While its not the California Homegoods store there was still some nice items. But Ive already been to two stores and you definitely can learn from the Orange County California stores....Which are Super stocked with amazing things to buy always spending over $500 in California. Here very understocked plus both stores were messy and trinkety looking items, but I did buy this little treasure

This store is always clean and well stocked. You can definitely spend a lot of time browsing here. I bought a small table and they took it to my car and helped me load it up.

This is always the first stop for home items and I shop multiple locations. The selections are always changing and reasonable priced

The store was very clean and organized. Had great selection. Though some spots were a little over stocked, everything was in place and organized. Went on a Thursday night and checked out quickly.

This is a good place to stretch your legs. Great design furniture store. I was welcomed as soon as I got in the door,and through out my stay. There are so many beautiful things with great prices. Great hand made designs, with one of a kind look. Check the clearances they are priced right. More outdoor furniture than any store Ive been with a different twist... go check it out😳 Ill be back...

Glaas and fragile products on top of each other sets on glass shilves some of which broken already.

It was a bad choice to buy here.I told my aunty to try home goods and it was the worst recommendation. My aunty bought 4 items and was impress with the choices but the cashier only place 3 items in her bag. So my aunty went back on her own. She was adviced that they would need to investigate and it would take a week and so.... They can have that $6 shower curtain clip. I am ashamed to even have recommended them.

I absolutely love this location, this store has a whole variety of items to chose from, awesome customer service, was greeted soon as you walked in. Out of all the Home Goods that I have been to, this one is my absolute favorite.

I would like this complaint to be escalade up to Management about my experience in the Grand Prairie location in Texas. This incident happened about 3 weeks ago. I visited the store on a Friday afternoon and purchased 2 oversized floor length mirrors. (36X72) . I did a paid hold and told the young lady that I would pick them up 3 days later. i received a call from an associate 2 days later asking when I would be retrieving my items. I advised her i would need an additional day from the original date on the receipt. She said she would note this on the hardcopy. I arrived the morning of with a u-haul truck and helper, only to discover that Tish/Trish, the store manager had returned my items and sold them to another customer earlier that morning. I was very upset #1 because I advised when I would be picking up my items #2 The manager should have called me to let me know she returned my items prior to me arriving with a hourly rate truck. #3 The manager customer service and response to my reaction was unprofessional. The items are paid, but I do understand that HomeGoods is not a storage facility, absolutely! But Home goods also should understand sometimes the items that are purchased are larger than most and cant be loaded at the time of purchase. The system had a glitch and was unable to transfer my funds from the gift card to my credit card, so I had to receive cash. ($700) after waiting for almost 40 minutes As an interior designer who spends thousand(s) of dollars at your retail stores this was by far the worst experience. I hope your office takes this matter serious and uses this incident as a training opportunity for the manager involved. Everyone else in the store was very helpful and kind, especially the manager named Crystal.

Able to get 2 LED lanterns for a good price for my wedding decor. Made of a heavy metal too and not cheap plactic.

You can not get through the aisles with a basket. They have stuff everywhere with no space to move around.

This is a great clean, well kept location (even on black Friday). We found so many holiday items here, new towels, as well as a new shelf for our restroom, for next to nothing. I will definitely be back!

I like this place way too much! They ring you up pretty fast so the checkout line shortens very quickly.

Great store with everything you you could ever want for your home....huge selection.Some items are overpriced but most are great buys.

I can always find something...I didnt know I needed. Occasionally, I find what Im actually looking for. People are nice, checkout is relatively quick, just check for peak hours and go accordingly.

One of my favorite stores and this particular location always seem to have what Im looking for.

Im sure its because of covid-19 😷 and so much of their merchandise is imported. Their inventory is really low. Forget about pots for plants indoor or outdoor. There are none!!!Other than Christmas decorations the inventory seems very much the same each time I have shopped there.😖I did find some really nice Christmas decorations especially, the FAO Schwarz collection.🎄🎀🎅Previously, this has been one of my favorite stores to buy pots at so hopefully, it will get back to what it used to be.

Awesome place for almost everything you need for your home...amazing cushion softly pillows for your bed and comfort of your couches. Night lamps and toys!!! Even dog clothing yayyy

This place is okay, but for a newer home goods it’s not my favorite. They don’t have a huge selection of things. They also need to have better customer service in regards to when THEY screw up.

The manager Glen, was so helpful! We needed an additional lamp and he called all the stores in the area to see if he could locate one for us. The first thing I noticed when we walked in the store was how immaculate and clean it was. Also extremely organized. We were super impressed with the store and would recommend it to anyone looking for home goods

One of my favorite places to shop always the first stop LOL... Totally awesome selection of Easter goods for all rooms of the house. The store is always pretty darn neat, and people are friendly. Kudos to the buyers and the staff at HomeGoods!

I love homegoods

I was excited about visiting this store, but I must say that my visit was very unpleasant. While the store cashiers are polite, the white female manager is not. She is very rude and gets angry when seeing people that are not their race. It is very offensive. Out of all the Marshalls/Homegoods/Tjmaxx, this is the worst one. I suggest everyone to go to the one in Mansfield, it is bigger as it is combined with Marshalls, you will have much better experience shopping there.

I am posting a review as someone who has TJMaxx/Marshall’s/Homegoods/Sierra Trading Post Credit Card Holder.This store has very limited selections with some ok cashiers and very rude managers. They refuse to take returns made within 30 days (per return policy) and one of the old white manager lady with glasses seems very rude to certain groups of racial people. Gets really angry when seeing certain race of people and talk very rudely.My tip for you is to stay away from this store and go to the Marshalls and Homegoods in Mansfield, they have more and better selections, as well as way better team.Never have I ever been to a store that the employees including managers treat someone so bad like that. If you have credit card from TJMaxx/Marshall’s/Homegoods/Sierra Trading Post, you are blessed. When they refuse to take your return within 30 days, simply talk to Synchrony Bank (the card issuer), they will help you.

Scouring homegoods stores around town has almost become a habit. This one just opened over by 161 does not disappoint. Lots of isles have clearance merchandise at pretty good discount prices. One of the largest stores in the area for sure.

I was excited to go to a Homegoods location that is closest to my house, compare to the Marshalls&Homegoods in Mansfield. I attempted to return an item I purchased within 30 days. Two cashiers refused to return the item for me, and when the white lady with glasses- the manager came in, I was scolded and yelled at. I will not be back, but rather go to the one in Mansfield instead.
