Mattress Firm in Grand Prairie, TX has the best customer service ever. Bradley was so helpful and polite. He showed me a different assortment of mattress that was perfect for the kind of mattress I was looking for. Plus he also let me test out the different mattress. I get to take the mattress home and do a trial for 4 months.

I just had the best experience for my Labor Day Holiday. I had been checking out the sales online for Mattress Firm but was still not sure what I wanted. I liked the personal touch that I got from Forrest as I entered this store . I was running to catch the doorbusters that were advertised online. My wife and I went in the other day almost an hour before closing time. Despite our late arrival we were greeted with nothing but hospitality and willingness to help. The gentleman who assisted us was named Dylan. He was an amazingly helpful as well as knowledgeable. Not sure what is going on with this store but it’s not good. I’ve been a customer since 2011 and have made three purchases totaling over 10K. I can’t get the last purchase made on April 7th delivered nor can I get anything but lip service and no return calls from the store or managers now. I cant say enough how pleased I am with the experience provided by Alan at the Grand Prairie, TX location. I was expecting a high-pressured sales pitch and being directed to the most expensive item in the store. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Instead, Alan asked a few questions about my sleep habits and knew exactly the bed for me. He insisted I try a few others but he was right and I bought the one he suggested which was also in my price range. I appreciate him being real and honest and because of that he got two sales that night because I brought a friend with me LOL

Purchased two mattresses, was never called to say the mattresses were ready to pick up, even though they had been ready. My husband had to call up there and was told then the mattresses were ready to pick up, but when we did go they said they sold one of our mattresses and didnt even tell us. Ruined our holiday plans.

The Mattress Firm representative named Mario was awful. When expressing a concern about what I was looking for in a mattress, he consistently ignored what I was addressing, and was focus on having me lay on a mattress (unrelated to my concern). When I brought it up to his attention that I didnt want to lay on a mattress, he had a rude attitude with the rest of the experience. Highly dissatisfied, do NOT recommend, and I bought a mattress from Macys instead.

Meagan Warren was very knowledgeable about the adjustable bases we were interested but she was not pushy. She answered all our questions. We ended up buying the leggett and platt series 700 and love it.
