On the 15th of April, I was in need of a new phone and bad! I pulled into the Verizon store in Grand Prairie and was assisted by Jana Anderson. She was the best!!! She was professional and had an off-beat sense of humor which I thought was swell! She got me all set up with a new phone and accessories, and even gave me her cell number should I have any issues or further questions. And to top it all off, she even called a few days later to see how things were going with my new phone!Jana took customer service to the next level and I greatly appreciated all that she did! It was a great experience!!! Kudos Jana!!!

First off I just want to say I had been comparing individual plans, fresh off the bat without any preliminary knowledge about what phone service provider would be most beneficial for me as a new college graduate. One of the representatives there, Paul Reyes, has to have been one of the most transparent people there. He was direct- about the cost, the benefits I was eligible for and the best plan at my age and with my budget, not to mention the truth behind the matter of comparing the phone companies including Verizon I had been choosing from. I always admire a companies rep who can be this genuine, honest, and frankly relatable. Not only was he knowledgeable without being robotic, but had pretty good sense of humor, if I should say so myself!!! Thanks again Paul!

I spoke with Kevin over the phone on Monday to add a line to my service. He advised me to come to the store to better assist me, so I did. I went into the store and he was more than helpful. He educated me on what I was getting and upgrades that I was available for. I highly recommend this place if your not sure on your service or even what kind of phone to get. Went to Verizon on Carrier Pkwy today & Cameron Haskins was my customer service rep. I had a very complex issue dealing w/my business acct as I have 5+ devices connected to this acct. Cameron who doesnt usually deal w/business accts, called Verizons business service center to find out how he could help my particular situation & was on hold w/them for over 30-mins just to get all the info to help me. I got a new phone in the mail and needed help transferring all my information to my new one. I came into this store and was assisted by Paul and he was amazing! Transferring all of my information took hours, but not once was he irritated or impatient about the process. He was very kind and kept conversation going, that it did not even feel like hours were spent waiting for my phone. I highly recommend going to this Verizon store for any assistance. I have been to many phone stores, but have always felt like a bother or that no one seems to be willing to help.

On Christmas Eve they discovered ups dropped at the wrong location, the manager went and personally picked it up and brought it to the Grand Prairie store so we had it on time. I was blown away by this type of customer service, it is truly rare these days! Highly recommend!!
My husband and I went to the Carrier Pkwy store looking for a new phone carrier. Neither of us are very tech savvy, yet we left very satisfied customers thanks to Shae. This young man has the best attitude and answered every question my husband and I could ask. He made sure we were happy with our plan and individual phones, transferred everything from our old phones to the new ones and made sure we understood how the new phones are set up. I dont remember a time that we have had so much fun on a purchase. Retail needs more people like Shae. We are very happy and will be back for all our cell phone needs.
I was assisted by Sam while at the Verizon store. She made sure I felt valued as a customer, she really went above and beyond with her customer service. She was very friendly and patient. She took her time to truly listen to my problem and then kept in constant communication with me to make sure everything was going as planned. I came in yesterday to sign up for a new plan for my family. The associates were warm, helpful and worked hard to get it set up. There was a glitch in the system as we were trying to set up 2 kids lines but they worked hard to fix it. When we realized it was going to take longer to set up and I needed to be somewhere soon, they activated my phone and kept my kids’ and allowed me to come later and get them. It was an overall wonderful experience in what is usually a frustrating and stressful time.
This is a Verizon authorized dealer but not a Verizon store. That wasnt obvious from looking at the store. If I had known that in advance I wouldnt have stopped. I needed a screen protector for my phone. I couldnt buy it until I provided my name and address. If I had been there alone, I would have walked out. The person who was with thought I was being dramatic. 😠 Too much identify theft going on to give out my name and address to make a purchase for a screen protector.

Kevin & Tim were so helpful & answered all my questions helping me to activate my new iPhone. I had picked up my phone from the I-20 location in south Arlington & when I asked them to transfer my data they said they stopped doing that last week, & when I asked them to explain the insurance choices the agent told me I would have to be put at the end of the line. I left & went to the location in south Grand Prairie & got all my questions answered without a problem. Great customer service!

I upgraded my phone at the store, and Devon was absolutely amazing he made sure that I had everything that I needed transferring my photos my contacts and even giving me a quick tour of my new device. He is really awesome he gave me his personal phone number so that if I needed anything I could call him directly this is unheard of in customer service, somebody needs to give this guy a raise. If you have any Verizon Business to do I suggest you do it here.

I walked into the Verizon store today with my LG tones that has been giving me issues for the last few weeks, the team in there Devon and Alisha, explained that they could not replace them in store but they were very much so willing to help me do a warranty exchange. Devon got on the phone after Alicia found the number which took ages, and handle the whole process for me even printed out the shipping label. Go in and see these guys they are a big help and a big hoot. I had a great time.

I want to say thank you to Brandon at the South Carrier Pkwy store on Tuesday 6/23/15. I have been with Verizon for 10 years and lived in many states and his customer service and dedication to resolving my problems was by far the best I have ever experienced. I went there to resolve a simple problem with my contacts not showing and looking for a new phone. We had a problem with my application and needless to say he spent over 2 hours with me and assured I left the store with an operating new phone and knowledge on several topics. He was polite, courteous and an exemplary representative. I just moved here and would recommend his service and the store to anyone. The best experience since I moved to Texas.
