Great experience. they have a good selection of everything western from boots to hats and everything in between to include belt buckles. employee named McKinley did a great job of helping me find exactly what I needed.

I bought these boots one night and I did not see that they were used the next day I returned because of the claim and they could not change them for new ones I took my receipt and they did not help me I just wanted new boots so that I paid 190 dollars. I put this comment so that they take a good look at the boots before paying because there are many that are used for sale and then they do not accept the claim. I only asked to change my boots for new ones it was all because something new is not the same as something used.Tomorrow I will call the number they gave me, all I want is for them to give me some new boots. I work very hard in construction and it costs me my money thats why my heart breaks.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store is very clean and well-organized. Just my own opinion, I think they are rather expensive though but maybe its just that Im not accustomed to buying expensive boots. I will be back.

Very nice girls but didnt seem to know a lot about boots Im assuming. Didnt ask if we needed help or offered any advice or knowledge about the boots. So if you need guidance on your first pair of boots I probably wouldnt go here. If you do know about boots then its a decent place to go.

I just walked out of boot barn with my family, Im disgusted with their Customer service. As we was sitting there trying on boots I was politely trying to ask (he cut me off mid sentence) one of the key holders if they had a different size and he might as well just yelled Nope, if your asking if we have anything in the back hiding, we dont! Yes, I understand retail is hard, but if you cant handle it and have customer service, the solution is simple DONT WORK RETAIL. I will never walk into a Boot Barn again, not to mention we was going to purchase not one but TWO pair of boots. As soon as he gave us attitude we sat the boots down.I dont think this is a way to treat any of your customers....
