These guys are amazing and so nice. They will treat you right and are not trying to rip you off.Prior to heading to NW Tire, I went in to get my oil changed somewhere else. When I pulled in they said oh you have a nail in your tire. Its in the sidewall and cant be fixed. I saw the nail, and being no expert on tires, assumed they were correct that it couldnt be fixed. They then tried to sell me a mismatched $300 tire. It was a pretty aggressive tire and said it was the closest match they had. I walked away knowing that was a waste of money.Fast forward 24 hours, a buddy had gotten me a used tire that was very similar and same size. I was then in a bind as I was trying to leave town and NW tire said they could get me in ASAP. So I took this used tire to them asking if theyd swap them out. When i pulled in, they asked why I didnt want to just repair the tire. I said that someone told me it was irreparable. They said they thought they could fix it but wouldnt do anything if they thought it was unsafe.When they pulled the tire off and the nail out, they realized it was actually just a very short little screw and didnt even go through the rubber all the way! They checked it out to make sure it wasnt leaking and felt fine about it. I was so appreciative of their kindness, honestly, and getting me in so quickly. I will be doing all of my business here moving forward.

Great place....great people

Very pleased with our experience with NW Tires. We were heading out on a kayak trip but one tire on our vehicle was low and we had just refilled it. We took it over to NW Tire and they got us in right away. They found a screw in our tire and fixed it and it and we were able to get back on the road. Kayak day saved!

Scheduled a new tire appointment. Quoted 40 minutes. Told them I didnt have time to do the tires that day if I couldnt get in and out in 45 minutes max. Told the guy when I got there I needed to get going as soon as possible. Checked with them 30 minutes in and he said it would be another 30 minutes. Took 90 minutes total. I had been there for 30 minutes before they even started on my vehicle and from there it took an hour. Go somewhere else where they know what theyre doing. We wont return to this location unless the tires need warranty work as we are forced to use them for the repair. If I do need warranty work done Ill probably take a week off of work to ensure I have time for their techs to watch the entire tire changing youtube video and make the repairs/changes.

Ive been to the one over off Gateway more then a few times always nice and friendly. But twice now when Ive had a flat tire they say it was a nail but that they lost the nail. Idk. Great service so I will continue to return.

Called ahead and made an appointment with Tim yesterday. Also called back 30 minutes later to change the time, again with Tim. Went in today for my appointment and hed no record of the appointment, said he didnt remember wed spoken, and wasnt going to be able to handle my walk-in business because of the weather. I wont be going back, or recommending them to anyone else. If you use them, I hope youre treated better.

Grate help we had a blow out on are camper and they saved are camping by staying late and helping us

Went in to get two new front tires, was told I also needed brakes and rotors and a new ball joint. Decided to do the ball joint, which was estimated at $260. When I got my vehicle, I was charged $100 more than was quoted. Once I paid and left, my vehicle was making a squealing noise. I brought it back and asked them to resolve the problem as it did not make this noise beforehand only to be told the only way to fix it was to get brakes and rotors. I got a second opinion from someone else in town, and learned that there was a metal piece that was bent that wasn’t supposed to be and was rubbing again the back of the rotor, causing the squealing. Highly recommend finding someone else to work on your vehicle!
