Called about a used vehicle on-line and randomly connected to Alex. I highly encourage you to ask for him! He walked with us every step of the way in our purchase. Love our vehicle and it has been everything promised, so far. I loved the entire atmosphere of Dinsdale, they treat you like friends and open the door to a very welcoming space. No high pressure, friendly. Ive heard their ads about giving back to the community and they really do walk that walk.

Excellent experience. I needed some warranty and non warranty work done on my vehicle. I was given a loaner vehicle while mine was getting worked on. Cliff Beacom was my service advisor and he walked me through what was wrong, what needed done and what was covered under warranty. I agreed to the repairs and they went right to work. I couldn’t be more pleased with my service. Hands down the best experience with a service shop. Thank you!! I absolutely recommend TD Automotive!

Alex Sackschewsky was the best ever! He knew exactly what we wanted and picked out the vehicle that my wife immediately fell in love with. He was super and I highly recommend him. He was honest and worked with us to make sure that we drove home with that specific vehicle. Most vehicle-purchasing experiences seem to always be such high-stress and high-pressure situations, but not here. It was very stress-free and may I say, even a relaxing experience! Buying process was easy and we got our truck delivered which was great. We didn’t have it very long until we found out the bearings were completely shot so after an expensive repair we definitely didn’t get as good of a deal as we originally thought. I feel like the service department should have caught that...Edit - The dealership reached out in response to this review and after submitting our receipts gave us a full refund for the repairs! I can now highly recommend them as standing behind their vehicles.

Once again, the Tom Dinsdale Service Department went far and beyond the call of service. I drove over a huge staple and limped into the dealership. The tire ruined, Shawn ordered a new tire to be delivered the next day, the department immediately replaced the flat with my spare, and I was able to return to work in no time. The following day I dropped my car off for a new tire and an oil change. Gary cheerfully gave me a ride back to the office and by days end the huge staple was a distant memory. I will never do business with another dealership. I have always been 110% delighted with the sales and service at Tom Dinsdale Chevrolet Cadillac GMC.

We made an appointment to have a new tire put on our truck. We arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. After waiting in the receiving bay for almost 20 minutes we were finally helped. Even though we had an appointment there was almost another hour of waiting before they even got our vehicle in. They to issues that I have are: 1 if we have an appointment why do we have to wait another hour after that appointment for our vehicle to get in. 2 The individuals at the service desk act like they are doing us a great service by waiting on us. If this was not the certified Chevy dealer we would not go there because of how the service department treats people.

I have nothing but praise for Dinsdale Chev. Nick Harris who was our sales person did a fantastic job. We purchased a 2003 Silverado 2500hd. The team did all the fixes that were needed then some!!! My wife and I think the world of Nick and his boss. We drove 400 miles from Colorado to purchase this truck after our original truck was stolen and drove the new one home. It drove beautifully with our car on a tow dolly behind. Again Nick thanks for all help!!!

When I called to make my appointment I asked about a loaner vehicle as I live out of town. I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. My appointment was scheduled over a month out because of Dinsdales lack of availability. I took the first open appointment five weeks after I called in. The day before my appointment I called to confirm and again asked about a loaner. I was told it was noted that I needed one and one would be available for me. When I came in to drop my vehicle off I was told all loaners were gone and I was told loaner vehicles are subject to availability. NEVER WAS I TOLD THAT! NOT ONCE! I received a shoulder shrug as a response when I explained this. I was told I could reschedule but they were busy and the next available appointment was in July. That, to me, is unacceptable. And should be unacceptable to any company that has any customer service standard.

I loved this place we got a 2011 Chrysler 300c . We had a appointment at 10 a.m. they called us to ask if we were still coming. Had a car already pulled up for us that we said we liked had everything all set up and ready we were all done by 11:15. There was no pressure no hassle no waiting for approval it was amazing. We had multiple choices of free drinks, snacks and they had a play area for kid. And the warranties they have are outstanding. The customer service is unbeatable. I totally recommend this place 100% we went to the Toms Dealsdale across from the main dealer.

Shawn Fletcher was the Advisor. Hes always very helpful and answers any questions that I have. He took the time to help me with setting the bluetooth on my cell phone to the car system so that my new phone is connected and working. I always appreciate the advisors willingness to make me feel comfortable asking a question. The Multi Point Vehicle Inspection report is most helpful and explains the status of the car. At some point in time you started taking appointments for oil changes. I was told since i had none, i would have to make one and come back. I told service writer i would just have it done in my home town. He got with the service manger and they were able to work me in. Great, problem solved. I like the appointment plan better anyway now that i know about it.

I knew what was wrong with my vehicle per diagnostic, called the dealer where I got extended warranty to see what was covered before scheduling service. Was told I could take it to any ASE certified dealer for service. When I made the appointment I mentioned all of the above, made an appointment to get it fixed. They said ok we will have it done by 1:30. I call to check that it would be done by that time and no one knew about the warranty. My car did not get fixed and once I showed up to pick it up because I did not have time. I did not know where to go or what was going on. Once in, I mentioned I came to pick up my vehicle, I just got my keys and no one came to talk to me about what was going on or if I could reschedule.

