My family and I were traveling across the state when we picked up a large nail resulting in a flat tire. The next morning Kyle, the manager, was extremely helpful in helping us choose a new set of tires and then slid us in first thing in the morning. The process of mounting the tires took less than 30 minutes. I cannot be more grateful to discount tire for taking such great care of us and getting us back on the road as quickly as possible. Every discount tire I’ve ever encountered has been extremely accommodating. I know where my tire shop loyalty lies!

I dropped my vehicle off over night to have the rear tires replaced. They called me first thing in the morning to get started. I informed them that the spare tire was on the truck and the tire we were replacing was in the back of the motorhome. They not only mounted the new tires but put the spare back in its proper location. I called them as I was unable to get to them in Normal business hours and paid over the phone. So I was unaware of what I was going to find when I came to pick up the rv. Imagine my surprise seeing they handled all my tire needs and even reinstalled the cover on the spare tire. They are 5 hours away round trip ill definitely will be back to see the guys. The best customer service I have received from a tire store in a decade.

Ive been doing business with DT since 2018 back in Phoenix. Moved back to Grand Island and was happy to see one here. They are super friendly, very knowledgeable and have always taken care of me and my relatives in a timely and professional manner. Went above and beyond friendly to an old grumpy lady, who purposefully tested him, and he passed with flying colors. The next day I brought another vehicle in for four more tires. All because of him. Got in and out with new tire within a 1 1/2 hours

Wow, exceptional service. All I had done was a rotation but it was free, super fast, friendly and easy. Totally touchless, they never got in my truck. Very happy, will return to buy tires and see how that goes.

These guys are terrible! I called about tires and they told me 14 ply trailer tires. I show up and pay and they start working on them. They failed to see that the ones are 14 ply they are taking off. They tried putting 10 ply tires back on. Really sad place that can’t even get that right. 👎👎

Today I arrived at 8 am to buy new tires for my son’s car. There were three customers standing outside the store when I pulled in the parking lot. The employees where opening the shop while the customers waited. By the time I walked to the front door the employees were helping the customers. I stood outside hoping someone would acknowledge me and let me know what I needed to do. I made eye contact with the employees but they did not acknowledge my presence. The first three customers walked into the store and I followed behind them. I stood in in the designated line (I was the only one in line). Finally, 10 minutes later David walked in the store and acknowledge me and said he would be helping me. Unfortunately, Kyle walked in the store at 8:20am, He sees me standing in line but turned and pointed to a customer that wasn’t standing in line and told David to help him first. I felt very offended by Kyle’s action. In my opinion he was was very unprofessional. Kyle should have acknowledge me and say “Miss, we have a customer in front of you and we will help you as soon as we can. “I felt, if I was a man, Kyle would have treated me differently. Fortunately, David helped me 7 minutes later and provided me excellent customer service. You should acknowledge David for his professionalism. I spent over $900 at this store. Because of David, I will continue to use your services.

Grand island discount tire is the best tire store. Long time discount tire customer and year round traveler (been to many discount locations) these guys not only had my tires in stock but they had many others in my size and I ended up getting a whole new set of some better tires for winter roads. Travelling through Grand Island on the was to South Dakota. Had a dually pickup pulling a trailer with a bike in it. Came out from the hotel overnight to a flat. Drove to discount tires for a free check. They located the leak quickly. It was enough damage to need a tire replacement. I have a warranty through another company so I asked them to put the spare on until we can reach our destination in South Dakota. They happily removed the old tire, checked it (as listed above), pulled the spare down and replaced it, then backed our truck up close to the trailer again. They were very helpful and didnt charge me at all. We are discount tire fans for sure now! WIll buy our next set of tires from this company! Customer service means a lot to us and they definitely took care of us! Highly recommend them! (David Gilbert) is one of the people who assisted us, however, there were many who we spoke to and they are very friendly!

On top of that my right front tire was over flated to 45 pounds The left front tire was at 32 pounds what do you think would happen on highway I 80 with 45 pounds of pressure On the right front tire Is call blow out What a stupid mistake to make they put my life at risk not a happy man

It was our first time there, clean facility and friendly staff. Their shop is not heated though which had little effect on me but im sure their workers would appreciate it. The service was fast and price was reasonable easy payment options. I had 4 tires installed and it was less then 30 minute wait time usually takes at least an hour. I would reccomend their service and tires. They even replaced the valve stems in the price and gave me back the old ones.

Awful experience. I went in to patch a hole in my tire because I had ran over a nail on my way to school but according to them my tire was too old and they refused to put it back on for me. ( I drive a 2017 chevy impala ) and the tire had only 10,000 miles on it. I told them to just put it back on and I was just gonna go to Walmart and they told me no. I was forced to buy a new tire because they said that they had already thrown the old one away. I’m sure it was just a selling strategy but it was completely unprofessional!

Nice facility. Lil sliw on the service side. I asked the guy there if he had used tires in the size I needed he said yes. I show up for the tire wait half an hour only to find out he didnt have the used tire but would gladly sell me a brand new one. We are talking the difference of $150. I might go back. I might call someone else first. I have used them in the past and had good experiences and Im not saying dont go, just a lil perturbed at the guy not knowing his in stock inventory.
