Our salesman was named Jerry. He was very patient with us. Jerry looked until he could find a mattress in my price range. He explained the differences in the mattresses. When I was getting my bed I told them that I had back surgery and need something that would support my back the best way. The sales associate talked me through every bed and told me his personal experience with certain beds because his wife as well had surgery on her back. I feel my product was explained and they even have the code on the product so you can snap a picture with your phone and see product reviews. My delivery will be super fast. Next day. Great experience. Came here to try out a purple mattress and was just going to buy online because they have free shipping and student discount, but Betty said she can match anything Purple advertised. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was patient even with my 3 and 7 year old kids who were running around and trying out the beds. She not once got on to them and even let my oldest try out adjustable beds. There was a mistake at the end with the delivery fee but she took care of it.

Betty, the store manager, was very kind to my son and I when we went bed shopping today. She was helpful, very knowledgeable of the different beds and wasnt pushy in her sales techniques. She allowed us to shop without feeling the pressure to buy or upgrade. We purchased a mid-level twin bed and are very happy with the experience. On top of it all the store was very clean, hand sanitizer was everywhere and they even provided head hankies for us to use to keep things sanitary and slow the spread of Covid. Great customer service by Mr Dedrick Guy but I was expecting my new mattress to be delivered on July 30, 2020 between the hours of 11-3. I called the store around 5:30 only to find out that my mattress is on back order and won’t be ready til August 6. I think that I should’ve received a courtesy call or something.

When I went in I was just going to look at the purple mattress and then buy online through purple. When the salesman Joel spoke with me about the mattress and how much quicker i could get it through them rather than the 4 week wait from purple at the same price i jumped on it.
