I had a flat tire. I called and they answered the phone (no answering machine). Their truck was to me before the 30 minute time period they gave me. He put my spare tire on in no time. Much appreciated their service. 5 stars

I got gas there, I paid at the pump ( which I will Never do again) then went to get some groceries. With a cart full of food at the register to pay, my card kept saying insufficient funds!!! I knew that was wrong because I checked before leaving the house. So I had to walk away. In the car I checked and Dusterhoft turned 20.00 for gas, into 100.00. I called immediately and was told that oh this happens all the time!!! In acouple days it will right the wrong..WHAT THE HELL Im 57 and HAVE NEVER had this happen. Not going back there

I used to recommend this garage to others. I can not do it anymore after the man at the counter was very rude to my daughter (accusing her off hitting something with her car causing damage to it) . She spent 400 there on work to fix it, not once but twice. Underlying problem caused the damage a third time. Took the car somewhere else to find out that the part that went faulty and caused the damage is a 25 dollar part and can be replaced properly by a four year old.

My Mother was traveling through and needed some help with her car. These guys were just awesome. They got it done quickly, went the extra mile and were more than fair in their pricing. You cant ask any more from an automotive service center than they provided. I am comfortable recommending them 100%. I truly think you will be pleasantly surprised with John and his shop.

I loved my experience. We had a guy who was so nice to us. He checked our battery and we needed a new one. Didnt have one in stock but said we could go buy one quick and he would put it in. It was almost closing time but he said can still come back and check because he is working a little late. We went another place got battery and arrived there at like 6:01 closing and he stayed open and put our battery in. He was so nice and I was so happy because the other place we went to wouldnt put it in 5minutes before 6. I highly recommend coming here.

What good is offering a 24/7 service for towing if it’s only good 4 out of the 7 days a week.

I would 100% recommend dusterholfs. I was traveling to grand forks to watch my daughters state dance competition, my car broke down 8 miles away, the guy that towed my car was extremely friendly, my insurance company had gave me a different service center to go to. However, after talking and knowing it would not cost me extra to go to there service department. I than decided that would be great! My car got in right way, the mechanic was very thorough and friendly. He thought maybe it was a easy fix, however, ended up not being easy. Then was offered a ride to get a rental car in which he did. Overall everyone was kind and helped me out as much as they could and helped me in my way to MN for my sons hockey tournament. When they found out what was wrong on Monday they checked with GM and found out the parts needed for my car were on manufacture warranty. They went above and beyond and would 100% go back to them again if in GF! Thank you, Thsnk you, thank you! You will never know how extremely grateful I am for my experience with you all!

I have been taking my car to them for over 10 years. Trust them with doing anything I need done to my car.

The guy working tonight had his phone up to window facing me and laughed his head off? I don’t find that friendly yet customer satisfaction, I called and manager didn’t even care that I didn’t appreciate that behavior. He asked me why he was taking pictures of me how would I know his strange behavior? That is totally weird, and violated my privacy.

I would not recommend this place for auto repairs.
