Luis an amazing man!!!! I was stranded down I-80 in Nebraska after business hours. I found my way to an Advanced Auto Parts and spoke to a man named Brock who called Luis (the owner of Independent Auto). Luis was at the auto parts shop within 30 min. He repaired my car (not an easy repair) and I was back on the road in no time. The kindness this man did for my family and I will never be forgotten. Wish the world had more of men like him. Thank you!!!!!

2,500 spent and my vehicle came out worst than when I first brought it in for repair after almost 3 months for him to tell me he mostly specializes in Hondas and Japanese vehicles... should have said that from the beginning. Had to take it to another mechanic to finish the job and fix other problems that werent there before... tried to have a civil conversation with him and come to an agreement but he refused and told me to take it to court that hell tell the court that he can only pay me 100 every week. The same time it took for him to give me back my vehicle which of course didnt worked... Ill be ssen him in court
