Ordered groceries to be delivered at 1pm to 2pm. It is almost 6 pm and no delivery. Told that they listed me as ASAP 2 hrs ago. They refunded delivery fee of 7.41. Still would rather have my delivery. I was told that a couple of drivers are having to do grocery delivery and early black friday deliveries. Obviously the black Friday deliveries are priority. Maybe when they do a special sale they should plan better.

I recognize and understand the labor shortage in the area right now but this is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to literally fistfight inventory to buy my kid some underwear. Some sections of the store were ok-ish but many sections haven’t been touched in, quite frankly, months. There was Men’s and boys underwear mixed up in there. It’s obvious that whoever works that area throws the new stock on the pile and it lands where it lands.

Selection and price are okay. Service is fine for what it is. Just really dislike being bothered at the door while leaving, demanded for a receipt, like a person is a criminal. I mean its not Costco or Sams. I didnt enter a contract for membership with you to allow the search of my person and goods. Really wish theyd stop this practice.

Your standard Walmart experience +/- a few cashiers and/or self checkout lines. Definitely would love to not wait so long when checking out especially when half the self checkouts are closed but what can you do? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Long lines, low stock even pre COVID, sketchy.

Huge store! Clean and very spacious store! A very friendly cashier, also a couple others around the store were helpful as well. We had no wait in line!! Bravo!! Several checkout lanes were open!! I have to say, personally I avoid Walmarts like the plague (no pun intended), but my husband knows he can usually find what hes looking for, so we go. This was a great experience, I wished I lived in or closer to Grand Forks ND!

Could train a couple of the self-checkout people standing around not doing anything to open up another lane and assist customers. Not much sense to have 5 workers standing around at the self-checkout. 1 or 2 of them could open up another till. Also not great customer service. Not really interested in helping you find anything.

Atleast this Walmart has more items to choose from on the shelves awesome

Its a Walmart. Shouldnt have to say anything else. Everything is ok, just that some fruit usually old, soggy, or sometimes even moldy. The staff is friendly and theres always a worker who is cheerful. Hadnt catch his name yet, but if you see him youll know. The mens bathroom can be disgusting, but thats whoever dont clean after themselves. Overall a good place for anything really. Except happiness

Almost always carry what you need except big mens clothing. They lack terribly in that area. Great for almost everything else, especially in a pinch.

Wouldnt be bad if they actually opened some check out lanes so you dont have to wait 20 min to grab a few items.

Need to update the hours. Apparently everything except the actual store closes at 8p.m. Can’t even do returns? Any register can be set up for returns. Might be easier on your customers to get that going.

Very good Walmart! Its huge and you can find almost anything you need here! The bathrooms are usually clean and the employees are helpful!

Ive been shopping at this Walmart since I moved here in November, I am always really patient with only a few registers open however, today all of the self check outs with belts were closed. Mind you I have a cart full of groceries, I walk up to one of the tiny self check outs... Theyre all cash. There was literally ONE REGISTER open in this entire store... One register. I asked the employee what was going on, apparently the managers thought it was a good idea to send everyone to lunch at the same time. Managers, if youre going to leave the entire front end of the store unattended, jump on a register.

They seem to have everything!! Its clean and well stocked. Some staff members were very rude but others were very nice. Love this Walmart!

Typical Walmart. Pretty clean store. Well stocked in most areas.

Larger variety than the Walmart in Devils Lake where I usually shop. More variety in brands. There are more spices to choose from including some organic. Womans clothes had bigger/better selection too.

Most of the popular rides were closed due to no works. Otherwise it was a fun day.

Here we are living life in paranoia because of the re-labeling of our seasonal flu to corona, but yet when I am in the restroom and smell,hear and witness the old greeter guy come out of the stall after taking a dump and NOT WASHING HIS HANDS WITH SOAP NOR WATER.... WAY TO GO WALMART... what a joke just like the Corona (flu) bug....

The service is of the best Ive ever experienced at any Wal-Mart before.

For the most part it good because the low prices. But it is messy and they dont have enough lines or handicap parking or enough scooters for handicap people. Too many people who are weight use them because they dont want to huff and puff. Its not right for those who need one.

Much cleaner and better stocked than rge one of Gateway. This is the one to go to if in Grand Forks.

I watched a lady have a really bad seizure, luckily all staff pretty much ran the wrong way or hid. I will give it up to GF fire and rescue. They got here pretty quick.

The HR Brenda lies about associates and needs to be fired. She is rarely available. What is the cooperate number for a complaint. I have a military significant other who has been treated horrific there. She promotes a hostile environment with no ethics for holding up associates well being. HR people should work hours to see all associates. Their hours should be mix and shifted around to accompany all associates.

Good WalMart, clean and well stocked. The clerks were friendly.

Nice Walmart the greeter makes my day ever time I see him hes been there for years. Now he trains people on the scan and go isle. What a joy to see him. He says have fun shopping and food to see you with a smile

Crippled infantryman and just had surgery on my right ft yesterday. I only came to the store because Walmart has the handicap carts to use. Never used them before because I felt little embarrassed being only 37 and hard at walking. Imagine being stuck in the dam door way as countless people walk around, you can walk or leave. And every handicap cart is dead the first time you finally try it out. You have 5 carts maybe more but 5 for sure all dead. And these nasty civilians just walk around me nobody tried to help me out. Walmart is definitely not handicap friendly. If you cant walk bring your own motor chair and basket or stay home.