Don’t expect them to stand behind their product. 9 months in on a used 82k(new) dollar vehicle with 128k miles and the engine blows. Chunks of metal clearly visible in the intake. No warning- even with a blow engine- no check engine light. I called the dealer to see what they could possibly do to help us out and get pawned off multiple times. I got told that they were talking to the general manager and the used car manager and when I called back 4 days later neither one of them had heard anything about the problem. Buy the warranty and pray to God they stand behind that because GM products are junk. This review never would have been posted had their follow up on customer service and getting back to a distressed customer been more timely and handled in a more compassionate way. I understand what I got into with not buying a warranty on a GM product, but their compassion and customer service is lacking big time. Sadly, I will never do business here again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. It’s all about the all mighty dollar!Updated to add the last thing the New car manager said to me was, “Are we done here?”

Extremely disappointed. Poor communication regarding when vehicle would be ready. One of my tire sensors had gone out. Service tech checked price and I told him not to replace it. I was stunned when I picked up my vehicle to find that the 3 other sensors, working when I dropped my vehicle off, are no longer functional.Needless to say, I will no longer have my vehicle serviced at Dinsdale in Grand Island, NE.

The friendliness and accommodationing attitudes of the staff are by far and away TOP notch!!! A bad day beaking down on the side of the road, leading to a tow to Dinsdale was turned around by Diane and others. Unfortunately the outcome of our car trouble went from bad to worse, but thankfully will be covered by warranty. We were grateful that they were able to squeeze us in without an appointment, get us diagnosed, warranty approval, and a loaner car to get us back home!!! They were apologetic that we had to wait, but we left with answers, a solution, and a safe loaner to get us by!!!

Barely made it to the gas station with provided fuel. They wouldnt even replace a $17 hydraulic hood support or change a brake light bulb. The sales manager said he would be losing money at that point, even on a car that was already listed above its value. They said the car had clean carfax, but wouldnt show me. Wouldnt budge on price because it was a one-owner. Well, the only previous owner managed to back into something hard enough to deform the bumper and scratch the paint a little, even with rear sensors. After the cars dealership buff job wears off, youll notice its not in as good of shape as you thought (when buying used). Im getting my next vehicle somewhere else. Spend less on advertising, more on replacing vital, inexpensive parts. I honestly miss my old Cadillac. At least it was maintained properly. They said my trade-in (shown below) wasnt worth anything before they even looked it over. If you want to drive away feeling like you got a good deal on a reliable car, go somewhere else. I ended up with a decent car, sold to me by a horrible staff.

Purchase could not have gone any better. Called the dealership after a filtered search on autotrader found what I was after in my back yard. Salesman brought truck to my house that day. Drove it around the section, said I would take it. Paperwork was done the next day (Saturday) and salesman brought it and truck back to my house. Easier than buying groceries.

Was in for a regular servicing, oil change, etc. Plus, I had a request. I found a bolt on the garage floor under where my car was parked. The request was that they would look for the place where that bolt belonged and thats what was done. The small rattle I would hear occasionally has not been heard since.

I spoke with Hyundai customer service and they informed me of my bumper to bumper warranty on my vehicle but when I call this dealer, they inform me the warranty doesnt cover my exhaust issue due to normal wear and tear and the inspection and diagnostic is also not covered but Hyundai tells me it is. I have had nothing but lies and issues with the dealership since my purchase 3 years ago. I would not and will not recommend this dealership for anyone. If you want a good and honest Hyundai dealership, talk to sid dillion in Lincoln, ne. I believe the only thing tom dinsdale cares about is getting your money. Warning, stay away from these crooks.

Our salesperson was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had to wait almost 3 hours to get in the finance office. Once in the office the employee was borderline rude when explaining things, talked negatively about my bank, etc. They did stand behind the air conditioner that didnt work which was nice. Currently been waiting almost 2 months for a refund on the GAP policy I purchased while I was there. Everyone seems to blame it on someone else as to why the refund cant be sent.

My husband and I were on a very long road trip from Chicago to Seattle, through National Parks, and onto many side, lonely roads. It was great, but in the middle of nowhere our cars oil light went on to remind us that it was time to change the oil SOON. It was the weekend and we literally were nowhere near a major town. We hadnt put so many miles on the car at one time yet (5400) so even though by late Sunday we were 1 1/2 days out of Chicago, we thought we should stop. Tom Dinsdale was the closest Cadillac dealer off I80 in Grand Island Iowa. It was Sunday and we were so pleased to get a chatoption on their website and someone was there to take all the info from us and was able to book a service appointment for Monday morning! We brought it in....they had a shuttle to take us to a local restaurant for breakfast while we waited, and in 1 1/2 hours, we had eaten, the oil was changed, tires rotated, fluids topped, car washed ...... EXCELLENT service....best weve ever had. All personnel were kind, efficient, professional. I have never written a review for a dealership, but the staff deserved the 5 star rating. Thanks again.

I had a oil change done after a long trip and everything was amazing. VERY friendly staff! They even washed and vacuumed out my car. I just moved to the area and am very pleased with their service. I went back the next day to purchase a front license plate from the parts department and they suggested I go to the collision center to have it put on and they put it on very quickly and at no charge! I am very pleased and will definitely be using them in future.

I called a week earlier to make an appointment for an oil change on May 9th. My appointment was at 1PM, so I arrived with my car at 12:50PM that day. I checked in shortly after. I waited for my car until 4:20PM. I could have changed my oil three times in that time frame. Apparently, my vehicle was lost in their system. Instead of apologizing to me, the cashier blamed me saying I made an appointment not a reservation. Those words are synonymous and the previous time I came to get my oil changed I made an appointment and was in and out within an hour. I wasted my entire day sitting there for a mistake their service department made and then was confronted with bad customer service and blame thrown in my face. I will not be returning to this location. I paid full price for an oil change that took over 3 hours.
