could pay down payment for one, get other free, were not told down payment for both would be required), tried to get refund for SIM cards and were told they couldn’t refund. Called Customer Service, they said the store CAN refund. SUE (manager at this store at the time) said she can’t, then went to the back, said another manager said they can’t unless I was quoted wrong, which I stated I was and she said no, sorry, we can’t do anything but you can dispute with your bank. Called another local store and was told that SIM cards are eligible to be refunded and they have heard many bad things about this store. Went to the other store and sure enough, the SIM cards were able to be refunded.I will be posting negative reviews for this store wherever I can and reporting them if possible. Wasted multiple hours and days trying to get this issue resolved.

If I could give this store a -10, trust me I would. Went into this T-Mobile store # 2079 on pioneer pkwy and corn valley rd in grand prairie, Tx. on July 6th 2019 to hopefully resolve issues with a phone that had supposedly been stolen and was planning on filing a claim through the insurance company they do business with. I contacted the insurance company but was left with some unresolved questions and was hoping I could get these questions somewhat resolved. I know now that they know absolutely nothing when it comes to protocol on filing a claim on a phone, which sounds somewhat logical, but I figured hey I signed up at this location both my mother and I so Ill take a shot in the dark and just asked. Spoke with a gentlemen by the name of AYMAN who Im assuming is the store mgr, he never gave me his actual store title. 1. extremely rude and had a boisterous disposition about him, I would say he was tremendously cocky. 2. When mgnt and customer/s are conversing about certain situations with a plethora of employees and customers in the midst, it is not wise to converse with your hands in your pockets and fiddle relentlessly, it only exudes unprofessionalism !!! 3. When asked by a customer to show other identifiable credentials such as an id #, NEVER EVER say thas all I got, this only shows an abundance of smugness, haughtiness and a lack of interest to say the least 4. This store manager AYMAN needs to attend PROPER customer service etiquette training classes before he is ever placed in this position. Im assuming this is one of the reasons why this particular store has an array of negative reviews, I cannot for the life of me figure out why this store has not been called out by T-MOBILE for a complete overhaul and restructuring. After having been held hostage by SouthWestern Bell now formally known as AT&T since 1984 due to excessive price gouging i decided to leave. I am now having major regrets about ever leaving AT&T. During my 35 years with AT&T, they had never shown any signs of disrespect. Ive been with T-MOBILE since may of 2019, you do the math. Piece of Doo Doo store. All they train workers to do is be all up in your personal space while your trying to pick a freakin phone and follow you around non-stop! I went to that stoasre to buy new iphone8 with credit 250 for apple watch, before I did this, I asked customer service that do I have to open any line ( cause I got 6 line already) they said that you dont have to open any line at all but you have to finance the new devices to qualify for credit 250$. Ok, few days later I checked tmobile online I saw that they open a new line for my apple watch, I called the t mobile customer service, they said if I dont want new line, I can return all new devices so I got back to that store to return iphone8 and apple watch, they charged me for restoking fee 100$, what a suck. I told him that there is no reason for him to talk to me like that and he said that was just the way his voice is. He also talked bad about the store. I told him.. youre new here...and he said yes im here to fix this store because its messed up. He said this in front of his employees that by the look on there faces they are not happy he is there and are scarred of him. She was hesitating about the plans and really needed other associates to help her with small questions and she really a had bad attitude against us.