Lets be honest this place is a zoo but we all end back here somehow. This one in particular is in pretty bad shape.

I was there today and had a good experience until I got done, went to put my cart away and there was a guy collecting them, he pointed but I wasn’t sure what he wanted me to do, then he aggressively grabbed the cart and called me names under his breath. I have never experienced anything like this while shopping, and I will not be back to this store. Only reason they’re getting 2 stars instead of one is when I complained about him to management they were quick to go and find the guy. Hopefully they fire him so he can’t verbally abuse any more customers.

This is a sports bar venue that said the barbecued ribs are fantastic I cant speak to the rest of the menu but I can guarantee you that if you ordered the ribs youre going to be very pleased

I absolutely love the employees at Walmart. They are friendly and very helpful. The employees should get a five star. Im not happy that they dont have more registers open with cashiers. I dont mind using the self-service aisles sometimes, but I do like help when I have items I dont know how to ring up.

Well I dont I dont really like this Walmart because when you buy something and we have the receipt and its electronic and it doesnt work they dont take it back. And half of their employees dont even speak English and they dont even know which aisle something is in I asked gentleman what aisle was the Tylenol in and he sent me down to the shampoo!!!!!😳😳😳😳😒😒😒😒

Love pick up, but when you are driving 46 miles to pick it up and you miss the substitutions email, it is disappointing that you are expecting one thing and getting another you didnt want and dont realize it because you need to stay in car while they load groceries into car, not realizing it after all your errands til you return home 46 miles later is such a dissapointment.

Shopping was fine, but checkout was a nightmare!! Only 2 lanes open and few self-check stations open. Probably stood in line for at least 30 minutes.🙄🥴

When you walk into Walmart, there is a mask required sign. Then as you walk throughout the store, theres so many people without a mask or wearing it under their chin. Why isnt wearing a mask enforced in the store? Employees walk by these customers and say nothing! When I have to walk by someone without a mask or not covering their face, I hold my breath until Im not in their breeze path anymore. Its a personal feeling to have to do that, but why isnt the masks required sign followed or followed through on if an employee sees that??? I will not be entering this store again, Ill do order pick up. Its not safe for anyone with medical conditions, medical personnel, or people that just simply dont want to get covid. I do not recommend!

Jake in the phone department was awesome to work with and definitely upped my experience.So, I get that its holiday season, but why are a bunch of the human lanes and also some of the robot lanes closed? 45 minutes in line was excessive. North end has much faster lines.

Semi-busy really really big at least 3ta4 times as big as the one we have but I had to wait to get checked out it was Sunday. I still cant get over how big & nice & clean

Sat night at 6pm and only 2 cashiers with at least 10 people in each line! If the great gentleman from electronics hadnt come up to help we would have stood in the checkout line for over a half an hour. Thats ridiculous!

So discusting in Grand Forks storeOne cashier, 25 people in line. Asked customer service for more cashiers, sorry we dont have anyone! 😱 its a good thing we have other stores to shop thats for sure!

It was Walmart though I do like most of the workers at this particular store.

The only reason why I am giving this Walmart a poor rating is to express my disappointment with the management decision to invest money in cash registers but not investing in the staffing required to have them open for the customers to use. I just dont understand it. Every time I come here theres nothing but long lines of people waiting to check out or even waiting to get a cart because all the carts are stack up in the parking lot.

Fairly clean store, fairly well stocked, helpful staff and lines werent very long or time consuming for the amount of people going through and time of year.I hadnt been here for a while and it was nice to see they made updates and have improved over the last few years.

Nice Walmart, the greeters at the door are always friendly. The elderly workers always say hi to us.

It is the typical Walmart. Most lanes closed and employees scattered around, but when you speak to them they are very nice and professional. The greeters are always friendly and Jim is my personal favorite with his awesome tattoos and amazing mustache.

Very poor service had to wait in line for over half hour could not find supervisor to complain to, and self check out was lined up with over twenty people waiting

Got in and out quick with no problems at all. The staff even went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for.

The greeter was very courteous and helpful. I had difficulty finding a shopping cart. The line @ the self checkout was long but moved quickly. I was unable to obtain requested cash back.

Walmart is always busy check-outs are almost nonexistent, long lines. All supercenter food sections are set up using short isles which creates to many isles.

Walmart is Walmart, no customer service, lines, broken self check out machines, and prices are getting out of hand. Im doing more of my shopping at Target. Target cares about their guest. Plus Market Pantry is better and cheaper that Walmarts Great Valve. Why not close one of the stores? You might actually have enough staff at one store to open 2 or 3 cashiers at once.

Disappointed.Couldnt find stuff that I needed. There was a customer in electronics that couldnt get anyone to help him. So other customers had to listen to him using the F word for I dont know how long.AND then theres only one checkout operated by an actual person.Sad to say I ended up going to Target. And that was after I went to both Walmarts in Grandforks......
