We bought 4 tires here in 2018. Only problem was a slow leak. Brought it in, told them about the slow leak and they asked for the keys. Fifteen minutes later they said it was ready, they had removed a nail we had picked up somewhere, balanced it and away we go. No bill. Very courteous, professional. A quality experience. Thanks

I called around Grand Forks to get my tire patched as it had a screw in it. NW tire was the most expensive place around by about $12 but they were also the only ones able to do it the same day. When getting my car back, there were greasy stain prints on interior, they clearly did not wear gloves. Wont be going back to NW tire.

My family and I were in grand forks when the tire pressure on our trailer went low. due to the cold temps no where in town had working air lines. Pulled into NW tires 5 mins after closing and Ethan was willing to let me pull into the stop and air up my tires.

Absolutely do not know how to balance a tire with a wide rim and left the valve stem cap off as well.

I actually have a friend who referred me to NWtire. They were completely up professional work was perfect did everything i asked for and much more. All of requests they did them without charging or upselling things i didnt need. Good work team especially James, Chad and Michael, everybody was very nice and welcoming...

Showed up at this place right before close with a blown tire. they went to work on it instantly although it was a little expensive it was well worth the wait and in 30 minutes I was back on the road and driving again. the customer service at this place was the best Ive seen in this town once again thank you Northwest tire.

Awesome tire/vehicle service center. They have excellent prices on tires and an oil change. They also do commercial trucks and trailers, although I have no idea how much they do. Great place overall!

We were stuck with a flat tire half an hour before open and they kindly let us in and got us a new tire so we could get back on the road for my sons drivers license test. Absolutely amazing service and staff.

North west tire is great

Went in to get a flat tire patched. After waiting half an hour my vehicle hadn’t even made it into the shop, which I sort of expected on a Monday morning. I asked how long the wait would be and they immediately pulled someone off another job to get it in. When the repair was done which only took 15 minutes they told me that I shouldn’t have had to wait that long and they would cover the cost of the repair. As a business owner myself I think the way the situation was handled and the customer service was top notch. Thank you for getting me back on the road and back to helping customers of my own!

We pulled off the highway with a shredded travel-trailer tire and happened to be close to NW Tire. What great service! They had our tire changed and out the door in 25 minutes. Very happy.

I live more than 60 miles from this place but have done all my service work here for years. Now my girls have vehicles and we take theirs here as well. These folks are great - honest, trustworthy, accommodating, and just good people. I couldn’t ask for better! A+++

Paid to get some new wheels balanced. The following day I notice the stick on wheel weights have fallen off on 2 wheels and 3rd I barely touch and falls off. You would think doing that all the time you would learn your job. Simple stuff. I am 50 miles away too

A couple months ago I brought me SUV in to have the tires road forced balance so there wasnt so much vibration in the truck, New West tire didnt charge me for it because it wasnt going to take care of the problem (but it did help) since then I sold that SUV and now my van apparently needed $1200 of work according to a dealership in town. Of course I took it to Northwest tire and found a much simpler fix! Northwest tire is awesome I will not go anywhere eles! Thank you for being so honest! They actually inform you and physically show you what is going on with the car!

I deal with Chris Carlson on rim guard(fluid for tires) for a lot of the tractors we sell. He provides very prompt service and does a great job for our customers. I would highly recommend him to anyone for service, one of the best at taking care of people!

We moved to from Grand Forks to Albuquerque recently and I cant express how much we miss northwest. They had great service, amazing rates, a clean and comfortable waiting room and honest mechanics. We were so loyal to them that after 3 years, when we left, they gave us hats and cups and gloves and comped our last visit. I never dreaded going there as I knew they would take care of my car is a fast and fair manner.

Nw Tire is TOP NOTCH service and repair. They are honest and fair. They dont just move you through telling you everything is in specs, if there is more if a problem with your vehicle they inform you, they educate you, THEY CARE!!! I LOVE THESE GUYS AND GIRLS!!!!

These guys were great. Blew a trailer tire on the interstate past Fargo. Called ahead & told Northwest Tire what I needed. Not only was the guy waiting for me pull in with the shop door open but they replaced both tires in under 30 minutes.

Had my car taken in for an alignment and they told me it couldn’t be done because the control arms needed to be replaced. They quoted me $600 for the job! For 1. a control replacement would be 3 hours max. That’s $200 an hour which is insane. 2. I took a look at it and couldn’t find anything wrong. I then took it to a different mechanic who told me nothing was wrong with the control arms and did the alignment.This place has predatory business practices. I would not recommend them to anyone.

These guys were very helpful in trying to locate a replacement tire for me. They double checked the tightness of the lug nuts and didnt charge for their time because they were unable to locate a replacement tire in the city (rare type of tire).

Good service, but a bit pricey

$170 for an $80 alignment. On the 1st trip I asked them for an alignment and to re-center the front axle using the new adjustable track bar, they didnt. I bought it back in and repeated my request, again they failed, before leaving I showed the tech the issue, I think its close enough. I went back in anDecember talked to the manager, he conferred with the tech and requested I bring my pickup back once more and they would complete the job. He then stated that they dont have a standard rate for this job so it would be free as an apology for all the confusion. On my 3rd trip they got it right after about 2 hours. Went to check put and they she told me the total was $90. I asked why and she replied thats our standard rate for that job. I wont be back

Put a used tire on told them match it up close 2 get me 2 Minneapolis n back home 2 canada 2hrs down the road it had a complete blowout cause it had 18 thirty 2nds thread on it one bedside it had 7 thirty 2nds on it so all the weight ran on that one made tire blow out they didnt make it right service was good but they should have made it right paid for tire put on in Fergus falls mn.

Went in for a alignment was told parts of my suspension was wore out took it to the dealer and they aligned it just fine. No parts replaced. Some shady stuff going on here. 25k miles on vehicle.

Scheduled appointment for 8 & no one was even there yet. Then when we did get to talk to someone they said ten minutes till they get the vehicle in and 45 minutes until its done. Waited for 50 minutes and decided to take my business elsewhere. This place was a joke!

Too long of wait!!! 4bay doors and only 2 in use. Looks like a junk yard behind shop with stuff piled up in front of 2 bay doors and piles in between the two doors that they do use. My worst experience with NWT!!!

Guy at the front desk acted annoyed the whole time and gave me attitude when they had to jump my truck from leaving the keys in the ignition.
