Got a new phone with a lot of questions on how to, how to remove, how to add, how can I change this or that. Belem was absolutely the best person I could ever had to help.She was professional, courteous, and took time to answer all my numerous questions along with making sure I knew how to do what she was telling me. All organizations should have someone like her to represent them. They would get a 10 all the time.

Changed over from Tmobile to At&t... not going so well, not very experienced personnell, everybtime I have gone has been a long bad experience

Diego immediately helped us as soon as we walked into the store. He was very helpful and highly knowledgeable about all the products and promotions. If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars, I would! 😁👍

Went to the store yesterday and received great service from Frank. He helped change my iPhone XR to the new iPhone 12. He has to change over 2 of them and activate another one and had us in and out (ready to go) in less than 2 hours. The customer service was fantastic and they were very personable. Jason was also very nice and gave me a mask! Thank you for a expeditious time of service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They told me my options and never pushed me into something I didnt want and very very patient with me. My mom felt very comfortable and welcomed and that means a lot to me, becuase I want a location that she can go to on her own and I dont have to worry she will be treated this way. The customer service rep name Rico was very competent, showed extreme professionalism, and was very friendly. He help me understand things about my phone that no other representative had ever taken time to show me before. His customer service skills make him a true asset to the store.

Went to the store today to upgrade my iPhone 8 Plus to an iPhone 12 Pro Max, working with Deanna was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Not only was she able to help me upgrade my phone, she was able to unload (LOL) some incredible Apple accessories as well. I will definitely be going back to this particular AT&T store in the future.

Luisa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about acquiring direct TV, high speed internet, and the purchase of a new phone. Patrick Washington, the installer, was an absolute god send. The installation was more challenging then normal, and he was diligent and very good about making sure we were set up and working in all aspects.

Frank, Rigo, and Jason were extreme helpful and friendly and got everything sorted out when my phone stopped working. Their service was smooth and they worked with a smile :)

Terrible customer service!!! More about sales than anything. After I spent 450 bucks in their store they couldnt help me get it turned on. They told me to go home and my device wasnt even turned on yet lol I asked to use their computer to log into my email so i could get my device turned on. They told me to go home. Then said their was nothing they could do. I wont be coming back. I went to another store and they helped me. I just feel bad because the guy that helped me at the other store didnt get the sale. Also I hope you can see this review because this is not over. I will be calling AT&T or whatever I have to do. Get better Customer Service.

Worst experience ever, they can’t even do anything, their policies are different than the original ATT, they cant make changes to your service, be careful and be sure of what you are doing and I suggest you make your purchase at a corporate ATT

Wow! What a difference a mile makes. This new store in Grand Prairie is blessing. It defiitely outshines the others. Had problems at another ATT store and wen by this one. The agent, and I forgot her name, asked how she could help, was professional looking and acting and knew what she was doing. I walked out of the store so happy that there was an ATT store in Grand Prairie that could and would help.

Great service

I went to this store due to phone SERVICE issues that has nothing to do with my phone but the actual phone service as in texting, data, etc not working. They tried blaming my phone which is an iPhone 8 Plus, and then tried saying they could replace the SIM card for $5. I told them I didn’t want to loose anything and they claimed I wouldn’t, yet contacts are saved to your SIM card so they aren’t knowledgeable. They just gave me the phone number for my cell phone insurance to see if they’ll replace the phone. My boyfriend has AT&T and an iPhone 11 and has the same issue in this area. I called the 611 phone number for customer service and they said it is NOT my phone, and that these employees shouldn’t of even of said that. They actually put in the ticket for service issues in this area.
